I took my car here for some body work. I have used them previously a few years back and they were great. This time however was nothing but bad. Something has changed. They apparently no longer have a quality control person. Or they are not doing their job. When I picked up my vehicle the first time, the work was incomplete. They had missed painting an entire panel of my vehicle that was on the estimate. So I took it back. I did not feel as if they made fixing my vehicle a priority. They never cleaned it out the first time leaving over spray in the entire vehicle. So back to picking it up the second time. There are new scratches on my hood. Vehicle was only halfway cleaned out and not washed. After the manager had called and told me the vehicle would cleaned out real nice. The adjuster told me his guy had painted my mirror. That was a lie. He should have checked prior to making the statement. As I stated a severe lack of quality control. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I forgot to add there is new paint issues not present when I dropped my vehicle off and tape left on my taillights with tape residue on my paint. Poor poor quality of work.Update: prior to posting this review I reached out to the corporate office. I asked for a call from the director of operations overseeing this facility. The lady told me the director was traveling that day so it might be a bit before he would call. It is almost two weeks later now and still no call from the director. I cannot even truly express my dissatisfaction with this place and their corporate office.

I recently took my truck back to service king/crash champions for a warranty repair. The paint began to flake off from when it was originally repaired by them. I also let them at the same time repair my daughter s car. I was updated continually via text on her car , as it was a new revenue for them. I heard nothing about my truck until I called and asked. Warranty work apparently doesn t receive the same attention. I accepted this fact, but had to call every so often to see how it was going. An emblem delayed the project, however I was allowed to pick it up while we waited for the emblem When I picked it up, I noticed a run in the paint. I went in and asked a rep named Ron at the Moore Ok location to come outside and check it out. He seemed a little annoyed as if he had something he was doing but he came out and I let it go. He said they could buff out the run or repaint it. I was still okay with that at this point. These things happen. When the emblem came in and it was time to get the run in the paint repaired I decided to look it over a little closer and found there to be orange peel near the run and what I thought was similar to a hair or some small foreign object in the paint. I took it back to Ron and attempted to show him the other imperfections I found. I couldn t spot the hairlike imperfection immediately and Ron said I can tell you right now, we aren t gonna fix that . To which an argument ensued. I was told they weren t gonna find every little imperfection and repair it and that he was sure I don t do my job perfectly so I shouldn t expect that from them. Needless to say, after I was provoked to swearing, we were both very angry. Curtis, the manager, got involved and I felt he acted professionally and in sincerity. After picking up the truck the final time(on a rainy day -wait and get yours when you can see the work clearly) I discovered the next day the same issues existed. U was told the issues were sanded and painted again, but there they were again. Paint run and orange peel. I have sent the manager pics. Stay away from this place. If you like the idea of a lifetime warranty, look around for some place more professional with better reviews. Phillip

My personal experience with Service King was not as I had expected having many other repair facilities.Repairs took over 7 weeks and was not complete when I was notified vehicle was ready. I was informed vehicle was ready after one month when I arrived I noticed several details with repairs. Trim lines did not match up, over spray, headlight lens crack, vehicle was not detailed or clean. Vehicle was left again to allow for repairs noted above.Facility failed to properly communicate repair updates. Service writers and manger were not willing to provide good customer service. I will definitely not recommend this facility to family and friends.

I don't care if my vehicle is 30 years old, i said i heard rattling under it and asked for pictures to be sent to my email, which I never received. Took my vehicle elsewhere to have it fixed. Won't come here again.

