I have a 2024 Toyota camry. It was literally brand new like a few months old and someone at my work backed into me with their truck and destroyed the right front quarter panel/headlight/bumper area. We took it to Prime collision and when we got it back it looked just as good as new. It was less than a week turn around and the price was reasonable & better than anywhere I've ever been. Not to mention Eric is like the nicest guy that tells you the truth and does hard work so there's no surprises or anything. Great communication, professionalism, and integrity. Definitely five stars out of five. Highly recommend.

Prime Collision Works is the best body shop I have experienced. They are very honest, polite, and professional group of people, especially Eric. They have gone above and beyond my expectation when it comes to their work on my vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone for body collision works. I got my vehicle back in less than 10 days. The paint job is spot on. I will attach couple of pictures in the review so people can see for themselves. I cannot even tell if it was ever in an accident. Thank you Prime Collision Works for everything you have done. Much is appreciated!!! Keep up an awesome job!!!

Working with Erick with prime collision works was fast and easy, I came in on a Tuesday and got my truck back on Saturday of the same week ! I highly recommend this body shop!!!

I got my windshield replaced and had zero issues. I will definitely recommend prime collision works to friends and family. Very fast and efficient work. The owner Erick was very nice, professional, and had great communication during the entire process. 11/10 experience!

Erick and his team were awesome! Dropped my car off on Monday and had it back by Saturday. Car looked brand new inside and out after replacing the lift gate and even detailing the inside of the car. Definitely exceeded my expectations! Would recommend to anyone looking for body work in the Moore/OKC area.

Dropped off my car on a Monday and they had it ready by Saturday! To my surprise it had been detailed and it was so clean inside and out. Everyone in the office is pretty friendly and they helped get everything sorted with my insurance. Thanks prime for making this simple and fast.

Words can not express how appreciative I am of Erick, Mabel and the grew at Prime Collision Works. As a single mother it was hard to find a place that made me feel secure and confident in getting my Honda fixed.Being in the unknown of how the car world works can be a little overwhelming but as soon as I met Erick his reassurance and honesty made a big difference. Leaving 1 star so I can leave review. My car was fixed, yes, but not to completion. I had clear protective cover on hood prior to getting vehicle repaired, then to realize it was not replaced. Eric said he would make it right at my convenience, but never followed through. The communication with the staff was horrible. One day car hadn t been touched and they needed the payment to buy parts, to a surprise visit the following day and my car was finished. Horrible experience

I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with the exceptional service I received at this shop. After my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited was involved in an accident, I was worried about the extent of the damage and the quality of repairs. However, from the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel at ease with their professionalism and knowledge.The repair process was smooth and efficient, and they kept me informed at every step of the way. The technicians demonstrated remarkable skill in restoring my Jeep to its pre-accident condition, leaving no trace of the collision. Not only did they fix the external damages flawlessly, but they also ensured that all safety features were functioning perfectly.Aside from their top-notch repair work, the customer service was outstanding. The team was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and preferences especially Eric Gardea. It's evident that he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in his work !

Erick was the best when I got T-boned and had to get my truck repaired. He fought for good parts with my insurance to make sure my truck was fixed properly. I m so thankful I found Prime Collision Works.

Eric was very honest, straightforward, and exceeded my expectations. They are honest, respectful, and attentive. They went above & beyond. My car looks better now than when I bought it! You will not be disappointed with the service at Prime Collision. I would give them 10 stars if Google would let me.

I brought my car in July, after working with so many shops and constantly getting the run around and not being prioritized, I read the reviews of prime collision works and most of what I was seeing was that they work fast and no hassle and it looked like they did a great job. After meeting with the receptionist my main concern was not being harassed or rushed to pay my out of pocket costs because I am a single mom and I knew i would have a pretty good amount leftover. My concerns were put to rest after being told I could pick it up whenever I was ready. We had a few hiccups in the road to where I didn t know which way this review would go but I decided to wait it out. My car has been ready since last month and they stayed true to their word that I can pickup whenever I am ready and not to worry about storage costs. It means so much to me the care, concern and consideration I was shown. Eric the mechanic is very knowledgeable and explained everything to where I could understand. The staff stayed on it with my insurance and communicated with me every step of the way. I was told that he even detailed my car which is so very exciting because that was my next stop after picking it up but most shops charge an arm and a leg for detailing. I m so very happy I chose prime collision works.

I was rear ended in an accident a few weeks ago and brought my vehicle in to have it fixed. The owner, Erick, was phenomenal. He and his staff are warm, kind, and generous. I had my vehicle back in just a few days, and it looks brand new again! The insurance company quoted it to be done the cheap way, but he worked with them and ended up getting them to approve it being done the right way so I won t have issues later down the road. I m genuinely so impressed with this business and would recommend them to anyone!

Recently I got into a car accident. Thankfully everything was okay, but my car got damaged in the front right part of the bumper and the wheel. I call up and Mabel answered my questions and scheduled me in. I had seen in first hand their work done. They do an excellent job fixing cars and you can tell they love doing what they do. I had call to check up in my car and they were nice about it keep me informed throughout the entire process. I can t wait to see what other amazing repairs they are capable of doing. I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a very good place to repair their vehicles. I appreciate them very much!

I had some pretty extensive damage caused by a pothole, and needed a lot of parts and painting. Erick at Prime Collision did an outstanding job getting my car put back together. It looks damn close to brand new! He was easy to work with, very fair on pricing, and got the work done in less than a week! The owner was super knowledgeable and was there to help me get my car back to normal after I was rear ended! The girls in the front were super friendly and super bubbly! I will be returning to this shop for all my family and I s needs! When I received my car back it was detailed and in perfect condition! Thank you Prime Collision!

I wrecked my front end & was given Prime Collision for auto body work. They quoted an amazing price & had options available. When I had the money to pay they honored the bid & had my car in and out in 2 days. They discovered the radiator was cracked and replaced it without cost to me. The employees were nice and called to inform me of situations with my car. Definitely try here first when in need of auto care!! Best little secret in Moore!Service: Body & Trim

Was in the search for a reliable collision shop in Oklahoma & so happy I came across Prime Collision! Erick was very thorough about the process which I loved. From their timeliness, knowledge, keeping me up to date with my car through the process they made this process easy + stress free! Definitely recommend if you re in search for a collision work shop. Oh my gosh Erick was AMAZING!! After having my car sit on Gerber lot for three weeks untouched, I brought it to him. Same day he took pics we contacted insurance company and my car was finished in 6 days. This man worked wonders he was very professional and very reasonable. I highly recommend Prime Collision Works for any body work you need done. I went to this business and Erick gave me an estimate right away, without making an appointment first. He told me how long it would take to repair my truck and it was finished when he said. He did a great job on my truck. Erick was very friendly and easy to talk to.
