Just wanted to mention Shane and the best service I ve ever encountered. He was absolutely amazing. I ve been working on growing my business and I don t know everything yet so I make mistakes. He was able to help me across the board with all of my questions. Really saved my rear end. Honestly was the most pleasant and efficient experience I ve ever had in the industry. Hopefully a review of perfection doesn t and any extra stress. You don t have to be perfect, but wanted to bring to light that you were for me! Thanks again!

Got a 1600.00$ rearend for dodge was supposed to be a good rearend but was trash now out 1600 and no rearend

My granddaughter lives in Chincoteague, VA. She drives a 2016 Buick Encore which unfortunately ran low on coolant and overheated to the extent the engine was ruined.Her local auto repair shop was not able to find a replacement engine from their usual source.I live in Purcell, OK; my local mechanic recommended contacting G&R Auto Parts as a potential engine source. I called G&R, spoke with Shane who quickly located a low-mileage engine and quoted a reasonable price.I purchased the engine and Shane arranged shipment of the engine to Virginia.The Chincoteague auto repair shop was very complimentary about the condition of the engine; they quickly installed it, and the Encore 'runs like new'.G&R (and Shane) were efficient and reliable in sourcing and delivering this engine; I was very pleased with their service.

Dealing with salvage yards is not most womens favorite thing but I was helped by DJ and seriously some of the nicest people and so so helpful. It was really nice during a stressful time I will definitely recommend them to all the girlies and guys who want to be treated nice and the pricing was great too which is always a plus (: 10/10 love them !!

Great experience here with Frank. I was looking for a carrier for 2005 Chevy Corvette.I ordered one from a wrecker out in Nevada but was told hours later that "it is broken."I found G&R (online website) and placed my order.(I could not find one in California).Frank provided all the information I asked for (vin no. And all). I got it shipped out to California in a timely manner and all is good so far with the rear carrier. So far so good. Thank you Mr. Frank for exceptional customer service.

Great people to deal with. Frank helped me with my wheel over phone. Even sent him a picture of my tire and wheel. While they could not locate what I needed they were outstanding trying to help. They gave me a referral which turned out to be what I needed.Thank you

Fast service. Great people and great prices!We were looking for, apparently hard to find parts. Checked over a dozen places before finding this one, which it turns out was only 1.5 miles from my shop.They the Kia parts I needed for 25% less than next closest yard, whuch was 20 miles away.

This place is what all wrecking yards in Oklahoma should model themselves after. The moment you walk in, its very organized, clean and the staff are friendly. The yard is very well organized as well and everything looks like a well run operation. I have been to many wrecking yards and none are anything close to G&R. Thanks for supplying my shop with good used parts! Keep up the good work

I personally would never shop here. Bad customer service if not the worst. I went to their shop to help someone else out. Dealing with these grease monkeys is like pulling teeth.

Pat has always been great to work with. I appreciate their honesty and the fact that they're budget conscious. They have been great at diagnosing and fixing the problem rather than replacing things and hope it works. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This place closes at 5; however, they lock the doors well before that. We flew across town today to pick up a part for our car before they closed. We arrived 17 minutes before they close and the glass doors were already locked. The man and woman inside just stared at my husband through the glass and wouldn't even bother getting up to help him. We will NOT return to or recommend this place in the future. Do better.

Everyone at G&R has been fantastic! We needed a new tail light and the dealership wanted $750. Shane got it for us the next day for $180 and its perfect. Thanks again, we will be back!

I dislike the customer service and my reason is because I'm from Chickasha and they placed a part on hold for me to pick up and when I get there they tell me they had sold it to a guy named Paul and my name is Floyd they cost me money for no reason smh absolutely poor customer service

I bought a set of factory take off tires from them last week. The tires checked out and were in fact new, about ten miles on them. When I had them put on, the tire shop noticed an imperfection I overlooked when I bought them. I called Shane at G&R and told him what was wrong. He set me up with a matching replacement tire, no questions asked. Good old fashion customer service. Go see these guys they will save you some money. I'll be going back

Great guys, worked hard to find me a spare for my Cruze diesel (which is different than the gas version). They knew that and made sure I had the right spare with the proper bolt pattern. Thx Shane. Great price too.

Daughter hit a curb and ruined the wheel. I went down in person after I called and verified they had the wheel. They had the wheel pulled by the time i got there, but I threw in a last minute order for the hubcap as well. Turn out the hubcap was all the way at the back of the yard, in the car it came off of, on the "top shelf" of the stack of cars. They jumped on the fork lift and went through all that trouble for a cheap hub cap. Good folks, well organized and fair prices.

Extremely helpful. If they don't have the part they will direct you to someone who hopefully does. Old fashioned good customer service
