I took my suv in for an alignment. They quoted me $114 which was fine. After I brought it in they called me a couple hours later saying it would be an extra $300 to fix because my tie rod was locked up. The explanation was very vague and I got different explanations from two different people. I told them I would just take it somewhere else, and they advised me it would be $30 just because they looked at it. When I arrived I got even more run around why they couldn t complete the alignment. When I got home I had a friend look at it, and come to find out, the real reason was they completely stripped the bolt on my tie rod and couldn t get it off. I have pictures of shards of fresh metal falling off the bolt that hadn t been touched by anyone else. So basically they messed up my tie rod then made an excuse of it being locked up and tried to charge me more for their mistake. Completely shady business. I will never think of them as a company again!

Had a great experience at Firestone i Moore. Logan and Kenny were very helpful and explained things to me that I needed to know about my car. They were very efficient in the job they did with my car. Thankyou!

Took my car in cause my check engine light came on I paid $133 just for them to check and see what was wrong with it.I needed new spark plugs and coils they said it would cost around $800 to fix not being able to afford this at the time I picked my car up paid the $133 and left.I then ordered the parts on rock auto it only costed me around $50 for the parts and had a family member install them we then realized my cover for my engine was broken with is around $200 to replace I was not told when I picked up my car that they have broken it when they went to take it off to inspect my car! I think it is crazy to charge $800 when the parts only cost around $50 definitely feeling takin advantage of since I'm a women that knows nothing about cars ridiculous and now I'm out another $200 to get my cover replaced!

We had a flat tire that could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Needed the car for a trip out of town the next morning. Dropped it off around 4pm and they had me done by 7pm. Great service!

I had an appointment for an oil change at 10 am but when I called to check on the status of my car at noon they hadn't even started yet. I finally got a call saying that my car was ready at 2 pm.

The S. Broadway Firestone location is very good. They diagnose my problems and give me solutions. They have solved balance problems, that other Firestone locations were unable to solve.

After making a appointment for 3 arriving at 2:56, for 4 new tires n a alignment, at 4:35, they said they only had 2 tires n would get the other 2 from Norman. Paid out after 5:35 n didn't get the alignment, had to go back this morning and get that done. Over 4 hours of work missed. Got 1/2 price on alignment, n a set of wipers, the 1 hr 45 minute wait before any info is less than acceptable. Then another hour, then back this morning. Last time here.

Was told that my lifetime alignment couldn't be done because vehicle needed new ball joints in the front-end. Had the dealer and my normal mechanic check the ball joints and was told by both that the ball joints were good and didn't need replacing.

Excellent as always. Went to pickup my truck with the new tires installed and my bill was about $100 less than they quoted. This place understands customer service under Brandon s leadership. It s always a pleasure doing business here.

I have a trip coming up so I went by and had my tires pressure and tread checked. They were super kind and helpful and didn t pressure me into buying things I didn t need. I definitely feel safe as a woman bringing my car to this shop.Service: TiresService: Tires

Somewhat frustrating. Called last week to make an appointment, told to bring the vehicle in on Tuesday when all the mechanics would be there. Appointment was for 8am. Had the vehicle there before 8 and was told the work would be done possibly by 3pm. At 2:30pm I called to check on the progress and was told that they were just now pulling the vehicle in. Can't say it was a positive note but the original problem I took the vehicle in was for the replacement of a tie rod, but turns out the tie rods were fine and that the issue was ball joints and the original price went from$500.00(+) for tie rods to $1300(+) for ball joints. The one positive thing that the work was completed before 5pm.

Avoid at all costs!!! My daughter was stranded on her way out of town & we sent her there and they lied and said all brakes, rotors, and a cv axle were broken! We own an automotive business so my husband spoke to the tech and they lied straight to his face! We told her to leave & a friend checked it out. One brake pad needed replaced, but would not leave her on side of road. All others are fine.....they give good automotive businesses a bad name!

I called on a Thursday last week the one in Midwest City to see if I could get my air conditioner checked they asked if I could drop it off or the appointment wouldn't be for a whole 10 days. And of course I couldn't drop it off,as it was my only transportation. I called this one my friend recommended she uses them, I believe I spoke with Brandon he told me I could bring drop off. I couldn't. I asked what time they opened on Saturday he told me they opened on Saturday at 7am, I was there at 7:05am . I chose to wait,the guy said they would get to it as soon as they could. He kept me informed and most of all polite. At 7:35 he explained to me what it was and I was okay with it. He said he would then go ahead and order the parts,I just knew I was going to be there all day but I was out by 9:45am. This is my go to place,I think this is the best service I've had from a Firestone. Now it's worth me driving from Okc.

Made an appointment online that did not show up in their system. They apologized and got me in quickly, fixing my flat and changing out my wipers. The whole thing took less than 40 minutes.

Had a busted rim & blown tire from someone loosing something off their trailer on I-35, after buying the tire at one location, rim at another, these guys mounted it for free and made my day.... it was expensive enough as it was but this little gesture went a long way!!! Thanks again!!!

I took my Porsche Cayenne in to get a 4-wheel alignment today. They did an excellent job. Several other locations in the city couldn't align it for whatever reason, but they didn't have any issues. I had an appointment at 1pm, and they got me right in and completed the work in about 40 minutes. According to their measurements, it wasn't off much, but on the drive home I could definitely tell that got it back like it should be. I'm extremely pleased with the service and won't hesitate to go back if I need any sort of service.

I came in this morning, not too happy of course because I left for work to find I had a flat tire. After getting my car to Firestone, Ricky, the gentleman that assisted me during my experience there, greeted me and let me explain what I needed done. We tried for a patch but it wasn't possible. I needed a new tire and it wasn't an easy tire to find. He gave me tips and answered all of my questions very well. He was able to order the tire so that it would be delivered that day from their warehouse within 2-3 hours. I waited in the lobby and it was delivered and completed much faster than expected. He was so helpful with pricing, explanations and customer service. He even assisted me in speaking with my tire warranty service so that I could get authorization to go through with getting my reimbursement. It was definitely time consuming for him but he handled it well without neglecting time from other customers. For the reason I needed to be in there, it was as great of an experience that I could hope for. Will definitely be returning! Thank you Firestone and Ricky.

A bit pricey, but with a warranty and several hundred locations, hard to be the availability. They got my vehicle at about noon and by 4:15 pm had it diagnosed and replaced a starter. Cannot complain one bit about that speed.

Great experience! Very friendly associates, quality work, and integrity. They had an opportunity to over quote me and over charge me but they chose not to. I was under the impression my car needed more work than it did (brakes and rotors) but they checked them and showed me they were still in good shape and had more life than I anticipated. I was expecting to be out hundreds of dollars, but instead just the price of an oil change. Thank you for being honest and doing quality work, while also being friendly.Great job Firestone!

This Firestone location has been fantastic for us. They are ethical in their work & don't try to push a ton of unnecessary work. My husband keeps excellent records on our vehicles so we typically know what is due when. They are efficient & pleasant to deal with...Definitely recommend!
