So glad I chose this company for my pool construction. John and Dave came by with their years of experience and went straight to work. Gary was my salesman and was thorough and attentive. There was even a problem with the ladder and I called my salesman and they are going to take care of it as soon as possible. I've got several tons of dirt left that I've no idea what to do with as well as a half a bucket of sand but overall, I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Dave, John, Gary, Kristina and everyone at Country Leisure!!

If I could give them negative stars I would. Don t waste your money. They ll have you pay for the warranty and only cover one thing. I got my pool in 2020 and I ve had nothing but issues. Every single time I get the it s not covered on your warranty . We ve taken the best care of it, making sure to get the opening and closing kits just from them, supplies and buying all the replacement equipment from them too ..only to run into problem after problem. We ve had issues with the pump, housing, skimmer, PVC piping and now the liner. Every time we have an issue their only solution is for us to pay more. I wish we would ve gone with anyone else at this point.

My hottub is 12 years old. I moved to the lake would seem like a problem because hotubs break. These folks at Country time are amazing when I need customer support. They bend over backwards after the sale. Terra and Ryan and all the several people who have helped me are always friendly. A friend convinced me to pay a little more for my tub because of the customer support. I am so glad I listened. If you need a pool or hottub this is the place!

Back in the day this was a great company, they sold great hot tubs and had excellent service. Since they have been bought out they are not responsive and will not service hot tubs they sell. I called and went in person and 2 months later they won t even call to schedule you an appointment. Buy your hot tub elsewhere.

Was in the market for small hot tub....I visited a couple of other dealerships prior to coming to Country Leisure....PROFESSIONAL....NO PRESSURE....INFORMATIVE....Special thanks to Chris and Gary for guiding me through the murky waters into the world of Hot Tubs....after discussing pros and cons of plug n play vs 220 I decided on the latter...they refered me to an electrician who was as equally professional, prompt and whose estimate was extremely fair. The Country Leisure team arrived with my tub on time, walked me through the set up and maintance instructions and answered all my questions....just went back to have my water tested and the staff was very knowledgeable and walked me through Hot Tub Maintance 101.....I look forward to a continued relationship with Country Leisure and my only regret is not doing this 10 years ago....

Youssef, with Country Leisure, was great! He not only winterized my pool but also removed some technology that was no longer functioning. He was patient & taught me how to clean & vacuum the pool so I can be more self reliant. Great company & service tech. Thank you so much.

We inherited a country leisure pool when we bought our home and the excellent customer care has made me a customer for life! Scheduling appointments with Alexis is always so easy and the technicians who ve helped open/close/repair our pool over the years are super nice and knowledgeable! Not to mention they come out to the Blanchard area while keeping services super affordable. We love country leisure!

Kristina and her staff are amazing! They have great products to chose from and their service is second to none. County Leisure has the most amazing customer service! We bought our pool 5 years ago and they are still taking care of us like we new customers. Kenny comes to Cushing to open and close our pool for us and he s phenomenal! They do what they say they will do every time . They go above and beyond to communicate and we will do business with them forever!

Country Leisure is the best full service pool store! They installed my pool 10 years ago and I have absolutely loved it! Now I need to replace my liner and they are available to get the job done again. Tara and Rodney have been so helpful in this process.I also use their Pure and Blue products and they are so easy to use. The products are so much better on the life of your pool. A huge shout out to Tara!

Thank You Country Leisure for the excellent repair service on 7/3/2023. You pool tech Kenny, was great. He had the problem fixed and gave us valuable tips and advice. And we will always call Country Leisure for all our pool service. I will be recommending you to our many friends and family.

We were thinking about purchasing a hot tub when a friend told us to check out Country Leisure. We decided to stop by to see what they had to offer and we were not disappointed. We were impressed with their large showroom and the option to do a wet test. We ended up speaking with Chris Linton and decided to take the plunge and purchased a Caldera Utopia hot tub . WOW, we were told it s the Cadillac of all hot tubs! We love it. We received great customer service from the moment we showed up to Country Leisure all the way through purchasing and set up. I had multiple questions after installation and they have been gracious to answer every question without making me feel as if I am annoying them. I love Country Leisure and will refer them to anyone who is looking to add a little fun to their backyard.

The pure and blue chemicals they sell are the way to go. They use copper to keep the pool clean instead of an overabundance of chlorine. Just add the pure and blue chemicals every two weeks and shock the pool if it rains and you're good. Very low maintenance. And if your pH is too high or too low simply use baking soda or muriatic acid to raise or lower accordingly. You can buy the baking soda cheap at the dollar store and you can buy them your attic acid by the gallon at Ace Hardware. It's much cheaper to do it that way instead of buying the same exact stuff at the pool place for 10 x the cost. YouTube will teach you a lot about maintaining a pool. But beware, do not use a salt water generator on a above ground pool unless you absolutely have to. The salt water will absolutely rust the metal framing in less than a year. Again, check YouTube about what salt water generators do to above ground pool Metal Frames. Manufacturers usually won't cover damage from rust when you're using salt water. Just FYI from experience.

