I have been using Hibdon for over 40 years. I've never had a problem with them. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. I did not know I needed to make an appointment, but if I wanted just to wait there, they could fit me in. My total wait was about an hour. It was worth it. Their price also beat out discount tires.

This location just lost me as a customer as well as all of the people in my family. I spoke with Jackie and her manner was rude and complacent. They don't care if I am a customer or not. I'm sorry I wasted my time coming to this location. Don't go here but instead go to the Hibdon on 24th Avenue in Norman. It is 100% better! I don't know if they are just dishonest and trying to get more money or if they don't know what they are doing. Either way you don't want that in the company you trust to take care of your car.

So not only did Hibdon lose a break job .they also lost a client. See story below.Tried to get an appointment for getting my brakes changed, but Hibdon wouldn t give me a time. All they said was bring the car in and leave it. When I said I wanted to wait, they couldn t guarantee a time. I said, I d like to get my tires rotated which they said they could schedule at appointment for changing tires, but couldn t guarantee they could get my brakes looked at during that appointment.I do understand the desk guy s hands are tied about how they service brake jobs, but they really were talking down to me. The vibe was, We do not care about how you feel about our policy, we are not going to accommodate your brakes need. I can no longer recommend Hibdon Tires Plus.Follow up : Called Post Oak Toyota and they were glad to get me in today for a brake inspection & tire rotation.

Excellent friendly service, went out of their way to help us. We had a defective tire with a crack in the sidewall. They went and retrieved a tire for us at another location so we wouldn't have to wait until the next day to get it repairedWe are travelling from out of state so this meant a lot to us! Thank you so much we really appreciate your help and excellent customer service!

This is such a terrible place. I call to book appointment for car, they said they did first come first serve. Then I brought my car in and waited for a entire day. They did not mention this gonna take more than a day to pick it up. When i called they said gonna need to wait until tomorrow. I can t believe just normal change oil and check car break would take more than a day to do. Unbelievable

Monday morning I washed, clay barred, buffed and ceramic coated my car, and it looked beautiful. It sat parked in my garage until Saturday morning when I left for Coffee and Cars. My front left strut failed as I was crossing Telephone Road on 19th street. I ended up turning back and limped it to Hibdons. The car was spotless, and freshly polished having not been outside of my garage more than 15 minutes. Hibdons replaced both front struts for a good price, and I came back that afternoon to pick my car back up. Unfortunately, the good price was NOT WORTH IT.I was extremely disappointed and quite upset at the grease now on the paint which they had clearly tried to wipe off with shop towels thus scratching into the surface, and I now have a new scratch on the driver's side door as well as scratches on the corner of the hood.Hibdons mechanics clearly don't take proper care of customer vehicles by using protective covers, something I do in my own garage even just to change my oil. Seriously, $25 buys very nice fender covers that protect the paint from spills and drops, yet they don't even care enough to use that basic of a precaution.They also broke my driver's door window switch, yet denied it.When I brought all of this to their attention, they shrugged and did nothing about it.I will not be taking any of my 4 vehicles back to Hibdons. The quality and service has seriously declined since being sold years ago.If you need repairs, find a good local mechanic that cares about cars as much as you do. Avoid Hibdons unless you drive a beater and don't care about it.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Jackie, Anthony 1 more.( moore loc.)always are super nice. Due to strokes,seizures,severe anxiety issues and medications I have severe cognitive and memory issues. They all know me and make sure (explain til I understand) what needs to be done,options,timing,pricing etc.even point out if something I thought was wrong is ok.Always receive the best care/service at a fair price. Showed up at 9 am by 915 am my vehicle was in a service bay and 2 techs was on it. The guy from the counter was extremely helpful and happy to help get a issue fixed that walmart had caused. Needless to say i will be doing my tire and lube business here for the duration of my stay in Oklahoma. Thanks guys for the great experience in Moore Oklahoma. I would recommend showing up early as they do get busy

I have been using hibdons for 25 plus years, 95% of the time I'm happy. I use to feel like my business was important,but lately it's hit and miss. I guess it depends on who's at the counter.

The Service Writers have all been there for quite sometime and treat each customer with efficiency and respect. We have done our Oil Changes, light mechanical work and tire business there for over a dozen years. They know us and recognize us when we come in and make every effort to to take care of our auto needs professional. On our recent visit Jacki explained things in detail which helps us know what they worked on and the results. Very satisfied with their service.

I ve always had a decent experience at this location until yesterday I took my car in for a oil change & to get a nail out of my tire, they called recommending a new tire because a plug was already in it so I ended up taking it to someone else & when they took the tire off they showed me the nail didn t even penetrate the tire, it was a baby nail when he pulled it out. Hibdon should have caught that before calling the customer recommending a $100 tire. So be cautious with them, any old lady would of probably just replaced the tire cause they said so that s bad businessServices: Tires, Oil change

Received an online quote for 4 tires and an oil change and set an appointment based on the pricing. When I get to the place the price somehow jumped $300.00. Then I was informed that they weren't going to promise they could complete the job in 3 hours even though they ordered my tires yesterday for the appointment. I left because they didn't seem to value my time or my wallet. I went elsewhere and received exceptional service. Not sure why the fellas working here would need more than 3 hours to do a job that took 1hr and 15mins to complete at their competitors shop.

Customer service wasn't bad,just didn't like the wait,I was there a hour and 45 minutes. I seen the guy drive my car out of the garage into the parking lot and than come in side with my paperwork and keys, I waited another 15 to 20 minutes before I had to ask someone how much longer it was going to be and I told them the guy already brought my car around.

Do not go here !!!!! The manager, Jackie Walker, displays zero leadership characteristics and zero customer service skills. My lady took our suv in for tires today. 3 tires mount and balance, the fourth rotated because we had bought it recently. Also, asked for an alignment. I was at work but on speakerphone while she checked in. I told them that I was the point of contact for anything on the car and gave them my number. During the service, my lady texted me and told me that the manager, Jackie, had called her about something and was rude and snooty over the phone. I could not understand what the issue was so I called and spoke with a gentleman and told him to explain to me what was going on and he said there were no issues. It seems like their employees over there do not communicate with each other. We had one bad tire sensor out of four, that reads air pressure, before we went in. I was supposed to be contacted, but no-one ever contacted me and when I called and asked they said nothing about it. I might have had them replace the sensor that was bad, but instead they left all four of them unplugged, and refused to do anything about it. My lady was kicked out of the store. I called back to discuss this with Jackie, the manager, who was rude and hung up on me. I did not swear or yell at her. She said they had to reset the system and you cannot reset it with a bad sensor and I asked them why that didn t happen when we had the one tire replaced a few months ago. I explained that we didn t ask them for anything other than tires swapped, and an alignment And that s when she started getting rude and started repeating the same thing over and over and hung up. I am not sure how Miss Jackie Walker fooled or convinced somebody into believing that she was capable of being a manager, but she doesn t seem to be convincing the customers of such especially when you read some of these other reviews that sound a lot like mine.

What happened? This store used to be top notch with minimum wait times. Today I was first in line for an oil change and tire rotation. But after 2 hours of watching other customers being served ahead of me, I had to leave. No explanation and barely an apology. I will definitely think twice before visiting this store in the future.
