I took my 1974 Stinray Corvette L82 in for a new exhaust system. I talked to Ray and he was very helpful and informative. Made an appointment and took it in. I had Dual MagnaFlow stainless steel exhaust system installed from the manifold all the way to the back, topped off with chrome tips. It looks great and sounds even better! I also had an oil change. The are Fast, Friendly and Professional! AAA+++

Brought in an 06 f750. Though it was too big of a truck for his bay doors. Jimmy was the ONLY one out of the 8 places I had been trying to get it fixed. That took the time out of his day. To explain to me exactly what needed to be done. As well as done CORRECTLY . Jimmy won ME over as a customer. He's VERY knowledgeable and has my highest recommendation . Thank you again Jimmy!!

2013 LS3 Corvette - Drove in from Texas, I'm very particular on who does work on my Vette. After 2 weeks of careful consideration this man definitely knows his trade. He has been thoroughly descriptive, informative, and patient the entire time. I've had 9 vehicles done around the OKC / Moore area; my opinion on this muffler shop is #1 due to service, quality, and most importantly SATISFACTION!

Both guys in there see a young man and a nice car. It was crazy to me that I already had my own pipe all they had to do was re arrange some pipe which was about 6-8 inches. My quote was 250 and I told him the pipe I bought myself was no where near there. People are still using Covid as an excuse to tax people hard which is just a typical mechanic.Service: Exhaust

Great place to go 2 guys were very respectful and very nice. Gave me several options to go with on my dual Exhaust. For the price I paid it was worth it an there fairly good prices. I would totally recommend going here. I know I ll be seeing them again thanks for your service.

1st time around a couple of years ago they straight piped my ecoboost mustang.2nd time around I was wanting to get exhaust work on a gt mustang which was on racing springs. They were unable to do work on it because it's to low.If you have a daily driver that needs work done, this place is for you but if you have racing suspension or a lowered vehicle look elsewhere.

The old guy seemed very nice but the younger one seemed like he was pissed off at the world. I m sure these guys have done good work in the pass, but unfortunately when it came to my 2003 cobra, it was some of the worst bending I have ever seen. I give two stars bc of the friendly older guy, and they fixed my original problem which was moving pipes away from where they were rubbing other parts. It sucks for me bc I ll have to spend more money finding someone that can make the exhaust look better.

Absolutely recommend this place. I had major front exhaust damage they were very patient explaining and even showing me the damage. Even offered to let me go down in the pit so I could see it.They are locally owned and operated with a long long history in the OKC area

Excellent work and they'll have you in and out. I have a heavily modified lowered vehivve and they were very accommodating and made sure everything was perfect.Anyone with a custom vehicle, this is your location for echaexh work.

Told me he could get the exhaust done same day and he d call when it s done. I waited an hour before they closed to check in on how the car was coming, to find out he didn t have have enough piping to even do the exhaust. BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I had my exhaust done here a year ago.Brought it in because some of the hanger brackets had broken.Ray fixed everything for me, and reinforced it.He was grumpy and outputting at first. I think it was because I got there as they were opening.He did a great job and only charged me for parts!

Talk about wasting time this is your place to waste time. Talked to a guy to drop off my car and get my exhaust fixed. If you can t do it then say so. But when I drop it off and then leave it for 5 hours and another guy gives me my keys and say you don t do this kind of work. Doesn t make sense then I asked in confusion from what the other guy said and gets told if I have a problem then I can talk to the manager. Well I was just simply confused. But now we got a problem. But after all I didn t waste my money but wasted my time. Could have gone to a better shop.

The big muffler in Moore Oklahoma is definitely a worthy store. they are a business that have been around since the 40s with one main goal. Making sure that mufflers are replaced on time and oil changes are done with the best of care. This is a business I went back anytime patronage.

Welding is horrible there are open spots all over the welds and when you take it back he acts rude and says it s not his fault I didn t explain everything. On top of that he will break your stuff and expect you to buy another instead of paying for what he broke. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

i Took my 2005 corvette in to have a catalytic converter put on the make it quieter.... he advised me to add magnaflow mufflers instead and boy was I pleased with the outcome.The shop owner is knowledgeable and saved me a great deal of headache and money! In and out within 45 mins!!The car runs better and sounds amazing!Best muffler shop I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I will reccomend him to EVERYONE!

Setup an appointment 3 days ahead of time and told me he wont be able to get me in now waste of time and effect trying to do business dont do business with them if they cant keep the appointment they made

I must say that if I ever have anymore problems with my muffler... I WILL MOST DEFINITELY COME BACK HERE!! Great pricing, same day service was in & out in less than an hour!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

I plan on taking my Challenger RT to these guys because of the many good reviews. Plus take this opportunity to address the bad review posted by the guy with the new truck. He made it sound like the shop caused all his woes, but it is obvious from his review that he took a brand new truck and chopped the exhaust off and dumped it under the cab, which eliminated the factory resonators, hence the awful drone he mentioned. I'm assuming the muffler shop only did what the customer requested, and the resulting sound and power loss is not the fault of the muffler shop but instead the result of poor decisions by the truck owner. I'm giving them four stars for now and a later review after they work on my car.I am editing this review because I did not post it. I have never considered big giant muffler as a source for my exhaust work. And I would not give a four star rating to any business I have not used. NOT ME!

Good service got me in and out quickly and for a reasonable price. asked me to leave a review because a disgruntled former employee was flaming them with a bad review. everybody always screams when they get bad service but barely do anything when they get good service, that is why i took the time this time to post a review.

These guys provided great service at a great price and when I had an issue that they weren't equipped to deal with their recommendation was top-notch as well. I'd certainly recommend them for routine service and exhaust work.

BIG GIANT MUFFLER IN MOORE OKLAHOMA WILL RIP YOU OFF. I went there and was supposed to get a flowmaster with dual exhausts out the back. When I was left there I still had a exhaust leak that I had to fix because they couldn't fix it, even though they are a muffler shop, and also I had looked at my muffler that was supposed to be a flowmaster and it was not. It had not markings what so ever And when I went and tried to talk to them they just said it is but it is the ko series. It was a knock off flowmaster that is NOT a real flowmaster and also cheaper than a real one. They charged for a FLOWMASTER. NOT A KO SERIES FLOWMASTER WHICH IS NOT EVEN A REAL FLOWMASTER. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND A RIP OFF. But when I tried to call them back then they would pick it up and hang up on me. Worst muffler shop I have ever been to. I wouldn't have even given them one star but I had to to be able to post this

They get two stars because their prices aren't bad but their service sucks they only have one guy that does exhaust. He is never there or always busy
