I was very pleased with the quality of work how friendly Terry was. He did an amazing job and was very reasonable with pricing. I will be recommending him to everyone thank you so much for all you did for me today on my truck greatly appreciated. If I could give you a 10 Stars I would.

Terry is a great mechanic. He will go to you! 24 hours!! I found him on google and gave him a call and he answered right away. Once he got here he was very friendly and explained the process. PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.. I am from out of town. My cars ABS light, service stabilitrack, service power steering came on when I got in town late Friday night. Same thing I just had happened to my truck a month prior. I went to auto parts store to get battery an alternator checked. All was fine. I needed it fixed I had to drive 6hrs home the next day. I left the O Riley s and the closet mechanic was around the corner. I followed my gps. When I arrived I realized it was a mobile mechanic. I called and he said to wait there. I told him I had the same issue with my truck and it was the wheel speed sensor. As he was checking my battery and alternator he said my alternator was over charging. I said I ll go pick it up and run back over, that s where I just came from. He said no I ll get it. I told him I had military discount and he then told me I ll get 20% off I can get it. I said ok I don t mind it s right around the Corning but he insisted. I stayed and waited in my car. He returned and changed the alternator. THAT WAS NOT THE PROBLEM. I then mentioned the wheel speed sensor. Well he runs another test and yep that s what it is. He doesn t even offer to fix that because he had something else to do he just wants me to pay and said either way I needed an alternator. Told me that it won t hurt to drive home with a bad wheel speed sensor. I was there for a volleyball tournament and only had a few minutes by this time before I had to be there to coach. I am already upset but he tries to convince me that the alternator was needed. My old one read it was putting out 15 volts. I ask for a copy of the receipt because I needed it in case something happened to the alternator I needed the receipt for warranty. I get a copy and he is selling me the new alternator for $350. Before I pay I pull up the item number from receipt on the O Riley s webpage. It s a refurbished alternator and it only cost $205 plus I had already told him I wld get my discount. He said there is an up charge. I said for what?? He said because he went and got it. And he only paid $146 for it which he marked out. I said u are going to upcharge me $200 bucks. Absolutely NOT. And I had already said I would go pick it up, literally around the corner. That s when the nightmare began. He starts cussing me, storms out takes my keys and is yelling at his wife that I will not leave their until I pay the $350 plus the labor fee of $75. He will not give me the original alternator which also has a $40 core charge to return. I m in tears and afraid. He is ranting and cussing and I am literally being held hostage at his house. The next step was to call 911. The wife is tryin to calm him down. I just want out of there. He won t stop. It was scary and insane. She asked me to pay $300. That s still ripping me off because like I said it didn t fix the problem. My old alternator was fine, he wouldn t give it back. But the same time I needed out of their. Because he was going crazy. I paid it got my keys and got the hell out of there. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. Worst experience I ever had!!!I agreed to pay $75 for the repair. Even though it was not the problem and he did not fix my car. I agreed to pay the price of the part. Which I should have received my old part back for the core charge. Did I mention he didnt fix my car. The part that he bought was $146. I would have got it for $160. My total charges were only $235. He was trying to charge me $200 extra. He was abusive to me and his wife. I wish now the whole thing was on video. All I have is audio.

I waited 2 hours at Hibdons and couldn t get to give me just 5 min. of their time to look at my brakes. Googled and found Terry. He looked at them and told me what I needed in less than 5 min. I went to get the rotors and pads and he was able to put them on the next morning in about 30 min. Explained everything and was very knowledgeable! I have added him to my contacts and will definitely be using him again! Car runs great and only half the price of a dealership or Hibdons!

