Checked in the room was disgusting. The fire alarm was beeping so I called front desk and they told me to walk up there they would give me a battery to change it. Got it to stop beeping. Went to bed and all night long I was itchy. Wasn t sure what was going on but woke up a few hours later with a lot of bites all over me. I looked in the bed and believe I saw bed bugs. Had booked for two nights and as soon as we woke up and realized what was going on we asked for a refund and not to stay another night. The person in charge, said he would have to talk to a manager about it but could give me another room. I did not want to stay there again so I left my number for the manager to call me. I called again two times when finally I got them to at least refund me the night I wouldn t stay again. When going in to get said refund the person whom said he had to talk to the manager had to help the other man give me a refund and found out he was the manager. And as I was walking out he proceeded to yell at me telling me there is no bed bugs he looked and I was crazy. Do not stay here unless your not sleeping like the rest of the motel.

Came here with Husband and daughter and in law's to visit sister in law and her family and stayed here for 1 night. Tried to get adjacent rooms with mother and father in law but couldn't no big deal but checked into our room and dead bugs on floor and rat feces everywhere and dead bugs on bed and in sink and the tub floor was cracked pretty badly like it wasn't sealed. Dead bugs inside tub and walked into room it was beyond hot. So husband was like we're getting a different room. Got into a different room and bed was clean floor clean EXCEPT the bathroom. I wanted to give my daughter a bath but I was like uh no LUCKILY the in law's room was clean and had her take a shower in there room. In law's room had no toilet paper and neither did ours.Oh and our new room had a flat sheet covering the mattress that is it where is the fitted sheet. Anyways the sheets looked clean but stained badly. Do yourselves a favor please DO NOT STAY HERE. We will stay here tonight but never staying here again the service has gone down hill majorly and I can't understand a word the people who work here are saying barely speak English

My family and I stayed here during our vacation trip. I thought it would be a reasonable place considering it was near the interstate and affordable. Honestly, I m highly disappointed. I usually don t leave negative reviews and try to give places a benefit of the doubt. The staff were quiet and didn t give us any essential information. My boyfriend and I s room smelled, the floors had stains everywhere, graffiti on the mirror, and the toilet was acting up. As for my parents room, it was nearly the same and our car alarm went off twice in the night.The beds served their purpose and were comfy. I checked and they seemed reasonably clean, also.Overall, I wouldn t recommend this place and won t return.

Stayed here one night as a last resort, hoping the price was good. It was expensive for what you got. No alarm clock in the room. The floor was beyond filthy. I ended up cleaning the entire first hour I was there. The TV was nice tho. People were talking loudly outside my door nearly all night. Not very conducive to sleeping. Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else.

Very reasonably priced, comfy beds, and no signs of any bugs. Unfortunately cleaning is overlooked. I would be willing to spend twice as much here if it were cleaned properly. Inside of mini fridge was gross, pizza sauce on floor and comforter from previous guests, and all towels provided were stained. The bed sheets smelled like bleach, so I felt okay sleeping, but I sent my husband to the front desk to get a better towel once I got out of the shower.

I checked in and got my room key only to find out it wouldn't work without holding it in a specific way. The room was over 100� Fahrenheit with the air-conditioning turned off. When I talked to the the person in charge, he told me to take a shower and freshen up and the room would eventually cool down. Room was dirty and dusty. Stay away from here!

Paid for a week,left for the night for an emergency. When we came back the next day room had already been rented out,mind you we still had three days left that we had it rented for. They would not return the deposit. Worst place ever!! So much drug activity . My wife and I thought we would move to this town but realized it s no place for anybody. Also, the pool was covered up, the first room had ashes in the floor smelled like cigarettes and had burn marks all over the tub, the toilet was brown. We had to ask to be moved. Had to give star to leave review. It s a -5 don t go

Easily the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. Yellowed pillows. Dust and spider webs everywhere. Worn, small towels. Broken toilet seat. Stained comforter. Hole in the wall. Chipped furniture. No cleaning service. Stained and discolored bath tub. The door looks like it's been kicked in a few times. Spend the extra $15 and go elsewhere.

Bed Bugs Alert Woke up from my sister in law being all bit up from bed bugs at 4AM bites were all over her hand and face. Me and my brother went looking and found so many bed bugs. recorded a video and my brother who paid for four rooms was denied the money back. He had to pay additional 120 dollars for another room we only needed for a few hours else where. No fitted sheets were on the bed only a flat sheet. Room was not clean. Drama when we first arrived a women had broken two windows, save the trouble and go anywhere but here. You will REGRET it.

GROSS! We had a concert in the area and this was the only option available. The room smelled like an ashtray. The room was filthy and all the furniture was raggedy and beat up. There were burn holes in everything. There were 2 doors in our room and my fave part was the inch wide crack in the door where you could feel the hot ait and see a giant ray of light shine through. Never again!

The beds were comfortable. Decent updated room. However the odd smell in the room, dirty towels and poorly cleaned room was a huge turn off. The floor had candy smeared all over, dirty fridge also. The lady who checked us in at midnight looked so mad when we drove up. It was shift change and she obviously didn't want to work anymore. She was very rude!Would not stay again.

