Picked up a vehicle my boss bought, no idea how the quality of work these guys do, but I do know...super nice guys & very helpful!! Thanks for the assistance loading that caddy...it's in OHIO NOW Oooo hey....did y'all know the body was just SITTING on the frame, no bolts ...ok weld onOooo and hope I didn't mess up the exit beside the dumpster, I took big chunk of dirt / sodd with me...sorry Sean...fire hydrant IS IN THE WAY

These guys do absolutely immaculate work! TJ has worked with me for the better part of a year. Whether it's getting some work done on a classic hot rod or just asking for basic advice and guidance, everyone here has been very welcoming and helps me understand when I feel like I'm asking stupid questions. They also just go above and beyond with everything they do. I had some exhaust work done that ended up having a couple issues, and they corrected it without asking for more money AND it ended up being cheaper than I was quoted.11 out of 10, I'd give these guys my money any day of the week!

They have very high staff turnover and do not return calls, still waiting on a return call from February.I've spent many thousands of dollars with this shop.I had a these guys put a supercharger on my 15 Chevy SS, which they said they could do. What they didn't tell me beforehand is the tune would be done by someone outside their shop. The tune caused detonation and ultimately engine failure approx 400 miles after the install. They offered zero help to fix their mistake.This wasn't my 1st experience with them, they left my chopper out in the rain, which ruined the new leather saddle bag and new vinyl seat and also stole or forgot to re-install my mirror. They initially tried to say the chopper arrived that way, until i told them i had video of the bike being dropped off. ------ -----------------Funny I was not contacted until I'd left a negative review.I have a car with a blown engine in my garage, thats the proof.You did not offer any help and i did express a grievance, in fact YOUR designated contact told me there was "nothing we can do". I even emailed you the tune you put in my car, becuase your designated contact asked me to. The tune file will show it was causing detonation in my engine.There was no resolution presented or made. I was at your shop several times after you installed the supercharger, because of the tune, it was a issue from the very beginning. Your designated contact told me i should get the car tuned somewhere else....The only in person meeting I had with you about was about possibly using my chopper in trade for a new motor, this was before I had evidence your tune cause detonation and engine failure.Once the motor was taken apart, i did try to contact you, i even spoke to you one time when i called and you said that you'd call me back but never did, i also left several messages with your shop, with no return call...that was in February.I have no interest in talking to you now, a review is my only recourse.

Shawn and his staff are the best in town. Very knowledgeable and friendly when it comes to mechanical repair as well as paint and body work on both two and four wheels.

After receiving several recommendations from friends, I chose to have the South Side crew perform the necessary work on my 1965 Ford Fairlane. And I couldn t be happier with the results. They are experts in their craft and they always kept me informed of the progress along every step of the way. I wouldn t hesitate to choose them again if the need arises.

After getting in a wreck a couple weeks, I came on google to see the best shop to take my bike. Found SSS and they were great and have certified HD technicians! They did not get annoyed from my several calls and questions about the insurance process and were very knowledgable and patient with me! Will continue to use them

Took my 65 impala in for some fit and finish work, some touch-up painting and exhaust work. Very friendly staff, professional work, I highly recommend them.

South Side Sleds is the shop I ve been looking for! I was having issues with my 71 Nova and TJ had me diagnosed and fixed up perfectly and on my schedule. He also churched up some other issues he found fixing my original issues.I could not be more satisfied! Hands down South Side Sleds IS now my go to shop! Thanks again TJ!! Great company and great influence in the community, I have referred business to them as well as used them and everyone including myself has been pleased. I highly recommend them and advise you stop in to a Yard get together. You wont regret it.

This place is awesome. I had a Harley fender repainted here, and the service was great. There was a mixup on pricing and they immediately called and let me know, and did their best to work with me on it. The fender was done quickly and it looked perfect when it came out. Jim was a great rep to work with. He was nice enough to go out of his way to help us on the pickup and also on all coordination with the product. Get out there and a support small businesses!

Said my review was misleading and told me to email/call them if I want to speak about it. Sent a few emails, no replies. Have given every reasonable solution because you guys won t. Never tried to fix it with me, just denied any of the solutions i presented. Still waiting!

These guys are great! Customer service is thru the roof. I lost my seat to my Harley. With no luck at all I just could not find anything anywhere. My friend told me to go check em out. They found me a seat in about 3 min. Treated me like they knew me forever. This place ROCKS. I will never go anywhere else. Unless they send me there...lol

Wish I could give them a zero. Had them paint a Harley Fairing for me almost a year ago in which they damaged an obsolete part on the fairing (the chrome bezel). Told me they would find me one and haven t a year later. They owe me a new Bezel. Have tried multiple times to resolve it.

Great environment. The shop has that good ole boy feel. Johnny4cams mounted a couple tires on some rims for me and sold me some parts while I was there. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I follow these guys on Instagram and love what they turn out. Decided to drop by and have a look for myself and I must say they know what they re doing. Talked to a guy named Shawn about possible doing a hard tail section for my sporty and was kind enough to show me one they just finished on a shop bike. I was very pleased and got a quote and even more surprising it wasn t at all what I thought it would cost so next winter I ll be dropping off my stuff to these guys

Just some really good people. They are helpful, knowledgeable and communicate with you as to what you want , what works, what doesn't and so forth. I will continue to bring my bike to them for any work I need done.