Terry replaced my brakes and rotors today. My brakes got "stuck" at work a couple of days ago because they were way worn down. I messaged him on Google last night and he got back to me right away. He came to my office today and literally replaced everything in the parking lot. He was very nice and explained everything to me and why each part needed to be replaced. I did not feel like he charged me too much, just because I'm a girl and know nothing about cars. I was quoted almost $150 more to replace brakes and rotors somewhere else. Ridiculous! And he came to me! I didn't even have to have it towed. I really appreciate it!! Thank you, Terry!! I will definitely be calling you next time I have any car issues! ***UPDATE AS OF 2/9/2024*** This is the "next time" I needed Terry's help. I got off work on Friday and went to Ross to buy an outfit to a wedding. When I came out and started my car, the battery light was on and I had no power steering. I somehow got into the parking space again and called Terry. I told him what was going on and he immediately knew what was wrong. He said "Turn the car off, you have lost a belt!". He didn't want my car to overheat or the battery to die. Anyhow, he was there in about 5 minutes. He was just about to drive to Norman for another call, but since I was right there, he got me fixed up. Looked at the car, pulled out the broken/old belt and ran to pick up a new one. Fixed the belt and even tightened up a battery cable that had been coming loose for me and cleaned it up. Terry is very fair on prices and I felt very taken care of. I appreciate you so much, man!!! I will definitely be calling again when it is needed and have your cards in my glove box for when I see anyone in distress or have friends/coworkers that need help. You are awesome!!! P. S. I wanted to do a new review, but it wouldn't let me. Lol. I just had to add to this one. 5 more stars!!!!

T was so accommodating. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was greatly priced, he got the job done in a timely manner and even helped drop my car off. He was also very kind in showing me how to fix other items on my vehicle.

T&G will be the first one I call for my car from now on! I needed help and he was there in less than 2 hours. Within an hour he had me fixed up, and it was something so simple. He absolutely could have charged me more, sold other services to me and I would have never known. We need more people out there like this one. He is trustworthy and knows what he is doing!

Terry was awesome. I called him on a Sunday. He came out within an hour and had it diagnosed shortly after. He towed my van to his shop. He quoted me a price and it was spot on. I would definitely recommend him to anyone! Thank you for running a legit business! We will definitely use again for all our auto needs.

Terry was amazing. He is super knowledgeable and very humble. He actually was teaching me while he was working to help me understand and learn. I will never use another mechanic again as long as Terry is in business. His prices are really great and he comes to the house. I always think some reviews are written by the company or friends to make them seem better. Well, this is not one of those, I found him online and this was my first experience and more than pleased. Great mechanic & friendly. Came twice to complete repair. Very thorough with diagnostic of fuel problem and narrowed it down to fuel pump. Came directly to location and pulled truck out and completed repair with a great price . Will be using again and would definitely recommend him to anyone I know. I called Terry on a Sunday about my 2009 Huyndai sonata needed an alternator and a Radiator Replaced. So he told me that it would be Wednesday before he can come out and look at it. But when I called tuesday to find out what time Wednesday he ask if he can come out and look at it and I said ok. He look at it and decided to work on it and got my Huyndai fix for a reasonable price.He did it in a 103 heat temp and did a great job.I will be using him again.

Told me he'd get a part I needed and then upcharged me by a ton. I asked if I could bring my own part and he got extremely angry with me and started cussing. Very scary and suspicious

I hired T & G mobile mechanic to come fix and replace a linkage cable on my 06 F150 It was extremely tight to begin with after it was finished and he told me it would loosen up. It didn t. It tightened up substantially and I went up, stuck on the side of the road at one point. I tried to contact him via text and phone calls for three days and he just ignored my texts and finally got back in touch with me telling me he was in a funeral Three days in a funeral?!?? That is one long funeral, and his final answer was I am done with you So he has left me with a bad job that needs to be redone, and I will need to pay somebody else to do it or do it myself, which I guess I should ve done in the first place As soon as I saw him, I recognized him for a drunk And I should ve just told him to go on his way, but I didn t because he made the trip out here to Blanchard. Really bad job Really bad work ethic And really bad customer service.I certainly would not recommend his servicesService: Transmission

my 2009 Malibu was rough idleing and had loss engine power. through his many years of experience, Terry was able to idnetify the issue (an ungrounded Cam sensor and broken timing chain ) and fix my vehicle at a resonable price. Had a tuff wiring short on my 2003 vw passat. windows, gas cap release, trunk release, dome lights inside all quit working. We had to take out front seat, pull back carpet, take lower bottom of dash out. and track and trace bad wires, switches, comfort control box, and found much water damage over years to wiring and other parts. Terry had to do a bunch of bypassing using jump wire knowledge and do lots of replacing things to get my old great car to be O.K. again. An amazing brilliant man, Great communication skills, works well with others, and knows his craft, I can not imagine how much a shop would have charged me, I feel it would have cost more to fix than my dear old car is worth with 300K miles and being 20 years old.