This was place was an absolute dump! There were roaches and bed bugs when I complained and said I wanted my money back I was denied. I took pictures. They came and seen the bed bugs and still did not give us our money back and had nothing much to say said they would contact the manager no word yet or no refund very disgusted.

Not good! Upon entering the room, I had to replace the batteries in the remotes, they were missing. Do a clean up, apparently the room had not been used for sometime and remove the smoke alarm that was chirping from a low battery and not even plugged into the power system as it should be by law.Then, I filled the Jacuzzi tub that I paid extra for and immediately the water turned brown from all the filth in the system and wouldn't turn on. After working on it for a bit, I was able to get it working (luckily I used to have a similar one in my house and knew what to check). After a thorough cleaning and disinfecting which turned a wash clothe completely brown, it was usable.During the 2 night stay, no housekeeping service of any kind and when I brought these issues to the front desk person, she put in an immediate call to the owner and of course, I never heard any thing more....... Never will I stay here again and I highly recommend others do not.

Due to an emergency situation, I had to be evacuated from my apartment. So, I stayed here for a few weeks. The staff are patient and friendly. If you put a "Do Not Disturb sign on your door, then they won't come into your room. While I was here, I took out my own trash and even changed the bed sheets. They didn't get mad at me for that. Yeah, I would recommend staying here when you have nowhere else to go.

It s a shame that I can t put negative 5 stars. The room was pretty tore up, but on top of that, I went to give my son a bath and the whole room flooded within 5 minutes of having the water running. Water was even running out of the room and into the parking lot. They wouldn t give us a refund and just apologized and asked if we were checking out. We didn t have to check out for another 2 hours but had to leave early because we couldn t let our son off of the bed due to all the water and all of our things being soaked.

Good location, dirty hotel and it says it a three star hotel in the website. This is hardly a one star hotel but the rooms are updated just the service isn't great and the towels they had stains on them.The inside of the microwave was filthy it was caked in and gross. It looks like they didn't clean it for a few months.This motel could be decent if they werent rated 3 stars in Priceline and lied to.The location is really good and next to the stables casino. Only bad thing about Miami is after midnight there's no food anywhere.

Stayed 7 hours just to sleep, I honestly don't know how the hotel Is still up and running, cockroches in the room. They over charge from what the web site says. The staff at the front desk are rude, and a huge language barrier I guess that's why they thought they could be rude. Ask for manager multiple times and the answer " hes not here, we don't know when he will be". What staff doesn't know when the manager works. I would also suggest not using your card the hotel taxed on charges that I am now turning in as fraud with my bank due to the manager not wanting to take my call to resolve there mistake, have also contacted the health department. If you have children I would not recommend this place.

Terrifying. As a woman traveling alone I would NOT recommend this place at all. Very sketchy, random people walking around most likely on something. Room is ok, bed is decent, air conditioner does work great though. Parking needs to be lit up a lot more considering all the people outside. Afraid my car will be broken into. Front desk lady was nice. Honestly, it s my fault I should of done better research in finding a place to stay

It was cold when we got here so I had to grab a heater from my home. It was also very ucky. I wouldn't even take a bath so uncleaned. I took pics. And will be showing thy office before I check out. Sad part is they had just rebuilt this motel about 2 yrs ago. So advice bring cleaning supp. As for thy big pic. Thy furnishings are pretty nice. Thy pic is of the light in thy bathroom. There also isn't even a smoke alarm it's torn down. Owners have just got thy place so hopefully will get things in order.

Was just grateful to stop and be able to take a rest. Pet friendly motel . Bed very comfy. There was an ant issue in bathroom. Towels were also moldy and had not been washed. One had foundation stain on it. It is what we paid for though.

Soooooooooo GROSS. Smelled like smoke, pool was closed & covered in mud, room was visibly dirty, terrible area, vagrants sitting outside in the middle of the night. The clerk overcharged me & at 2am, after driving all day I just accepted the total. After entering the room & checking the bed for bugs we just crashed & left as soon as we woke up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Place is a complete dump. I've added this to the review as I have filed formal complaint with the OK Attorney General. All i ever wanted was my money back, 10 minutes after I paid for the room. Was CUSSED AT, lied too, and jerked around, when all you had to do was hand me back my money. I hope the Att General fines/investigates you for FRAUD and the county board of health SHUTS YOU DOWN. YOU DON'T DESERVE TO RUN A BUSINESS BASED ON HOSPITALITY. THIEVES!

If was absolutely terrible. There were no towels in my room I asked for the three times and never got them. The TV didn't work the beds were not made completely. Only good thing about this was the lady check me in

We stayed overnight unexpectedly the rooms were nice for the price. The staff was very friendly. About the only complaint I have was the other people staying there being so loud. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and it was even nice to look at.

Loved it. Had honeymoon on the 3rd this month. Came home with a hitchhiker, no judgement though. It's the battle hotels have. Not there fault at all the lady was friendly despite all she had to put up with I will say she/they are the best hotel staff I've met. Hell imma go ahead with 5 stars guys.

It was a dump bathroom not clean no continental breakfast, stains on sheets an pillow cases, back door don't lock. People just hang around in an out of it. Trash Days Inn by Wyndham 2120 Steve Owens Blvd, fell coming in both shoes came off an my baby left toe don't know if it's broke from the fall very sore.