Don t take your car here!!! Horrible job I have a 2023 Cadillac that the insurance recommended to take it here, so I did, they just experimented with my car and did a quick fixer upper! They left scratches in places there wasn t any and they also scratched the inside leather! So disappointed that insurance company would recommend places like this! People don t know how to do anything anymore and don t take care of others belongings!Worst of all is the manager just said sorry about it! Of course that s all they can sayCrappiest place ever! I should have read all the reviews before I took my brand new car here! Ugh

I worked there for 1 full year as a parts manager in 2023,, i have 20yrs experiance doin parts.. I caught the general manager Curtis Gile frauding insurence companies and customers by not puttin purchased parts thats on the estimate on the customers cars saying they did put them on when they didnt.. Then throwing them away and billing insurence compainies for the parts that did not get put on customers cars... I turned him in to his boss michael wyatt which is the reginal manager and then also his boss steven hayes which is the state manager for that company and instead of fixin the problem that i have absolute proof of fraud and other things like not puttin all parts on cars like it should be in wich i showed them in person.. Instead of fixin the problem they fired me for exposing the GM Curtis Gile... Crash champions Corporate does know about it and is now working with me and said fruad is a very serious crime and the oklahoma department of labor board is well aware of this shops Cons And Scams.. if you have takin ur car here in the last year id have your insurence company go back and relook at ur car because i gaurentee you not all the parts u paid for or ur insurence company paid for is not installed on your car.. Im also working on gettin this shop audited for the last year, to show more proof of wrong doing and fraud..Do not take ur vehical here

These guys are cooks , drove my car in for an estimate,,knowing that it was an old car and looking at it, in knew it was going to cost more to fix it than it was worth ,,but they had to take it completely apart to see that ,now the car was completely undriveable,now I have no car, insurance pool now has parts for this had to find car. Somebody needs to be sued, accident was not my fault,and their insurance doesn't give enough money to replace it

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! I don t normally write reviews ( this is actually my first) but I wanted to hopefully save someone else from making the same mistake. If I could give zero stars I would. They had my car for almost a month the first time. They didn t do half the things they were supposed to do but charged for it. When questioned the guy was very confrontational, unprofessional and lied about it. Left my car with them again to finish what they were supposed to do the first time, had it over a week and still didn t do everything thing they were supposed to. They obviously take no pride in their work and it shows. Everything was halfway done. I finally realized that they aren t going to do what they are supposed to and I ll just have to live with it because I m not leaving my car with these people again. I just hope that this review saves someone else from all the stress that I have experienced because of this place.

Do NOT take ur car to service king! They had my car for my accident over a month, 2 weeks of that they said it was done but it had to go threw processing before I could get it, that took 2 weeks!! Meanwhile I m paying for a rental car! finally got a call back that it was done.. went to go get it and they tell me that they backed it into a wall and they have to keep it to fix it, funny how that took less then 2 weeks cause they were paying for my rental car.. just went to pick it up and the engine light is now on and the taillight that they broke isn t working.. there s no way this place is one of the highest rated place around to take ur car.. don t do it!

I used service king to repair my vehicle that was in a collision. They were the only one in the city that would take my car soon instead of next year. My car was ready 1 month later. Their updates were not quite accurate while it was being repaired and my car had issues after 3 days of getting it back. Left a voicemail twice and no one ever called me back. The external work looked great but customer service is horrible.

just a quick call, had them fix a splash guard that came loose, sure, no problem, comeon by. They checked my record on file....Done in 30 mins! Excellent customer service, very courteous and professional.

Took my wife's van there after an accident. They did a pretty standard job of fixing the damage. The bumper still isn't fully flush after they fixed it. My van was returned with a fine powder all over the inside and the clips for our window shade were broken. I cleaned the car myself but my wife called to ask about what happened with the window clips. They told her it's not their problem. Sort of sad to lose customers over this. I'll just replace the $5 worth of plastic clips and take my money to a different business.

Walter and staff were incredibly helpful and professional. They kept me informed and described the repair process and timeline at the beginning. I was very happy with their service and I'll use them again. I would definitely recommend Service King!

