I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars. They got my car done in a timely manner and stayed in contact. When I left the shop, something felt off and I called to them about it. The next morning I get a call asking if I could bring it back in because the tech was concerned. These guys are amazing and I will be back!

I got an appointment for the next morning and my work was completed quicker than they estimated. Shop labor was very reasonable. All of the employees I encountered were courteous and friendly.

Never had to take a vehicle back for a failed repa. Been a customer since 2006. Always fast and prompt, many times, the final bill was cheaper than the original estimate. Wouldn't trust my vehicle to anyone else.

My family has used RW for years and they have always offered a fair price for labor, quality work and fast service. I would highly recommend them for any automotive service you might need.

Extremely helpful, informative, and polite; without looking for every reason to charge you more. I would definitely recommend RW for anyone who is hesitant about finding a good honest mechanic. They even shined my headlights after fixing my oil leak and cleaning out all the residual oil around the leak area. (I never even made a complaint about my terribly foggy headlights, they just did it) I called them and was able to have everything fixed within the next day. Much different from the mechanics who leave screws or clips missing from your car, they do more than asked without extra pay. If you re searching for a place you found it!

This is our go to shop. Trustworthy and local. They offer a great warranty on parts. Have taken multiple of our cars here and have been very pleased with the customer service and work done every time.

Charged me for diagnostic and advised vehicle was good. I drove it off with the same electrical problems as the day before. Owner also admitted that he has a tool to change the oil pressure sensor on a GM truck WITHOUT taking the intake off. But, that he charges for taking it off anyway. Had to call a wrecker to transport it to an honest repair shop the following day. I shouldn t have taken it here. Prior to this, they advised transmission was shuddering on a different vehicle. It was a bad coil. I replaced coils and plugs myself. Runs and SHIFTS perfect. Don t trust this place.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Absolutely awesome group of people. I would highly recommend this auto shop to any of my friends! They have fixed my truck twice when I couldn t get to it and did it in like an hour no joke . Great people.

RW Automotive has the highest level of integrity and truly take pride in what they do. Honesty and respect is what they show to their customers. I have been going to them for years and I will forever trust them with all my vehicle repairs regardless where I live. I recently went to them with a long list of things I needed to have done and after this last experience I decided I had to finally write a good review for them, which is something I don't really think to do after visiting any business. They are so vigilant while working that they noticed a very serious issue with my radiator as well as a leaky water pump that could have left me stranded on the side of the road. This is my biggest fear if I am on my way to pick up my daughter from school 45 minutes away. They were up front every step of the way, calling me to discuss it all and providing me with prices and status updates without me having to ask. In the end the repairs were completed earlier than projected, at the exact price they estimated and at a better price than any other automotive repair shop I have been to in the past. I was then provided with an itemized invoice not just showing parts costs and labor prices hour by hour but labor costs by partial hours worked. There was no rounding up to the nearest hour here and I am very happy with every single aspect of this business. I ve used R.W for about 5 years! They were always very helpful and the prices were always reasonable. And assisted me with parts if I brought something they didn t need. I recently had my power steering pump worked on. They put the power steering pump on, yet it was still leaking. I was still having to spend money on fluid. I called, set another appointment for them to fix what should ve been fixed the week before; THE LEAK. I wuz told I would have to pay an additional $55 on something THEY should ve fixed a week ago when I gave them $200. Needless to say, they said they would fix it for free, yet here iam at auto zone wondering why my car is still leaking! Once I started asking certain questions, the gentleman got rude and DID NOT repair the damage to the car. So I basically paid them $200 for nothing. Life is hard enough as it is, yet ppl still seem to find a way to screw u with NO GREASE. I ll definitely be finding a new mechanic.

These guys here are amazing!! Had my truck in for a tune up there prior to a big move cross country. They dropped everything to help me get my truck up and going so I could hit the road. They got it up and running and purring like a kitten. Amazing work!! I recommend anyone one that wants amazing and great quality work to take their vehicle here. I've bought my SUV in twice. First time I thought my alternator was going out, it threw a weird voltage at autozone. The shop tested it and it was fine. They sent me home with it no charge. 4 months later my starter goes out on New Year's Eve. Had it towed there. They got it all fixed up the next day they were open. They are good guys. I will definitely take it back when it's something my uncle and brother can't do.

