Same day tire replacement on a Sunday.This was one of the only shops that carried a tire compatible with my Tesla Y. I had a blowout on a Sunday and needed to pick up my wife from the airport and drive back out 2 hours. No issues at all and made it happen for me.

These guys have EXCELLENT service. I needed new tires before a road trip and they fit me in on a Saturday and had me on the road in an hour. A lady was there waiting for new wiper blades and they gave them to her for free because they took too long. Several other customers also said the excellent service is why they keep coming back here.

I would never take my car here as a black person. The service wasn't quick even with an appointment and to top it off when I got my car back it was leaking oil after the oil change. I brought it back to be fixed and without even checking the snake lady that works front desk said it was already leaking oil. My car has NEVER leaked oil, my driveway was very clear with no oil stains before bringing it. Then when I let the woman know it wasn't leaking she said "if you going to to act like that , then we aren't looking at it". I said "no worries see you in court." Then she tried to print a paper up showing it was a leak. I politely said I have my original receipt and see you in court." I watched how they were calling customers back that left their cars with sale tactics to make more money and customers denying them. I would never bring my car back to any Hibdons now(even though I had no problems with the one I used in Yukon who never told me anything about a leak or previous mechanics.) These people are prejudice

I came here to the Moore location and spoke with Jackie to get new brake pads, just on the rear. I bought brand new rotors Summer 2023. I previously went to Norman Hibdon(24th ave) on Friday to inspect/get me a quote. They quoted it $395 (for both brake pads) which is good. It's important to note on my paperwork that my rotors needed to be resurfaced and were NOT at the discard limit yet. I attempted to make an appt with Norman Hibdon on Sunday, but they were too booked so I made the same appt at Moore Hibdon. (I have a busy schedule with 1 day a week free for errands, if that... so my time is limited.) So today, Sunday, I come to my appointment and they inspect my brakes again. I get a call from Jackie after having my car gone for about 2 hours. She tells me my rotors are actually below the limit to resurface and I need new rotors. I find that funny because two days ago my rotors were just fine to be resurfaced. I posted pictures down below, 2nd picture is Moore. In the end, after calling Norman Hibdon to double check that my rotors were in fact fine, Jackie refused to fix the brake pads without having me buy new rotors. I completely belive this location is dishonest and trying to screw their customers out of money. On top of that, I had my lovely mom help figure this situation out with me and she spoke with Jackie on the phone. Jackie offered no help or solutions other than "buy new rotors". Jackie was also rude to my mother on the phone. That frustrates me... don't be rude to my mother. Not only did I waste my time driving 45 minutes to Moore today, because mind you, I don't live in Moore. Now, I have to wait another week to fix my car. All in all, don't waste your time here drive the extra mile to the honest hibdon who is respectful to their customers (and parents) on 24th Ave in Norman.

These "professionals" cost me a new axle and at least two tires. I brought a wheel to two of the workers, including Anthony, and asked if it was the right wheel for my all wheel drive Ford. I was told by both men that the used wheel was the right size. My car started shimmying shortly thereafter. I thought it was the alignment and took my car to the okc hibdons. Was told it was my tires causing the issue so i bought two new tires and an alignment. The problem was the size of my wheel. I took my car to an independent mechanic and he told me the wheel was the wrong size. Spoke to Anthony, the Moore Supervosor about the above and was told it was my fault for bringing in the wrong size wheel. I'll never shop at Hibdons in Moore again.

Was on the just yesterday New Year's Day and everyone was as always so polite and professional. They are ALWAYS honest and loyal in what they do. Jackie, Anthony, and David upfront are always really helpful. I tell everyone this is the place to go for fallout respectable service. Thanks Jackie and team.Tara M

On our way to Texas from Indiana on I 35 we had a camper tire shred. Shout out to Okies.. a guy flagged us off because of our tire, then a super nice Moore police officer stopped. By this time we are frustrated. We find out that Hibdon tire has our tire size and we were amazed it was open on Sunday. Very pleased..

Bryan and Joseph and couple other staff members were very helpful, took great care of my wife's car. We bought another set of tires and have been customers over 22years and Bryan has been there(several locations) .Thank you

I can't say enough about Bryan and Joseph and a young lady..(did not see her name..) they always treat us so well. We have been with Hibdons for 23 years..we have met some fine people...and (a couple of unmentionables)Thank you Bryan..tires are great

Ran into an issue, that was fault of Hibdon. However, Joseph went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Very patient and professional with me, even though I came at him pretty heated at first. We have been going to this location for oil change and tires for quite a few years, and plan to keep returning. Thanks again, Joseph!

First I want to preface that this should be a no star review instead of a 1 star.This morning at 8:00 I decided to drop my car off to get my tire checked out. Now I didn t set an appointment but with the parking lot being empty I would have expected a decent turn around.However fast forward to 3:00 pm and I ve still haven t heard anything from Hibdons. I have to end up calling them myself to get hit with the good ole, we just now got finished up with all our other cars and yours is next in line , aka we forgot about your car and now we re going to work on it now that you called.Fast forward to 3:30 I finally get a call telling me that my tire is bad and that I need to replace it. Now had I gotten calls periodically or at least some sort of contact informing of the delay I personally wouldn t of had a problem with that. However since I had to wait to the end of the day and had to initiate the call I had a right to be upset with the time frame. As such I ask Tommy who happens to be who I m dealing on the phone if you could discount me for the inconvenience. Tommy however decides that he wants to get an attitude with me stating if I don t like what he s offering that he can pull the car out and that I was in the wrong for insinuating that they did an unacceptable job.Needless to say I was very disappointed with how everything was handled especially the lack of communication on their part followed by the very poor customer service.I hope that the next time the store has a meeting with Jon Crouch he can address these issues.As of now I and the company fleet trucks will no longer be using Hibdons tire anymore.

They declined service on my vehicle after asking them to be careful with my BRAND NEW rims. Asked them to place covers or anything to keep them protected. I told them if they messed them up they would be replacing the rim. (they have previously damaged a rim on another vehicle of mine). The old man upfront then got irritated at that comment and then another employee said to go outside where he said they were declining my business. I should not have given them another chance and will gladly take my business elsewhere. Beware of this place and just go somewhere else so they don't mess up your vehicle.

I must have gotten two separate estimates on repairing my vehicle plus almost a $3000 estimate on a repair of suggestions.when it never needed any of that. They are a scam!!

This is my go-to place for tire and alignment work. Had appointment for tire rotation. They had me in and out in under 20min. Highly recommend them.
