I would love to acknowledge Mr. Pablo who changed my flat tire. I had ran over something going over the over pass and had to pull into the parking lot next to it. I was on my way to a client that is considered a high risk fall and I was already running late. However, he took the time to change it without hesitation and had me back on the road in no time. I'm not familiar with Moore let alone anyone to help me at the time, but he came to my aid like a true hero. Thank you Pablo please keep up the amazing work.Also, million thanks to Ben... You could have turned me away, but you didn't... Again thank you both for outstanding service!!!

My windshield wiper stopped working during some hard rain. An older gentleman used a tool & had it fixed within 5 minutes. No purchase necessary :)

Chris was very helpful and very informative. I would recommend this store in Moore to someone who isn't too familiar with auto knowledge. Other staff were helpful too. Responsive and not a long hold time on the phone prior to the visit! Thanks AutoZone!

I'd really like to shout out to this location. I've never had someone offer to install windshield wipers for me or actually KNOW what they were talking about when asked a question.My daughter and I went in because her wipers on her car were not working the best. The gentleman that helped us caught us right as we were walking in the door. Asked if he could help. I told him we were looking for wipers. He directed us to the aisle. Normally I'm used to finding a book or a little push button computer to find out which wipers we need but now it's a QR code that takes you to the website. I did it. I get it pulled up on my phone as he comes walking over. We need a 28" and a 15-16" blade for her car. He believes it might be a bit odd so he offered to look it up on the computer, same result. He still wants to make sure we get the right part. He goes above and beyond, walks out in the rain to the car and measures the blades to make sure we are getting the right thing. We discussed the different options even though I knew what I wanted. He recommended exactly what I was planning on picking up to make sure my daughter can see in the rain. He rings them up then asks if we want to pick up some washer fluid as well and explains the benefits of getting the winter fluid since it's getting cold. I really appreciate this thinking and recommending and if she was in there by herself I hope he would have done the same. After I paid her offered to install the blades even though it was pouring down rain. Again my daughter didn't know how to do this and knowing this location offers such wonderful service makes me feel good shopping here.Thank you Moore Auto Zone for hiring such great employees.

The guys and females that work in here are awesome and very helpful and knowledgeable. I swore off AutoZone for forever cause of the way I've been treated in the past but this store has restored my liking of AutoZone. It's super close to my house and they're always so friendly. This is the only AutoZone I'll ever go to.

Great service! Our battery died but we were able to jump start it and stopped by Auto Zone for a new one. The service rep Cris was a big help. He found us a new battery that was fairly priced and even installed it for us. Couldn t have asked for better service!

This is my favorite autozone to visit. Chris and Ben are amazing and you can t beat the customer service. Never thought I would be a frequent visitor of an auto parts store but when it comes right down to it I refuse to go anywhere else. Thank you guys!

This is the only Auto Zone I will ever go to Mr Ben is an amazing manager and Brad is an amazing tech associate hands down the best customer service ever Brad fix my lights on my car and was so friendly if I win some money I m taking him and Mr Ben and buying them their own islands

HUGE HELP! John went over and above.My blower stopped working, so we tried replacing a relay, that failed. They immediately brought out a voltage tester saw the blower was getting voltage. I bought the ~$80 part and they offered to put it in. On a 30 degree night, when they were closing in 20 minutes. They got their tools together and did in 45 minutes what would have probably taken me 3 hours (including research and recon)Hands down the best service I have received in a LONG time!

I stopped in to get a replacement headlight bulb for my car. Chris, one of the night managers, was great. He helped me find the one I needed for a good price, and recommended a good cleaner for the headlight covers that wasn't too expensive. He also came out and helped me figure out where the bulb was located in the engine so I could get it changed out. He was friendly, helpful, and efficient. He's a gem!

Excellent customer service! I went in needing a turn signal light. When we searched the correct light for my make and model, it didn t pull up in the system. That didn t stop John!! He went and got my turn signal bulb out of my car and found the match inside AND installed the new one!!! John went above and beyond while being incredibly hospitable! This is one of many great experiences with this AutoZone!

Thank you Ben!! I needed a new battery for my Chevy Equinox. Oreilly s wouldn t replace it because it wasn t a simple swap. I found a YouTube video but it looked pretty complicated and I m not good with cars. Store manager Ben was more than willing to help and confidently got my battery swapped out within 15 minutes. He walked me through the process and showed me how to do it so I know how to do it myself going forward. 5 star service!

Brought battery from this store under warranty and store refuses to replace it. Had battery test with O'Reilly and with independent mechanic and both said it was a bad battery. But this store test said it was good and refuse to replace the battery under warranty. I will never shop at auto zone again.

Frustrated. I rented a tool at another location and returned it to 12th St. apparently the cashier decided to use the merch card from my returned part to pay for 80% of the rental using my debit card for the remainder of the invoice. Then she rang up the other strut on a separate ticket. Idk why smhSo I return the rental tool-and they give me another merch card for $44 and $5.50 cash.Anyone want to buy a $44 AutoZone Merch card?Note: This wasn t the 12th St. locations fault; however, speaking to me with a smirk like haha. The manager comes over to approve the transaction and proceeds to insult my intelligence, commenting (not verbatim) it doesn t say it was on multiple tickets or on multiple tickets. The csr was still smirking and mentions well you used a merch card to pay for it, not listening to the fact of matter. I know the strut was paid for with the merch card-but the csr at the S. 19th location obviously didn t know what they were doing. Then the manager finishes the transaction and I m still puzzled as why I m not getting cash for a rental tool he closes the register and is confused as to why he owes me $5.50 in cash. Solidifying my statements. Smh. Customer is always right, smirk j/k!This is why they received 3/5 stars.

Visiting our granddaughter at the University of Oklahoma when our check engine light came on. This was on a Friday evening and we were leaving Sunday morning. I drove to the Auto Zone on N 12th street in Moore. The gentleman did a diagnostic on the engine and gave us a printout on the problem within 5 minutes. He was very nice, polite and helped us. This is a great store.

This is an awesome location with a great manager. They did a price match for me and did everything they could to help me! Chris is an amazing manager!!
