Had a set of BFG KO2 tires and DX4 X-Trail wheels installed on my RAV4 in October 2023 at this location. The shop was prompt with the installation. The setup worked excellent during my December 2023 trip to Yukon and Alaska, including a drive through an Arctic snowstorm on the North Slope haul road.

First time going to this Discount Tire. I ve had great experiences at all of the ones I ve been to. This one is no different. They provided terrific customer service and were pretty quick with changing out my tires ( I ordered online and had an appointment). Considering they were quite busy. I was happy with the speed of the service. I encountered three employees and all were very friendly and helpful. It may not mean much to some, however, I don t frequent or shop at businesses with employees that appear to be very dissatisfied with being there. They were attentive and helpful. I ll go here for all my tire needs.

Michael reached out to me by phone to inform me that my tires arrived the next day and that I could come in early to get them installed rather than wait 2 more days for my scheduled appointment. Arrived at the store and got out of my vehicle and I was walking up to the entrance he was walking nearby with another customer and he greeted me by my name, which made the experience great. Got the key and wheel lock to him and right at about 30 minute mark, my vehicle was done. So shout out to Michael as well as the shop tech(s) for their speedy work. As a former Chrysler dealership technician, I can say, that even though my former dealership is not setup for quick tire replacement, it would normally take 2 to 3 times longer to do. So my experience has been stellar and would recommend Discount Tire and more specifically, the Moore, Oklahoma location

Caleb is a nice guy and was helpful. When it came to charging he was sly and said I won t charge you for the balance and rotation but I turned some other options down and got charged for it with no statement from him. All this to say don t be like me and watch closely on what is being charged. The work was good and will be going back.

These guys are just tire salesmen. Their goal is to sell you a new set of tires, whether you need them or not. I went in with a nail in my tire just needing it patched. They would take the tire off and put a spare on but would not do any more than that. They did however offer me a new set of tires for $700 that I could get cheaper online anyway. Don't waste your time with them.

I insanely impressed and grateful for the service today! Aaron helped me over the phone and during my service! I was in and out and on the road within 30 minutes today! That speaks volumes when it can take much longer. Thank you Aaron!!!!

Great service from the whole team at the Moore OK location. There was an initial delay receiving my wheels but the management Lucas and Michael took care of me and made the experience outstanding! 10/10 would recommend

I went in to have my tire patched. Unfortunately, it wasn't repairable.I explained to the tech that I couldn t afford tires right now and they put on a good spare free of charge.Amazing company

I am a long time Discount Tire customer, however my experience yesterday at the Moore store was not the best. I have run-flat tires and discovered a flat (disclosure I do not live in Moore, but in DFW). I stopped at the store and ended up purchasing a new set of tires. Initially told that the tires had to be ordered and would probably take 30-60 mins to arrive. They arrived 5 hours later. I was finally on my way back to DFW and felt the car riding funny. Discovered, while on interstate that the left side had 42 psi and the right side had 38 psi. What the heck??? And the two rear tires, per my car's system, are still showing as flat. So after an 8-hour delay getting home, I now have to make an appointment and return to my local store to have this all checked out and fixed yet again. I am not happy. I called the Moore store to report the issues and didn't receive much satisfaction. I will not return to this Discount Tire store.UPDATED 8/18/2023: I went to my local store and within 10 minutes they had reset my Warning lights, verified the run-flat tires were not flat, and corrected the PSI for all. Amazing, what attention to details can do for your customers.

I was already happy to discover that I could browse for AND purchase my tires online, but wait - I could schedule an appointment to have them mounted on my car, too?Obviously, it's been a while since I've had the opportunity to buy four tires at the same time, and I was pleasantly surprised at the simplified process and how quickly everything came together with the mounting and balancing (okay, except for the current astronomical cost of said tires hopefully, it's buy once, cry once).Hats off to the staff and team at Discount Tire in Moore; great job, folks!

I did not double-check the time and arrived 2 minutes before they closed with a nail in my tire (unintentional, so don't do this. Just for context of understanding; how great they are) Even though they were tired and it was hot, and they definitely needed to go home, they still squeezed me in. They made sure to get me safely back on the road. They were fast, and everyone I encountered was courteous. I have been going there for almost a decade and never had any issues. Will continue going there. Thanks, guys!

They were quick, friendly, and even glossed up the tires before giving the Evo back. The biggest thing for me was that they made sure to return my lug nut key which means a lot. Will continue to do business with these awesome guys. TIME TO HEAD TO THE TRACK!.

Best place to get tires at by far! I take all my vehicles here. Luke, the manager, is the man and will take care of you. I don t know if all discount tires are like this one but these guys are the best. I always try and make an appointment so I don t walk in behind 6 people and end up having to wait too long.

Waited in line with 5 cars to get tire pressure set. Mind you, this was at ten am. Waited 30 min total as the guy would come do one car then leave to go inside. Talked to the manager about this. After talking to him, they did get the cars moving.

They did a great job replacing a wheel. They did it in a timely manner and acted professionally. They also dislodged the trim on the driver side A pillar and didn't even bother to mention it let alone try to fix it.

My first time to this location wasn't a good visit. Went in for tire rotation and balance and told it would be about 45 minutes. Long story short, left after an hour without the tires being rotated and me being frustrated. Made another appt but this time first thing in the morning. This visit 100 times better - with me being in and out for service in 30 minutes! Now that is the Discount Tire I've loved for over 5 years. Next review will be 5 stars I'm sure!

Customer for life here. Scheduled for Friday, they called me on Tuesday to get me in. Had an issue with an online purchase, and Michael made things right. Fantastic customer service, friendly interaction with everyone I've dealt with on the phone and in store. Don't forget, folks. These guys are unsung heroes. They're out there busting their hump in the OK weather, 92� with 134% humidity, so you can have a comfortable ride and your Whip (I think that's what the kids are calling them these days) has some new shoes.

I had some weather cracked tires that should have been covered by warranty, they said they contacted the tire maker and didn t, I was in the process of trying to get the tire maker to warranty them so I called Discount tire in Moore ok and told them what I was doing the sales person said he would go look to see if the tires had been disposed of yet,(no call back), if they hadn t lied about contacting the tire maker in the first place I could have gotten them warranties on my own, as I contacted the tire maker myself, so now no tire no warranty, terrible service, don t trust these people

Had a flat. It couldn't be fixed. They didn't have tire in stock, but did at their location in Norman. Caleb went and got the tire. Donnie was able to look up my DT credit card (didn't have with me). Wanted to use for rebate. Everyone there did their jobs very well. Very impressed as always. Is why I only use Discount Tire for wheel or tire needs. Thank you very much.

Fast and friendly service. Was in and out in less than an hour. I had been putting this off for weeks since the place I used to go required and an appointment or a long wait. Their focused service was awesome. The bathroom was clean and tidy. The lobby was drafty and it was difficult to find a place that wasn't under the AC vents, so bring a jacket if you get chilly. But that sure beats hot and stuffy. No TV, but there is free wifi and the music was pretty good.

I bought two tires and it cost $1,010.00. Not their fault. They are 21" tires, and they are outrageous everywhere. They had to order them. They did not have them in stock. When they came in a few days later, they contacted me so I could get them installed. They were quick and efficient in doing that.
