I just got my car back today and I have had a wonderful experience with Aker's Paint & Body!! They were extremely friendly and welcoming. I am a first time customer but will recommend them to all my friends and family. This was my first car insurance claim and they were incredibly knowledgeable and helped walk me through the process. I'm very pleased and appreciate all of their kindness and efficiency.

Amazing service and honesty! The work was exactly like stated and done perfectly. The turn around time was shorter than expected. Unlike other places, Akers shakes your hand, delivers on what is promised, and does excellent work. Highly recommend! We won t use anyplace else for paint and body work.

I needed a panel and some additional work done after being sideswiped in traffic. I was so thrilled with both the work and service provided by Aker s Paint and Body. My truck looks like nothing ever happened. I felt safe leaving my truck at their shop. I had the pleasure of working with Martin who made the process easy.

Most reasonably priced paint and body shop anywhere. They do exceptional work with great customer service. If you take your vehicle anywhere but here, you re making a mistake! I can t say enough great things about this place. We received an estimate from another shop and it was over 4,000$ more than what we were charged for the same work here.

Extremely happy with my experience at akers paint and body!! The guys there are absolutely amazing and there work is second to none! I will only use this shop for me and my family from now on and will highly recommend to everyone! the turn around time was quick specially for the quality of work put into my vehicle just can't stress it enough how happy I am with the end result!

I had a pretty bad blowout on the the highway that destroyed the back half of my jeep. Akers was able to save my jeep and restore it back to the condition I had known it to be. They had to search hard for parts that were nearly unavailable, but the did it in a timely manner, all during a pandemic. I appreciate the hard work and quality they did. The people at Aker's took great care of my Avalon. I had a trunk leak for many years. They fixed it! Not completely sure how, but they did. Then the man at the front tells me that I don't need to pay him, just leave him a good review, so here I am . I'll head back to these guys next year for future work. Thank you all for the amazing service!!!

As my first experience having to do a claim i had no clue where to start and called Marty on a hope that he could fix my 22 camry that was backed into.I called and asked and he said yes, but there is a wait time to get parts. So we scheduled everything out and he walked me through the process with great professionalism. He gave the adjuster and i a 3 week time frame to start the car but needed to have it there to be doing what he does best and prep work.I got a call 1 week after him having my car saying that it was done and i could come get it!This company excels in customer service, quality of service and put a smile on my face to see my new car restored back to how it is supposed to look! I scratched my new vehicle down to the metal. I took it over to Akers that day. I spoke to the gentleman running the place. He was very patient and kind. He gave me a ballpark estimate and told me to call back and see if he had any openings. This is right in the middle of the holiday season. I called back he did have a cancellation and told me to drop it off. He said it would take 4 to seven days.He called in 3 days for me to pick it up for the ballpark price he quoted. You can t ask for more than that. It looks brand new with a lifetime warranty on his work. I will go back. Hopefully just to visit not for repairs. I will also recommend him to all my family and friends.

UPDATE to add additional review, since Google won't let me make a second review: Still 5 star service. I was involved in an accident when someone crossed into my lane during a left turn she damaged both my front and rear driver's side doors. After the first time I had Aker's repair a vehicle there was no question who I would be taking my Kia to. Both doors were replaced and look great. I received the same stellar customer service as I had before and should I need to have another car repaired I will definitely use them again. I've added additional photos to show the additional car that was repaired. I took my car to Aker's for an estimate on repairs after I was hit by another vehicle and the insurance company was dragging their feet getting back to me with information on where to go for an estimate. Marty was great, he came out and took pictures and had my estimate exactly when he said he would. I decided then and there that is who would be repairing my vehicle. When the insurance finally started to come through I dropped my car off on a Wednesday, it was ready by the following Tuesday, however we were stuck waiting again for the insurance. Although I never want to be in a wreck again, if I ever am and need body repairs, I will definitely use Aker's again. Below are a couple of before and the after photos.Service: Body & Trim

