I was told I needed the brakes changed so I went to Auto Care and they told me my brakes were fine. I am so appreciative of their honesty. The car did need wheel bearings and a battery but before they did that work they called me to give them the go ahead. Everyone at Auto Care Spec. was very polite.

I travel for work so I've taken vehicles to different shops around the country. ACS was the best shop I've found. Super nice workers, excellent customer service and was able to fix and diagnose an issue quick that a different shop the previous month had missed. Would definitely recommend.

These guys are amazing. Fast and friendly service throughout. Every since I gave up being a mechanic and became a carpenter, I've always used these guys. Just great work all around.

I Was looking for a good mechanic shop and came across Auto Care Specialists on Google Maps and read almost all the reviews. They had great reviews and that gave me the confidence to give them a shot and man I was glad I did. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and also very fast! I couldn t believe how fast they had got to my truck and gave me a confirmed diagnosis on what was going on with it and what the next steps were. Nobody likes having unexpected problems with their car or truck but James advised me on what I could do with the issue I had and they got me taken care of within 1 day! Blew me and my expectations away. I will definitely use them in the future for any of my auto needs and will definitely recommend them to anyone I know that is in need of a great shop! Couldn t be happier to have come across them.

Great service...kept me informed and gave me all options! Cruise control didn't work and engine light was on. Accurately diagnosed problems and expertly repaired my vehicle. Really impressed...found discontinued parts (not manufactured) to replace/repair the cruise control. Highly recommend! Thanks James :)

My son had a spakplug shoot out of the head on his ford f150, and was referred by a friend and I could not be happier. I was impressed with the knowledge, price, and were very kind. Even with a tight schedule they fit me in and had my truck back I a few days.

Had and issue with my Sport Trac and I could not figure it out. Auto Care did a great job of getting to the issue. They did a good job of running test and ruling out alot of unneccessary part changes. Ended up being a bad wire on the o2 sensor and a weak fuel pump. not the cheapest, but knowledge isn't cheap. I will be a return customer.

They are absolutely amazing!They always do a good job! They explain everything to you. They are certified in ASE (Automotive Service Excellence), which is want you want. They are some of the best people we've ever been to. They're honest and care about their customers. We refer everyone to them.

One of the best auto repair shops in the OKC metro. They do good work, and do it pretty quickly too.Now, I'm an aircraft mechanic by trade; I do a lot of my own work, but when it's a job beyond my capabilities or requires tools I don't have, Auto Care Specialists are my go-to folks for those jobs. They're not cheap, but they are definitely good. They've earned my trust.

I won t take my car anywhere else! They are experts! I drive across town just to take my car here because of how well James and his shop takes care of their customers. This is a trustworthy, reliable and kind shop! It s only an added bonus that they are also affordable! 10/10

It was a stressful 24 hour period for me. James, his wife (sorry don t recall your name), their son, Todd and Kieth were all so professional and very accommodating. If I needed to send my daughter or my wife to get car taken care of this is definitely where I would feel most comfortable. They treat ALL customers with respect and honesty. My car got diagnosed and fixed properly. Incidentally, James discovered that issue with my car was related to a couple of recalls. I didn t realize this. Instead of doing the work himself and charging the the large $$$$ he could have pocketed himself, he called the dealership and made arrangements for the dealership to get the recalls done at no charge .definitely trust them with all my vehicles moving forward. Great job crew!

I can highly recommend Auto Care Specialists - they were recommended by my son & I have utilized their services since moving back to OK several years ago. They're fair & honest & very knowledgeable- hard to find in my experience over my many years. It was time for my 90,000 mile check-up on my 2014 Chevrolet Impala.On Star must be very happy - no more notices.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Oil change

Excellent service very professional and some of the friendliest owners you'll meet. great shop saved us thousands when a dealership wanted to sell us a motor they did more in depth diagnostics into our car found actual problem.

They were able to get me in the same day I called. Other places had a 1-2 week wait time just to make an appointment. I felt like they were honest with me about what they would do and the repair that was needed. They were upfront with the diagnosis time they would spend, if it took longer, they would call me and we would go from there. I was very pleased with their service and only had the car for 1 day. Auto Care Specialist did a great job installing my new starter. In and out in less than 3 hours .I highly recommend this shop. No problems just good friendly service. Affordable and fast. 5 Stars .

I have used Autocare specialists for many years they do a great job working on your car. they have kept my little 1988 Mazda B 2200 pickup running in top shape. They fixed my steering column that the dealership screwed up in Kansas last summer. It took longer than expected but they got my LeSabre up & running again. Very grateful to be mobile. Auto Care Specialists is a good auto shop to go to. Pleasant to deal with on the phone & in person. Very straightforward & they will get you taken care of.
