They had my Tahoe for over a month and a half. They were supposed to put my transmission and torque converter in that I had. They never did that. They did put a starter in and the mechanic put the starter in wrong. So now my Tahoe is at another mechanic shop getting completely fixed like it should ve been done at the first mechanic shop! So almost $700 later just for labor that I am out of.

I worked there...and this is what he has me do to a car...it ended up frying the computer...plus he would have me take out check engine lights all the time.. and brake lights out of the instrument cluster...I would fix the vehicles without needing parts..then I'd look at the bills and he would charge them for $400 parts that they didn't even need..plus 250 to have them "reprogrammed"......ALL THE TIME!!! He also claims to rebuild starters and alternators... But he does not...he buys them instead

Charged me diagnostic which was fine ,put the part on did not fix it, then put another part on did not fix it, the problem was hit bump and it dies, after parts and a grand later , does same thing , now stranded on highway calling tow truck, so stand by and I'll let you know what happens. I'm hopeful they'll fix the problem ..... More to come........

I took my 87 Toyota Supra to get a minor electrical problem fixed. I believe it was just a fuse. they chopped up the harness and did the absolute most shotty job I have ever seen a business do. this is not a common car and harnesses are not cheap. they completely ruined the electrical on my car frustrates me. my headlights won t go up and down like they used to. my horn won t stop beeping. this cars electrical was perfect before they got ahold of it. absolutely the worst mistake I made was trust them with my vehicle. they charged 400$ to ruin my car. don t waste your time and money especially if you have a car you want to have working properly.Service: Electrical repair

WARNING! DO NOT TAKE YOUR AUTOMOBILE TO THIS PLACE NO MATTER HOW AFFORDABLE YOU THINK IT IS!!! This is by far the worst auto shop I've ever encountered. The owner Billy is arrogant and rude, especially to women and people who have any type of electrical or mechanical knowledge. He was supposed to fix a simple oil leak 8 months ago. that leak was never repaired. He and his employees claimed to have put new gaskets and belts on everything, but we discovered that wasn't done. We have taken the truck over 5 times, still leaks. He ended up having to put a replacement/used engine in it ,because the original kept leaking profusely until the engine blew.After they installed the replacement engine we immediately took the truck to a reputable mechanic who found multiple oil leaks, transmission and power steering leaks, and worst of all the oil filter was inaccessible. They are not timely with repairs, and Billie is a world class JACK#!*.

My great uncle Charlie works at this shop. He is a very honest and no nonsense man with many years of experience. I would trust him with repairing my vehicle, he hasn't had to yet (thankfully), but looked at a car I recently purchased to make sure it was in excellent condition (which it is) and not a lemon.

Dons auto was very good service wise. Would have gotten 5 stars, but I noticed some marijuana was missing from my console. Yes, I weigh my stuff. Yes, I left it by mistake. No, I wasn t expecting any to be missing when I got my car back after a day and a half. Great work on fixing my A/C problem tho.Service: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

We had a truck not starting, Billy was great to work with got our truck in and out fast. Not only fixed the problem but cleaned the engine. Will use again in the future.

I had my car at another shop that was ripping me off. I moved my car do Don's and they were great. AFter I picked up my car the AC would not get cold. They checked and a fuse was off. Don's didnt work on my ac the other shop did but Don;s took care of it for me with just the cost of a new fuse. Highly recommend this shop.

Brought in a alternator to be tested from a International truck, They said it was bad and gave me a price.. I took it to Jerrys on New Castle road for a 2nd opinion and they tested it and said it was fine, I asked him if he was sure because i was told it was bad, He looked at me and said it had it's rated amps and bearings and all seem fine. I discovered i had a bad ground in the truck and thats why i wasn't getting a good charge. I was almost ripped off,Glad i went elsewhere for a 2nd opinion!!

Did a really amazing job on my track I haven't had any problems since I got it back he had you reprogram my brain and a bunch of other stuff to my truck and it cost $918 which was one of the cheapest places I found and it was done right the first time

I took car in because I had 12 code from ecm and wanted to have electrical checked out instead of doing that he hooked the computer to the car and told me I had 12 codes coming up so in all Billy not the brightest bulb there changed a broken waterline that cost about $28 and charged me $297 for 3 hrs labor and never checked out the electrical like I had asked him to I don t recommend this shopService: Electrical
