AMAZING STAFF!!! I got a great price for a synthetic oil change and they even give women 10% off on Tuesdays! I shared my previous oil change experiences at a chain oil change place (Take 5) and they were sympathetic and explained how much an oil change should cost on my Mitsubishi. They did a good quick job. Friendly staff. Let me know about low coolant level, and filled it. Think they forgot to check the air in the tires. They did offer a military discount. Will go back.

I've been taking my car to them for the last 3 years and this time I had to have my battery changed due to the battery going bad. They did a great job and it was cheaper that what he quoted me on the phone.Thank you.

This place is fantastic!!! All the employees were extremely professional, provide me with many options for my service, and they had the oil changed in less than 10 minutes. They also have a military discount!! I d give 10 stars if I could. I ll definitely be back!

Rude technicians work there. Pulled in to get oil change not knowing which lane was open technician pointed to other lane so I started to move to the other lane he continued to repeatedly point like I needed the additional direction. Totally uncalled for!

This place is all class. When other places turned me away because my car is "classic" (it's not, it's just old), they took it right away and fixed the problem in great time. They are extremely friendly and as helpful as I've ever encountered. Definitely a garage you can trust.

I took my car here on Saturday 8/21 to have the oil changed, and the young man working was kind enough to inform me that although my car s indicator stated that it was time for an oil change, that I still had another 1500 miles before being due. They topped off the oil. Unfortunately, the drain plug was left loose and caused oil to leak all over our driveway overnight. Since they were closed on Sunday, I took the car to Walmart auto center. They informed me that the drain plug was loose, and they tightened it for me. I went back to more oil and lube today to request that they top off the oil. When I informed them of what was going on, the manager, Robert, asked me to pull it in so he could take a look. I overheard him telling one of the technicians that it wasn t coming from the plug but rather a valve. Knowing that they were going to try to tell me to repair something else even though the problem had already been corrected by tightening the plug resulting in no more oil leaking, I called my husband as I am not very knowledgeable about car mechanics. The manager, Robert, came over to me to show me a photo and I informed him that I did not know what I was looking at but that the problem have been corrected by tightening the cap. He proceeded to offer for me to go underneath the car to take a look myself. I stared at him in disbelief. I would not need to go under the car as I would not even know what I was looking at. I told him that. He commented that I seemed to only want to argue with him when in all actuality I just wanted acknowledgment of the fault and my oil topped off to replace what had been lost. I asked if he was the lead manager and if there was a corporate office that I could discuss my concerns with. He replied that he was the head honcho. And said in a mocking tone, and we re independently owned and operated! I even brought photos with me with timestamps to show that the oil stain on the concrete had not changed while my car had been parked in the driveway overnight after tightening the loose cap. He then cursed at me. Another employee who was much younger looked extremely shocked. This employee was named Jesus and was extremely kind the entire visit. I walked to my car and as I was getting in I said, Please don t curse at me. He was standing in front of my car so I told him to please move so that I could pull my car out. As I was pulling my car out he was yelling and waving his arms. He bad mouthed Walmart s service and made the comment that, Sh*t happens and that he has had fuel pumps burn out while pulling out of his garage and that is just a coincidence. My husband had previously been a loyal customer owning numerous race cars. The younger boys who work there were also very friendly to me on previous visits. This manager failed to take accountability for a simple error which could have been corrected and exhibited a very aggressive demeanor when confronted by a customer who just wanted a reasonable explanation. The owner was extremely professional when my husband called him after finding his name on the internet under a BBB search. He apologized on behalf of his manager and said that he would talk to him. The owner acknowledged that he did not know how to rectify the situation as he was pretty sure we wouldn t be returning. Unfortunately, I would not feel comfortable returning unless it was on a day that Robert was not there.Service: Oil change

I am extremely happy with them professionalism of this shop! They are very busy and still took time to make sure my parents care was 100%. The Home town mechanic shop is back! I recommend this shop to anyone needing a trustworthy company to service their vehicles!!!!! Been bringing all my vehicles here for years. I don't live in Moore any longer and I've made the mistake of trying to take my wife's car to other local shops and have found that everyone else is stupid or they want to stick me with extra charges...Moore Oil & Lube has always been good to me! Thanks to the team there.

I used to love taking my vehicle there to get my oil changed and the guy that used to help me was always honest and friendly well I guess they have new people working there now and I took my car in to get oil changed last night and they had poor customer service. The guy acted put out having to change my oil because it was getting close to closing time and acted irritated with me that I was over on my mileage. Another lady pulled in next to me and he said he didnt want to take her but the other guy working with him said we should just go ahead and get it done and he said well im not about staying after 6. I understand it was close to closing time but it wasnt after hours and they could have still been friendly, when I asked him if Tuesday was ladies day I heard him say we'll isn't that why you rushed in here and then preceded to tell me yep every tuesday. He just had a bad attitude and they were in a hurry to get me in and out and didn't even put a sticker back on my windshield to let me know when my next change would be. It was not a good experience and I will be finding somewhere else to get my oil changed from now on.

Wonderful service and knowledgeable crew working here. The times I've seen any issues happen here it's always been an irate customer in the wrong. Wouldn't go anywhere else, if I did I'd rather go change the oil myself!

Friendly courteous and fast oil change done in less than 10 minutes no wait time set in the car I got you enjoy fast friendly service. This is my first oil change at this place and I'm pretty impressed thank you or oil change guy

Nice, friendly, and fast. I took my car their and they finished in no time. So I decided to go home and bring my other car in. They didn't try to push other services that was not needed. Just an oil change.

Great place, fast and friendly service. Will not go anywhere else. They only do what you ask of them and they do not try to up sale you on thing else unless it's a necessary thing that is needed.

Always friendly and fast. They ask you if you want things checked and changed. Gives you the option.I go every 5000 miles.
