Kenny was great. Steady and professional and changed my tire quickly.. For being stuck on the side of the road in the rain, he made it as enjoyable an experience as it could have been. He pulled away and watched to ensure I got on my way. Good thing ... turned out I had two flat and needed a tow! ArrgPat, the owner, is a little gruff on the phon. There was a miss print on the bill. He took one look at the bill and changed it without hesitation.His wife is sweet as pie.

I called them late one evening to tow a two axle 15 foot enclosed trailer that was loaded down. Are they showed up quickly, loaded the trailer with no problem, and got it to my house. I got screwed over by a different company and called Express. They showed up faster than the estimated time given and were polite both on the phone and during the tow. Price was cheaper than any of the other places I called and they went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend them!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Car died in the middle of the street outside my house and needed someone to help me get it back in the driveway. Went down the list of nearby tow services and they were the only ones to answer. They said they didn't have anyone but called right back and said they could send someone out. Waited maybe 20 minutes and they showed up and pushed my car back in the driveway free of charge.I used them again and it took them only about 20 minutes to come to tow my car to a service shop for $80. Was told they could not get to me for an hour. It took just a little less than that. I appreciate the honesty. Additionally, the price quoted was very reasonable and was exactly what they charged me (no hidden fees or charges) Would highly recommend for anyone who might have to use a tow service.

Broke down during the morning commute. They stated they were busier than usual, but still arrived 10-15 minutes earlier than they quoted on the phone. Painless, quick tow.Will definitely be my first call next time I need a tow.

Had my car break down near i240 and western and couldnt get it started, found and called express and spoke to someone (didnt get his name) who got me a quote fast and alot cheaper than others ive gotten. I was quoted for someone to be at my car in 1 hour, and EXACTLY 1 hour to the minute, the driver (tyler) called and said that he was at the car. He also went out of his way to ask/wait for others to move so that he could even get the car hooked up, all without any damages. He also referred me to their shop if by chance I'm not able to fix it myself. Both seemed very nice, and the driver was very prompt. I really do appreciate all their help, any longer, like other towing services quoted me, and my car would have been towed anyway, except it would've been the store calling for one, not me... :/ :D

This company has some of the best employees. I called late, around 8 pm, and the gentleman that spoke to me was the most kind man I ve talked to regarding the circumstances. He calmed my nerves and helped me stop crying! I will recommend this company to anyone I can!

Starter went out on my Honda Accord (it's a great car, 250K on the starter but that's not the story here). This company came and picked it up from my house which is about 1.5 miles north of this company and took to their garage. The mechanic fixed it within a few hours and I was able to pick it up. VERY reasonable charge compared to all other mechanics in the area. I was really shocked plus the hookup and tow was discounted because they were going to fix it. I was thinking I'd be out about $300 to $350 on this issue but I bought the starter and then paid for the tow and fix for less than $200 (I'd have to dig around for my receipts to know the exact amount). It's been about 6 or 8 months now and the car is starting and running great! Have lots more miles now and absolutely no problems whatsoever!

Do not use this company. Worst experience I've ever had with a tow company! They were supposed to pick up my car between 8am and noon. The company didn't have the decency to call and let me know they would be running late. The driver would not answer his phone, nor return my call. The dispatcher lied and said he was on his way at 1:45pm. When the tow driver finally showed up at 4pm, he wasn't even apologetic. Very unprofessional company. I will never do business with them again.

Made the stupid mistake to take a short cut this morning and got stuck in the mud. Not desperately stuck, but stuck enough that my Honda Accord wasn't going anywhere. The guys who showed up from Express were nice enough, but whoever they talked to on the phone told them to charge me $400 to pull me out. My car was about 10-15 feet from solid ground (that's how close their tow truck was to me) -- but they said the cost was high because they were going to have to run cable from a concrete base. I declined, called a friend with a pick-up, spent $40 for a 20-foot tow chain at Lowe's and was out in 5 minutes. I was expecting a $60-$100 charge and I would've probably paid $125. They lost my business this morning and for the future...plus I'm compelled to review a business for the first time.

They may be fast but thereis a reason. One of their tow drivers about drove us off the road. I will never use rhem vecause they are reckless and I would hate to see how they woule treat my car. What I find funny is that their tow trucks say hand up and drive but the driver was more reckless than most people on their phone (voice calls.) They also were foing way over 60 mph.

I was nearly broke, and broken down on the side of the interstate. Skyler showed up and saved my life, man. He was on his back, hooking up the under carriage of my car to the truck bed ramp, as semi trucks roared passed his head not four feet from his head. He gave me a lift to a mechanic, and a lift home for a ridiculously LOW price, AND he brought my phone back after I forgot it in the truck!!! NICEST GUY EVER. Great conversationalist too. The best lift I ever got in my life. Kid you not, man. Call'em.

Just watched one of the Express towing and Recovery vehicles just about cause a really bad wreck with a semi because he didn't want to go past his destination and have to turn around. this semis wheels were literally pouring smoke off of them from him having to lock them up so fast.The driver decided that while in the middle lane on I 35 southbound right before the 77 exit in Norman, that he was going to go from the middle lane all the way over to the shoulder to get to this vehicle that had called for a tow. Then the cars in the lane he was trying to get into almost hit him as well. I don't know what this guy was thinking but that is just something you don't do. You go and turn around before you put other people's lives in danger just because you don't want to waste your time doing so.

Took total advantage of charging me whatever price they could after an accident I had after work and towing my car. I had to hunt this tower down just to find my car and get information on how to handle my claim.No cooperation.Rude to any questions I asked to locate my vehicle.Moore police was appalled at this guys handling of my situation. Especially since it was an accident and not some DUI impound. I was hit by an uninsured person and more violated by this towing company than the uninsured

Absolutely terrible company. I was stranded in moore and needed a tow truck. Called my insurance roadside insurance and they got in touch with this company and paid them to come tow me. 3 hours later no one has shown and they wouldn t answer my insurance company s calls. I finally got ahold of someone and they said they declined my call. Terrible company.

Called for a price bc I knew car was there and they told me to call Police department so I called PD than called back and said I needed a price than we get there and waited 20 mins and nobody was even there so called back and they said will be a minute till someone is there. So we left and came back and than the price was higher than what was quoted on the phone.

Horrible customer service I was in a wreck and they where called to tow my truck away they towed it to there yard where no one is there. You have to call them and have them meet you there on there time just to get stuff out of or off the vehicle. Oh did I mention I got hung up on as well.Service: Car towingService: Car towing