I had an accident where someone pulled out in front of me and I had a ding so I took my car toService King. They took really good care of me. So much so that a year later, when a tire flew off a truck in front of me and smashed the front of my car,I went back to Service King. They gave me a fast estimate. Kept me updated everyday on the progress of my vehicle, and any questions I had all I had to do was text them. With the job I have I can t be on the phone so texting was no problem with them. They kept things simple and easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants their vehicle taken care of fast and and professionally.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had my car over a month a got a text 2 weeks ago saying they were waiting on a part and there still waiting on a part smh but the txt said I would have my car bck today by 4pm and I called just to check the man I spoke with said he'd check and call me bck tht was at 930am and it is 12:30pm still haven't heard so I called bck and apparently everyone in the office is at lunch at the same time and the girl on the phone was rude. Idk wht to do or say, I feel like someone should have called me bck b4 lunch at least. Smh the vehicle updates are clearly incorrect and it's been 5 weeks plus. The txt i got last week said my car was in detailing. Guess it takes 5 days to detail a car tht is already clean. I DNT UNDERSTAND, I NEED MY CAR BACK!!

Absolutely horrible service. Was referred to them by my insurance. Set up time to bring vehicle in for an estimate on hail damage. When I got there, I was told that the "hail damage guy" wasn't there and didn't know why I was scheduled for that time. After telling them that I came from a different town, they had someone do the estimate. After the estimate was done and turned in to my insurance, I called to set up a time to drop off. Was told that they aren't taking appointments for hail damage for over a year! Walter admitted on the phone he knew they wouldn't be able to get the damage done when I brought it in for the estimate. He was smug on the phone and kept saying, "What do you want me to do?" How about being honest and communicate what can and can't actually be done from the get go? What an absolute joke.

I was involved in a head on collision in late 2021. Allstate recommended service king as an allstate auth. repair shop. I made an appointment and dropped my truck off. Long story short is when i got my truck back it was missing parts, the frame was still bent, the a/c wasn't working, the body lines were horrible, and was unsafe to drive. i advised walt of the issues and he said i had to take my truck. i took my truck home and contacted allstate. They sent me to another body shop to get looked at for safety less then a week after i picked up my truck. The other shop found around $4000.00 in repairs that still needed to be done to make my truck safe. allstate paid for the additional repairs. Service king charged over $11000.00 to do a subpar job that needed to be corrected by another shop. Do not use them if you want a safe vehicle to drive.Service: Body & Trim

I would give them zero Stars if I could most of the time you call them you have to leave a message you leave your name and number they will most definitely not call you back and next week thing has become 2 weeks possibly three now not including the month that it's already been in there and my car is still in there of the time of this review most definitely do not recommend you have been warned

I am giving them a two star rating cuz I called to find out if they could replace my driver side door that was cuz of an accident and the person on phone told me they don't replace doors I kinda thought they could cuz it's an auto collision and accident place . I don't know if the person was just saying that cuz they didn't wanna do it or what... needless to say I won't be using this place ever

Great service. My rental car company was supposed to pick me up at the location but did not have a driver at the last minute. Service King called an Uber & paid for it. I was hit from behind and the accident marred the back bumper. The insurance company of the at fault driver handled the payments, but scheduling the repairs was an easy process and everyone at the shop was very professional and nice to work with. They kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle and it was ready a day earlier than they estimated!Service: Body & Trim

Had a scheduled appointment this week for inspection and comparison of approved list of items on covered by insurance. The truck was to be dropped off and repairs started. They then inform me that they can t get my truck in until the end of the year. Don t use this service. Extremely slow and unreliable. Holds information from customers that would hurt there cash flow if they were honest.

My experience was great! I hit a curb, damaging my bumper and causing a coolant leak. They replaced the bumper, matching paint perfectly, and replaced everything needed to fix the leak. I ve been back in the car for four days now and everything s good! They worked with Allstate for me so that I didn t need to do any back-and-forth.Mark was my advisor, and Bill was my mechanic - both great guys!FYI: Enterprise does pick-up and drop-off at this location, which is convenient.
