Professional...as usualI can always count on being treated well when I visit Beneficial. And I am repeatedly impressed with the level of knowledge I encounter. The most important thing about Beneficial is their honesty. It's nice to know that I'm being told the truth, especially about things that I sometimes don't understand. :)Thank you again to all at Beneficial Auto. I appreciate all you do!!!!

I ll be back!I appreciated the clear description of the issue. They didn't use a bunch of car jargon I couldn't understand and gave clear explanations on what should be done and what could wait. They didn't make me feel like my car was going to blow up if I didn t get all the services at once. This is now my go-to auto mechanic.

Absolutely great customer service, got my car in without an appointment. Just a drop off, had it back to me the very next late morning for a whole headlight assembly replacement on a Cadillac. Incredibly reasonable price. Paid half what I would ve paid at the dealership. And I just can t express enough how friendly everybody was.

First time using this shop. Thought I had an expensive oil leak that would ultimately make me buy another vehicle. Mechanic told me it was just residual oil from a recent oil change and there was nothing that needed repaired. What a relief!! They didn't try to sell me work that didn't need done. Was so appreciative of their honesty and won't hesitate to use them again...for oil changes as well!!

Had a friend refer this shop to me after another shop changed my upper oil pan gasket but it was still leaking. When I called I the technician Instantly new what happened and said to schedule a time when he himself could work on it. I waited a week took it in and 2 days later picked it up with no issues. I will be using them from now on and highly Recommend them.

My car service reminder showed several services needed to be done. Beneficial Auto checked my records and checked the car. They found that we were caught up on everything, except time for the oil change. This is why I love their service. They could have done and charged me for a lot of unneeded service. It s wonderful to have a business where you can really trust the people and work together for what is really needed. Thanks so much!Service: Oil change

Words are all we have and what we live by. There are a lot of positive words one can use to describe Beneficial Automotive and the work they do...competent-efficient-well oorganized-very dependable-and the list goes on. But not until you visit the shop and talk with them face to face will you understand their commitment to taking care of your vehicle (no matter the problem). Do not go here to get an alignment. I took them a tahoe with all new upper and lower a arms and tie rod ends. They couldn't align it. They said perfect was with .5 degrees of outward camber and a severe pull to the right.

They know their stuff and are straight forward. They are quick and prices are reasonable. I had a few different things wrong with my 2007 Ford Expedition. They fixed the condenser, serviced the transmission, did the dreaded 5.4 spark plug replacement, and told me the AC would take a few more days to get the part and would be about $500. Before they do the work they always call and give you a good estimate. Would definitely recommend.

They did a great job taking care of our 100,000 mile check up on both of our cars. Had to take it back in for an oil leak from Hibdons. They did awesome and cleaned it up. I really appreciate them!

My elderly parents had car problems and took it to Beneficial Auto Maintenance in Moore. If course I was concerned about how trustworthy this business is - especially toward elderly. Turns out the car's computer needed resetting and that literally fixed all that was wrong. Some competitors would have taken advantage of my folks. Not Beneficial Auto Maintenance. They get my hghest recommendations!

They fixed my F-150 wiper switch in 2hours I dropped it off in the evening and at 10:48 the next morning it was ready I have been using them since 2005 they are affordable and very good at what they do

I went in for a tire rotation and oil change. They completed my service within an hour. I used to go to a different shop, and they would take half a day or more to complete that, so I was very pleased with Beneficial Automotive when they notified me that my car was ready. These people are the absolute best. We operate a seamless gutter business and our trucks are the backbone of our business. B.A.M as we like to call them always does their best to get our trucks back ASAP and so far has always been fair and competitive on pricing. This is a great place for car repair. My Dodge Charger needed a part that was stuck overseas due to Covid. They were able to track down a used part, order it and get it shipped so I could get back on the road. Great value, great service and wonderful people. Will definitely use them again and I have let all my friends know about them too!

I walked into Beneficial Automotive midday due to my car making odd noises. They told me they would take a look and that they weren't sure when they would be able to get to it. However, they called me a couple hours later with the diagnosis. I gave them the go-ahead and they had made all the repairs by the next morning. Less than 24 hours later I had my car back. Very straightforward, they didn't try to sell me any services that I did not need. I will definitely be returning to them for my future car repair needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery, Oil change

I took my 2012 F-150 in to have it tuned up late evening. The next day by 1:00pm my truck was ready to be picked up. I had new belts, transmission flush, radiator flush, fuel system cleaned, and new spark plugs. They did an excellent job. It s a clean orderly, honest shop. I highly recommend them. It s a 5 star shop. A+

This is the shop I'm going to use from now on. Quality and cost were amazing. Definite recommendation.Edit: They replaced some battery connectors once, a couple of days later the car wouldn't start without being jumped, called them and they replaced the harness, cables and connectors for no cost.Service: Electrical repair

Beneficial has helped me with both of my cars. My dad's and multiple people in my family. They are always honest and straight forward. Very trustworthy and good! I recommend to everyone i know!Update: took my car in to get the ac fixed got a quote of $440, turned out to be $300. Beyond impressed!

An incredibly well-rounded company, they have it all! Quality service, nice staff, and the drive to excel at their work! I would not trust my car in the hands of anyone else. They are so knowledgeable and work with the highest level of integrity. Beneficial makes sure that you stay on the road and out of the shop!

I called to get an estimate on a valve cover replacement job because I am doing my due-diligence and getting multiple quotes for the work. I was greeted on the phone in a very frustrated manner. The lady who answered the phone seemed like she didn't have the time to want to figure a quote. I gave her all of the necessary information regarding my vehicle, and she gave me a price, which she said was under $300 but wouldn't give me a closer estimate, I then asked if they offer a military discount and was told that they bid the job at the lowest possible price already. Ok, I have no problem with that, I then asked if the quote included tax and she said yes, I then let her know I am tax exempt. In an incredibly frustrated tone, she said that I would have to bring in all of my documentation stating that (the only documentation is the 100 % Disabled Veterans Tax Exempt card given by the state). I said thank you for the information and she hung up the phone in the middle of the thank you. It is incredibly disappointing that I was treated with such disregard and disrespected. This was the 4th place I called, and it was the lowest priced one so far, but I would rather pay more and be treated like a person than an announce to someone's day.

After being turned down by several different repair shops in the area, BAM got me in within a couple of days and had my truck fixed in two days (the 4wd was out in it and almost every other place locally said they didn t work on that). It would ve been fixed in one day, but the part that Ford sent them didn t work, but BAM was able to overnight a new one that worked. Stellar customer service and an amazing turnaround at an affordable price. 10/10 would recommend!

This is the best automotive repair shop we have used. We buy and sell pickups and work trucks. We have been extremely happy with them. Very very fast. We have used lots of shops over the years and sometimes we have stuff sitting for over a month at a shop. I don't know if we have had anything here take over a couple of days here. And that was a problem truck that had been to Dodge and another shop. We aren't close either. We are in El Reno so it is about a 25 mile drive each way. Well worth the drive. As other reviews mentioned extremely fast, honest and professional.