These guys are AMAZING!!! I was in Oklahoma for one day and had to drive back to Texas that night. I had to have my brake power booster replaced. I dropped my car off at 8:00 am that morning and they had it fixed and ready to go at 5:30 that evening. My car was not an easy job. My car runs better now than it did when I first bought it a year ago. I'm so thankful for these guys!! They were pleasant, honest, kind, and hard working! I would recommend everyone use them! They will take care of you! They're very reasonable on your pocket book too!! Thank you RW Automotive!!

A few years back had an issue with our suv.... Got an estimate (from another business) Being new to Moore.... We called our regular mechanic from B.A. he suggested we get another estimate.... Hence we found R W Automotive... They did great work and decided to back to them for our next auto repair.

We've taken our older van here twice and have had a great experience both times. I don't feel overcharged or pressured to have more done than what's necessary. Excellent customer service and the turn around time is super fast. We will continue using this business anytime our vehicles need serviced.

Gave me an estimated completion date and was done literally the next day these guys are awesome I don't feel like I got yanked by the pocket they didn't try to do anything I didn't ask him to and they fixed what needed to be done effectively so take your car here they are the best since Big o closed down

I've been taking my work vans and personal vehicles to Ron for several years. He's always fair on his prices and he does great work in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone in need of vehicle repair and maintenance.

Gotta tell you, this place is the place to go for anything your car needs. I bought a tiny car in July and had a short in a headlight, no unlock and no working drivers window. No replacement they repaired what was there. Very reasonable rate. Then I got tires from the Firestone by city bites for my suburban. They told me my entire front end was shot and gave me an estimate for $3200. So I brought it here instead. I had barely used it since my son got sick 3 years ago so I had them check out everything. I needed a new hydrobooster and a new shock for the stabilizer bar. Got a new belt put on, brakes checked, they fixed an oil leak (not a usual leak). Checked the bushings which had a little cracking but all intact. They charged me under $300 for the labor. Honesty is something more businesses should value because I can't say enough good things about this place. Looking forward to writing the Firestone review

I've taken my car to these guys a few times and have been very happy with their service. They are prompt, thorough, and I've never felt take advantage of or overcharged. Plus, they've never charged me to take a look and figure out what the problem is, which I really appreciate. Also, being a woman, I don't feel like they talk down to me or assume I'm an idiot who doesn't know what an alternator is (I do!). I would recommend them to anyone.

Been going here for 15+ years, with everything from Jeeps to Fire-birds to Motor-homes. Always quality work for a fair price. The one and only time they couldn't fix a problem, they told me right away and referred me to who could. I highly recommend them.

Ron and his staff have cared for my vehicles since I met my wife in 1998. He has cared for her family's vehicles much longer. I always get a fair price, advice on what needs to be done and what can wait, and prompt service. He has always made the effort to get anything covered through any extended warranty program I may have even if it is time consuming. My wife coaches and teaches at the high school across the street and he has been supportive of her team as well as other things in the community. RW automotive has my respect and has earned my business as long as they are around. I feel they are trustworthy and do great work.

My wife and I have used RW for almost 4 years now, and trust them to do work on our cars. Their labor charge is on the higher end, but I have never been left unsatisfied with their service and quality of work. Because of the higher labor charge, I wouldn't use them for simple things like oil or battery changes but they are a trustworthy shop for major auto repair work.

Up front and honest. Told me the possible issues, and the most worst case scenario. Found out, that Chrysler manufactured an engine with a defect, long story short, had to take it the dealership where I bought the truck for repairs, and R W didn't charge me to look at it. Definitely recommend these guys, hard to find honest auto shops.

Like a lot of women I am very hesitant to take my car to just any mechanic and be overcharged for services. But when I say these guys are the best, they truly are. I always take my car to them first and trust that they will figure it out or find someone that will! Thank yall so much for the work that yall do!
