Super Mark sold me a 2009 Nissan versa. LESS THAN 10 minutes into driving it home it left me stranded on the side of the road I let them know as soon as it happened and he drove to my house to tell me it was the thermostat sensor I replaced that and the thermostat since it didn't work after replacing the sensor. he left super quickly after telling us that it was the sensor. how would he know it was that when he had stated it was the sensor unless he already knew it had a problem with it!!! He also stated he spoke to his lawyer and that he said it was my problem why would he speak with his lawyer when it just happened two days ago unless he knew ahead of time that the car was going to mess up!Services: Transmission, Battery service, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Oil change

1 star is far too much , this place of buisness is highly unprofessional and takes on jobs they cant provide the proper service for just for the sake of taking your money! DO NOT bring your vehicles to this location !! They will lie their way out of taking accountability and have absolutely no professionalism in their customer service when they are called out on the jobs they do not do correctly . STAY AWAY from this hole !

Worst place to get a car from. It's all a scam. They sell vehicles that don't work and then don't reply to texts or calls. Please be aware of this man and the way he does business!

This man is a lying crook and con man. He doesnt give you copies or receipts so you haveno legal recourse. He tells you his word is good. But inallactuality heis a lying con man and fraudulent crrok. After paying him $3800 down on a vehicle. I was purchasing from him, he came and picked the vehicle from my home and i have never seen the vehicle again,nor does he return phone calls .or text. Your worstcar buying nightmare by far. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

My mom called me for a ride to the dealership for this morning in MWC and said it was 600.00 for a time up involving 1.5 hours in the mechanic book. the parts were only 46 for the plugs, filter, and air filter. Ford told her it would be most of the day working on it!!! Travis Jackson is an employee at Supermarks Auto who did the work in an hour and a half at 400 dollars cheaper!! They will be my forever shop for myself, my parents, and anyone I know. it's so hard to find a trustworthy company for service anymore and greatful I found this !
