Came to get two tires fixed. One needed rim repair. That one is good. Was told the other just needed to be cleaned. Well, paid $20 and it still isn't fixed. Deduct star for that

Whatever you do, do not go here to have your tires rotated or replaced! They will strip your lug nuts and then try to not fix what they broke! Do better!

I used to go to a really good, reliable used tire shop in Norman. Unfortunately, it closed down and the replacement store is not great. I had a mishap of running over glass this week, and needed a temp tire as I'm getting new tires after the first of the year. After searching, I found this shop. The gentleman that worked there were professional, kind, and had great manners all the way from the first phone call, to the installation and service. As luck would have it, I had another mishap 2 days later, and went back. They remembered me, wanted to make sure the first tire was still good, and continued with the professional service. I have found my new shop! The prices are fair, they check to make sure that the tire looks good to you, and are efficient. I am super pleased with this find. They even offer oil changes, and brake service.The only reason I would give them 4, and not 5 stars, is that their waiting room had a strong smell of cleaner or fabric softener, and during the first visit, it was strong enough that it felt like I tasted it. The second time, the smell was not as strong. so if someone were to have smell sensitivities, this might be a deterrent. Otherwise, 5 stars and thank you so much for great service!

I got a flat tire hitting a curb. It was undriveable. One of the workers here saw me, ran over to his shop, got me a new tire, and changed it where I pulled over! And for an extremely reasonable price. Great guy, and great service. It was my first experience here, but I gave 5 stars and would recommend that kind of service to anyone.

Called this morning and asked if they had my size tire. I was told they did and said I would be by after I got off work at 4 and the man said okay. Got here at 4:30 and the door is locked and no one is answering the phone. The sign on the door says open until 7. Don't waste your time going here!

I gave them two because they were polite, however, I brought a tire that did not have to be put on and waited so long that I was going to ask for the rim back to go to another place. They had several workers, some who were not busy & putting the tire on the rim for almost $50.00 would have taken minutes. Every other person was being help first... All who had big trucks...or businesses. The little person just seems to be losing importance anymore in American business. A very sad senerio

Me and my wife were referred to this place by several people who we trust. Looking for a great deal, and these days who isn't. Three tires for less than $125.00 mounted and balanced. Little bit of a wait but well worth it. Stop by you won't be disappointed.

Been here many times. Always prompt. Always very fairly priced. Cheaper than 95% of places.Tires rotated. Tires changed out. Brakes. Never a problem.

Paid 45 bucks for a used truck tire and disposal of the old one. They were friendly and pretty quick considering I pulled up at 5 o'clock. They didn't give me a price until the tire was on the truck. but overall I would use them again if I were looking for a quick fix.

I went there on April 19th for a used tire. They charged me $55 for the used tire. Highest price, I've paid for a used one. I arrived about 5pm and they started on it, was waiting a little bit and it was almost 6pm. Went in to see how thing were going, and I see the tire is almost on the rim, but telling me I'd have to wait till tomorrow and not holding air. All they had leftward to replace the valve stem and air it up and it would have been done. They wo I ldnt finish it, so I took it hone as it was. Went and bought a pack of valve stems went hone popped one in and put air in it and it was done. I drove it for almost 2 weeks and the car sat in the garage, I went to drive it and left the house got onto the highway and it felt funny like the rear end swayed back and forth, then it went flat. Steel braided cables were hanging out and tire was shredded.

I absolutely love this shop. The staff is friendly and informed, they are very fast and can get you in and out in a reasonable time frame.I stopped in and got a quote for new and used tire options within 10 minutes. They patched my Girlfriends flat in about 20.

Very friendly and fast!! I got great tires and my alignment fixed !! My car drives like a new one now!! Highly recommend this place if u need tires!! Will definitely go back for my oil change and also tires for my other vehicle !

These guys are so amazing. They really helped me out of a jam and got me rolling again. They super friendly and professional. I will continue to use this tire shop for all my future tire/wheel needs! I would give them 10 starts if I could.

Friendly and hard working staff. Got my rear driver side flat tire fixed for only $15. Honest work and they didn't try to trick you into doing other services. I was in and out in 30 min. Will come again.

I brought a tire to get fitted on a newly bought rim a couple days ago and got there around 5 PM, I left them with it and went on a couple errands with my friend who drove me there. They re closing time is 6 PM and we got back at 5:58 PM and everything is shut and locked and nothing. No response or anything. We must have called like a dozen times each and nada. So far been 2 days since and I ve gone up there during hours where it explicitly says open and they aren t, and of course I have called daily and nothing. Very disappointing that there s no transparency with these people.

In and out in about 20 minutes with a patch. These guys are good. They can be busy at times, but always worth the wait.