I bought my pool from Country Leisure last year and had them come open it for me. Youssef arrived when he said he would. While opening my pool, he shared valuable information and some helpful hints. Since I am a first time pool owner, this was greatly appreciated. I was so impressed with his professionalism as well as his helpful and happy demeanor. I highly recommend Youssef!!

I cannot recommend Country Leisure enough! They always provide excellent service in closing and opening the 30 pool we bought from them .and the time or two we ve needed additional help or have questions, Josh and the crew provide quick and excellent service! Their expertise and caring are appreciated!

my pool has never looked better after shopping at country leisure!! I went in store to find a new pool pump and brilee helped me find everything i needed! she is just a cherry on a pie! All the employees are so sweet and amazing i highly recommend shopping here!!

Very disappointed with the level of customer service I now receive at the store. The employees last year were very helpful and friendly. When I walked in today the boy behind the counter didn t look up from his phone until I had been standing in front of him for a full minute and only because I spoke. When I asked where a product was he told me it was where it always is.

I have bought my 30x50 pool and Hot tub from them in 2008. I buy all my supplies from them. Love the atmosphere and ALWAYS help when a problem arises. The employees are always so friendly and some are still there that we re there when I bought my pool. Highly recommend them for all your pool needs. Will be scheduling a new pool liner instal after 14 years.

Our entire experience with Country Leisure has been great! The sales team was helpful and patient while we made our decisions. The installers arrived on time and were courteous. The office gave us great info when called with questions about water quality and pump settings. We have been very happy with our pool and service!

They don't service what they sell. We tried for 3 months to order a new hottub cover and they kept putting us off. Their employees were not helpful. They even tried blaming the problem on a shortage of styrofoam! We finally ordered one off the internet.

They did a remodel over the winter, it looks great! (tho I did love their original layout too ) we come here from Mustang because our local pool store hasn't once been able to help us with anything regarding our above ground pool. So here we are, at Country Leisure, getting our water tested, buying the chemicals we need, maybe a fun accessory or two, putting a hot tub on our wish list, and getting great customer service too:) highly recommend coming here and not wasting time with Leslie

We ordered a new pool liner and installation. Our experience with setting up the installation through Christina was terrible. We had a date and time set up and nobody showed up. We had to contact Christina and she said they did not have our contact number???? We had paid them a large portion of the amount upfront, so Yes they did have our information, they just did not show up. So then we rescheduled and made very sure they had all our information and then we still did not get a confirmation call or any call prior to arrival. We had issues come up with the liner installation and had to sort them through Christina again, and she was extremely rude to deal with. I can t say enough how extremely rude Christina was. If we had not needed that liner installed, I would have found another place JUST to not have to work with Christina. We will never again do any business with Country Leisure due to the impact Christina had on our customer experience.The actual installation crew that is contracted by Country Leisure was very nice to work with and they did a good job.

We bought our above ground pool here in 2006 and have had it serviced by Country Leisure ever since then. They are AWESOME. Great advice on pool maintenance, how to keep it pristine and when repairs are needed, they sent competent service staff to our Shawnee home. They just completed our opening as efficiently as always; Sheena who handles the service calls is great to deal with. You can buy your pool, accessories and chemicals with confidence from this family owned business.

This place is horrible at customer service , been in retail for 16 years and this is by far how you treat hard paying customers!!!! 2600 bucks for - new liner !!! And they knew it was washed out but gonna insist it was my fault !!!! All I want is for them to come fix it !!! And can't get that !!! After I was told it would be fixed by a sales rep , Scott ... which I appreciate him !!! Going the extra mile !!! But miss Tara !!! Was the problem!!! They need to do an investigation on her , considering all the bad reviews on her I see !!! I really hope y'all stand behind yalls brand and fix this !!!!

Best customer service ever! They helped me tremendously when I would call or text with a question, they would get right back with me. No matter what problem that I had with my pool, they were able to help me thru it quickly and very efficiently. Even though they would be very busy, they always took the time to help me. I cannot say enough about the staff there. Very kind and caring. I will be a customer of theirs for life!

They were able to bump our install date up which was really helpful. The team that came out worked hard and quickly to install our new liner. Had it done in a few hours. No problems so far that we can tell. Very pleased with our experience today. Thank you!
