When these guys finished today I said to myself now I know where all the good technicians are working. Very professional, good natured guys. During a remodel you encounter a host of people many of which i would never do business with again but these guys what a breath of fresh air. Steven cotter, Was a total professional. Explained everything that needed to be done replacing my hot water heater. ExplainedThe entire process from start to finish. I Was very impressed by his professionalism. When the job was completed, the technicians did a total and complete clean up. I'm very impressed. Thank you so much.

Elijah was very diligent in doing the work I needed done. It turned into a bigger job than expected and he stayed with it till he was satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend him for any work you might have.He was very personable and polite.

I was super happy with the service we received from both the tech and installer (John and James). They were both nice, explained everything and just made us feel so comfortable. We, unfortunately, ended up needing a new unit and they came out quick and the install was fast. Now I m ready for summer with my new AC.

Air Comfort Solutions did a great job for us. They installed an air purification system to our heat and air system. They were quick, reliable and great to work with! Everyone in this company is extremely professional. This is the best company we have ever dealt with! They also installed a new Tran Heat and Air system. We could not be happier. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Brian did a wonderful job & explained what he had done & offered the air filtration system & 12 months I believe 0 interest plus have financing if needed.Also changed 2 filters for A/C. Went above & beyond by rolling my garbage can out to curb for me! Thank you Brian once again.I let him I would probably call off to see up twice a year checks on heat & air. Just got hit with a big repair on automobile. Answered my questions. Thanks Air Comfort Solutions for.great service.

The service representative for plumbing really knew his stuff. He explained to me what he was doing, and the test he was looking for and the results that came from that test and I found that very very helpful. He broke my system down by words of mouth so I could understand what he was doing, that was so helpful. I felt the job was excellent. The repairman was excellent and I m only sorry I can t 100% remember his name but I think it was Jacob or Jason but I am sorry I can t remember I would highly recommend Air Comfort Solutions

Elijah was great. Prompt and communicated well. Let me know when he was on his way. Made sure I understood all of my options and made additional recommendations which I will call him back to take care of at a later date. Cleaned up before he left. 10/ 10 recommend!

Cody at Air Comfort Solutions did a great job with his visit to my home to inspect an issue with my HVAC unit. He was honest, up front and very polite through the process. I am very impressed with the speed of customer service and the quality.

Ladies, be careful before you secure this company for service. Men, just because he is in their commercial, think twice. Neither of us are plumbers, not our forte . So we call, complaint was low water pressure. Tech comes out. Looks at the water meter, water tank and says . You need a new water tank (8 years old) etc , okay, you re the professional, can t go wrong with a professional, right? Not once did you look under the sink, but you asked to use my bathroom? I should have immediately known at that point, kind of sketchy! You impose your dramatic concern that we are ruining our 8 year old house because now the builders integrity is in question and Air Comfort Solutions can fix it all for seven thousand. I gave you seven thousand, you serviced, and when all is said and done, we still have low water pressure. Your plumber suggests, buy a new kitchen faucet. An additional two hundred down, we buy a new kitchen faucet, you change it out and wouldn t you know, had nothing to do with the water heater/ tank, it was the faucet itself. Your plumber annotated this on the invoice. Seven thousand deep for a two hundred dollar minimal fix, make it make sense! You have not returned any of my calls. Completely disappointed in a company that has taken advantage of a hard working, middle class family. I challenge your company to make this right! Otherwise, your actions speak for the integrity and professionalism of your company. The plumber that installed and the electrician that serviced our home are stand up fellas but yet their office personnel can t par up! Make it right ACS, it s the right thing to do.

Great experience with this company I've used for over 20 years. The technician worked diligently to fix my a/c unit. He however setup an appointment for a 2nd opinion. The service is impeccable. The call before coming to setting up my appointment to the service itself is excellent. I will continue to use this company.

Jose preformed a very professional service on my two HVAC units. He completed his work and reviewed every item with me including photographs of my components. He make recommendations or services that could improve and/or protect my units. I would be happy to have him preform my next maintenance in six months.

Jerred came out today and helped my elderly parents with a water leak from the water heater. He was extremely helpful and nice. He went above and beyond and even helped us move some wet carpet and furniture inside due to the water leak. We couldn't have asked for a nicer guy. Thanks so much for your continued service to my parents!

Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure all systems were in proper working order as well as made sure we understood the process and if we had any additional questions. I have been a customer for several years and l strongly encourage everyone to sign up for their monthly maintenance program. It s a small fee but will ensure your heating and cooling systems operate rain or shine.Thank you Air Comfort Solutions!

Bryan, an Air Comfort Solutions Technician, came by to check our heater this morning. He was a gentleman, on time, pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful with some questions I had. He was very thorough in checking everything. And he gave me really GOOD NEWS: My heater is working perfectly.I highly recommend Bryan and Air Comfort Solutions to be your Go To people to service all of your heat and air problems.

Good explanation after inspection and great follow through. A good and reputable company, I highly recommend.

I really like Dalton, he evaluated repairs that a thirty year house usually needs. The estimate was too high for my budget, so we narrowed it down to repairs most needed. I appreciate that he did his best to keep costs down for me . I will certainly get things done over time, but I can highly recommend Dalton .

Had the unfortunate luck to need a new furnace and air conditioning unit replaced, unexpectedly. We called our usual service provider, expecting to set a date for them to come out on Monday, since it was the weekend. Nope, they came out that Saturday morning in less than an hour. Great response time! They determined what we needed, a new mother board, which aren t cheap. We decided to bite the bullet and put in a whole new furnace and A/C unit due to ours being nearly 12 years old. I just hate throwing good money at things just to get nickel and dimed. Anyway, today the new units were installed. Excellent, excellent job by Keaton and his crew from Air Comfort Solutions! They were finished in just about 4 hours with the complete job, start to finish. Very professional, very polite, very clean work, and everything works just perfect. You won t go wrong with Air Comfort Solutions.

Today Jack from Air Comfort Solutions came to do our annual furnace inspection which I had kept putting off.Jack was on time and introduced himself. He changed the three filters and went upstairs to check the furnace and explained that it would probably take 20-25 minutes. When he came down he said he had taken many pictures and asked if I wanted to see them. Jack showed me the pictures and explained what I was seeing and patiently answered my many questions. He was polite, respectful, and professional. There were a few things that needed addressing and he expertly explained the problems with no high pressure for me to get them fixed immediately. I felt very comfortable with Jack and when I decide what I m going to do and when, I hope that Air Comfort Solutions will allow me to request Jack to do the work.

We were so very pleased with our service person Zach from Air Comfort Solutions. He was on time, very professional, courteous, respectful, and informative. He did exceptional work fixing the leak for which we had made the appointment. We would definitely recommend this company and this service person. And we will use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

ACS has some of the best people around, both in the office and in the field. Amanda Sheppard provided great service and explained very well all the steps in the process. She was also very courteous of my home, minimizing mess and clean up when the job was complete.
