I brought 2 vehicles to the Quick lane in Grove. Quick lane cross threaded 4 lug nuts and 2 studs were loose/broken and were found by myself after I had taken both cars home.On car 2, I fixed the cross threaded lug nut and stud myself because I was changing the brakes, even though the brakes were fine.. Quick lane recommended new brakes on car 2, but in reality the car didn t need it. The brake pads had 4-5mm all around and were wearing evenly with no issues.Car 1 was fixed by the dealership in Miami at no cost, which was greatly appreciated. Either way, the cross threaded lug nuts and broken studs are a product of purposeful negligence. Hand threading lug nuts and then torquing them to spec is standard and should be done on every vehicle.. not sure why these cars were an exception and this mistake cost the company $$ and a customer.

In the past service has been great. My last visit, after being called, that truck was ready, my tailgate was not done, cover laying in bed. Passenger floor mat there also. Nail in my tire never got fixed. Passenger door, won t unlock when you touch the door handle. I mentioned that to them the first time it was in the shop. Never fixed 1st or 2nd time in shop. At some point I ll need to get it looked at

I truly appreciate the service and friendly staff at Vance Ford. Levi was very professional, friendly and kept me informed on my vehicle progress along with thoroughly explaining what was being done and why.Cherry at the reception desk was probably the most helpful of any receptionist I've ever experienced and I'm 73 years old. Vance is very lucky to have those two employees.While I was waiting for my truck , I visited with one of their salesmen, Kevin Bass, who was also very nice and informative regarding new vehicles offered by Ford. When buying my next vehicle I will definitely visit with Mr. Bass first ! A very nice man, informative and not pushy !Thanks to Vance Ford for providing the level of service that you do. I've generally been a Chevy man , but I have two Fords now and love them both !

They are simply AMAZING, great prices, awesome customer service, quick to get you in. I have a dodge but the kind folks at Vance Ford is where I choose to go. Ask for Levi or Shawn they will get you taken care of with quality staff!! Did I mention they are good to call if a price is going to be different than a price quoted? Rather than surprising you with an outrageous bill. Keep up the GREAT work!Thanks GUYS

2011 f250 6.7 powerstrokeHad a small oil leak. Vance was able to determine where the leak was. They got it fixed and back to me in a awesome time frame! Did great work for me again! And I'll continue doing business with Vance Ford for hopefully many years to come!