I had got rear ended a few weeks ago, I m fairly new to the OKC area, so looking for a body shop wasn t the easiest. I went to Aker s Paint and Body in Moore and spoke with Marty, he was very informative and helped me get my car in and out of the shop. He really cares about his customers. I would say my car wasn t in there long. Called me when he was finished and if I had any questions or concerns, he made sure I was taken care of! Would definitely recommend his body shop again! I came back to Aker's because, just like most of the reviews state, they did fabulous work on a vehicle of mine a few years ago. However, I vaguely remembered not feeling too welcomed there back then, and today I got full confirmation. As I entered the bldg I said hello and tried to make eye contact with each of the gentleman in the office - one a tall, bald guy with a beard, the other a shorter, older guy with dark hair and glasses - neither really even acknowledged me. Despite having an appointment, I was quickly shoo'd away and told I couldn't drop off today. There was never any "hello, how can I help you?" or even a simple "hi". This is super awkward considering how small the office is and how close we all were. I'm almost 50 yrs old, so this was no 'being overly sensitive snowflake' stuff. I don't come from that world. Im just asking for a simple, "hey" when you walk in a place of business, especially one ive spent thousands with. This was a "why ever spend your money in a place like this?" type of moment for me. I don't want to assume, but this interaction seemed to have some cultural undertones and I'm not exactly sure why. I earn my paycheck too. But I won't be sharing any of with you!

I recently had a disappointing experience at this auto body shop. Despite making an appointment for an evaluation and quote, I left without the expected estimate. The owner assured me he'd follow up in a couple of days, but even after calling him back and reminding him, I never received any communication. Frustrating lack of professionalism and follow-through.

My visit to this auto body shop left much to be desired. Despite a scheduled appointment for a quote, I left without any estimate in hand. The owner promised to get back to me within a few days, but even after a reminder call, there was no follow-up. Disappointing lack of communication and professionalism.

Such a friendly staff that was very prompt in fitting our Honda Ridgeline in for repair. A white car swiped up the side while moving (see picture) which made passenger doors unable to open. Quite a crunch! This shop did an incredible job (see picture) and it looks just like new again! My husband and I could not be happier with the attention to detail and professional work done by Aker's Paint and Body. They will definitely be our "go-to" body shop in the future. If you read nothing of this review TRUST THEIR RATINGI was devastated when my 4runner was wrecked. My insurance gave me a list of Paint and Body shops that were local to me, that would warranty my repairs. After sitting on it for several days, I decided that even though Akers was one of the furthest shops, I could not pass up their reviews.The best decision I made. The owner (Marty) respected my situation as if it were him in my shoes. They worked QUICKLY after all the parts were in. And I can honestly say, the 4runner looks even better than the day we bought it! They did INCREDIBLE mechanic and paint work. I cannot recommend them enough.If you are lucky enough (or maybe unlucky enough lol) to work with them, you'll understand why I will never go to another shop.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Akers. My car was actually done a week before I was given from my insurance company. Marty was great to work with he is very friendly and always answered all the questions I had . I hit my 2015 Honda odyssey on the garage door. Akers did amazing work. Instead of installing a new tail gate, the Aker's paint& body is able to adjust my old tail gate to normal. That save me thousands dollars. That means a lot to my family. we won t take our cars anywhere else!Great quality, great people, and great pricing.Service: Body & Trim

Not the best experience. I came here because of all the good reviews after I was in a accident. Picked up my truck the first time, came home, washed it and noticed they missed a lot of spots that were very noticeable and looked unfinished. Truck was also covered in overspray. Had to come back and have them do it again. Now there s a million scratches that look horrible from where they buffed it out the first time and looks like they did a quick job to get it done and out of the shop. I d bring it back but that s more time and money out of my pocket. I would not come here again or recommend to anyone.

Came in for an estimate. Guy at the desk said there were 30+ cars ahead. Not sure how efficient this place is. Came here bc of the "good" reviews but it looks like things aren't that great.

I highly recommend Akers Paint & Body. I was nervous about coming in due to a really bad experience with a different company. Since Akers was number one on the list my insurance provided, I chose them this time around. I m so glad I did. The workmanship was phenomenal. But most important was the customer service. I had the opportunity to work directly with the owner, Marty, and whether it was a phone call or in person he was extremely nice and helpful. There s something to be said about a business that s been around for a while and values their customers. Of course I don t want to have to go back but if I do Akers will be my pick.Service: Body & Trim

I don't have before hand pics because I had to turn my phone in to get fixed. But akers is an amazing place to take your vehicle. They will always be the place I choose. I just moved to moore not long before and got ran off the road and that's where I ended up going and I don't regret it one bit. If you need your car painted go to them! These are after pictures. Giving Aker's 5 stars (with a caveat*) for the great experience and outstanding work on our vehicle once we got it in. Very courteous and professional. The body work looks like new. Very happy with the outcome. Got our vehicle back in a week which was as promised.*Caveat: Better communication and responsiveness in the lead-up would have been appreciated. It took from end of December to middle of March to finally get a date to bring our vehicle in. (Maybe this is normal due to circumstances in this area.) But I felt this was due to Aker's being unresponsive to phone calls and not calling back to work with us or at least inform us and set expectations.Service: Body & Trim
