If you are looking to buy or just window shopping to see what your options are. Go see Kevin Bass, we have bought several vehicles with him and Never been disappointed. He is honest and always makes sure you are % happy. I wouldn't trust or go anywhere else. No pushy sales here. Just like visiting an old friend.

I have now bought multiple vehicles From Vance Ford in Oklahoma. From business to personal vehicles I have went through Stevie Nowlin. He has made the process easy and as stress free as it can be. Going out of his way to make it that way was very appreciative. But there is no I in team, everyone there I spoke with or went out their way to speak to me. From other salesmen, the manager, finance, a mechanic. All made the experience welcoming and relaxed. Thank you to everyone there and I look forward to my next purchase at Vance ford with Stevie. P.S their Facebook page always cracks me up!!

I ve been to Ford dealerships all over the country and I have to say the service department at Vance Ford is outstanding! They had one appointment left for me this week, they got me in but ended up needing to order parts and still squeezed me in the same week so my car was ready for my upcoming trip. Shawn was very friendly and had a warm willing-to-help attitude, as were the other service associates I talked to. Thank you to all. 10/10!!

We bought a used Expedition from them. Sure they are nice people but that doesn't help the fact that the truck has had mechanical issues since day one. We had to wait over 7 months just to get the truck in the shop for something they knew was a Ford recall on it before they sold it. A Ford dealership would have known about recalls. The recall finally fixed but something else goes wrong next day! Truck is still not running right and overheating & leaking out every day. Don't trust them and dont expect to have it fixed. Manager only cares about reviews.UPDATE: We got our truck back after several weeks in the shop. Engine light came on the next morning. Chug-a-lugs after decelerating again. I would love to give a better rating because Levi has been very cooperative with trying to fix it and communicating with us but it still is not fixed.UPDATE #2: Levi coordinated another pick up of our vehicle to return to the shop. We believe the issues have all been repaired now and it seems to be running well. Much respect to Levi & mechanics for the repairs, courtesy & communication. Thank you!

My experience with Vance Ford was incredible. Juan Gonzalez the salesperson was absolutely the best. The financial man I'm sorry I couldn't remember his name was also the best. If I live long enough to buy another car I'm going to Vance Ford.

Then there s Fritchy well what can I say about him. Well for starters he made us feel comfortable and at ease at the dealership.

We bought a brand new truck in June with a few minor issues. Vance promised to fix these. We have continually reached out over two weeks and have received zero calls, texts, or emails. They are quick to sell a vehicle and slow to provide customer service.

Kevin the salesman was great to work with. You know how it goes with used car salesman! Kevin made feel very comfortable with no high pressure! The dealership did more than what I expected before delivery. They changed out some transmission lines, charged the ac, and put on new tires without being asked to do so. So would I deal with Vance ford again? Definitely! Kevin you rock!

Love these people. Buy your next car here. You will not regret it. Life time drive train warranty. Only at Vance ford. Stevie has done it again. Last year he made us an amazing deal on these 2 new trucks. 0% finance. This year my beautiful wife decided she wanted something a little more girly and comfortable. So Stevie found her this Cadillac SRX. Thank you so much Stevie.

We absolutely LOVE Michael and Khris!!!!!! These two are so amazing, they are the reason we keep coming back. Their customer service is absolutely second to none! We had the pleasure of meeting new team member Juan and he's very eager to help and learn. We know he's in good hands with Michael! He's our lifetime car guy. These 3 are very personable and they create such a fun entertaining environment. We all hate car shopping, but those three make it a lot better! Never a full moment and always treat you like family. We look forward to seeing your growth Juan. Thank you guys again. We have recently found out the Guthrie store has lost our secondary key/fob. I would understand a little more if this hadn't been the second vehicle in a row that this has happened to us there. That is a little frustrating. Our key tag plainly says "key 1 or 2" but last time they never found it.

Will not honor warranty. Waited weeks for them to fix their machine to service transmission. My transmission went out. What could have been a repair is now a replacement.

The best experience I ve ever had at a dealership.Their service is beyond five stars. They will do everything they can to help get you in a vehicle without pressuring you into one. Had an appointment today with the service department they had called to cancel my appointment today due to a power outage and said I would receive a call back if services were to continue I had called today checking on this and was told power had been restored and was placed on hold for thirsty minutes calling back to see why I haven't been helped or what the issue was the gentleman that answer said he would go back and talk with the service team and to have them call me that was 2 hours ago beyond frustrated having taking time from my schedules and the lack of consideration of this is beyond frustrating

If you need a salesman that you can always count on, give Stevie Nowlin a try! We have bought several vehicles from him. Stevie will go above and beyond your expectations! Also, Stevie and the whole Vance team is a great bunch of people to work with and it s a Great comfortable environment! It s the only team I trust with our vehicle purchases and/or vehicle service needs. They make you feel like family, so in turn I send everyone I know to them. I definitely recommend

The best experience I ever had trying to purchase a vehicle. Stevie made the process so easy with communicating through text. He explained every little detail about the truck I was wanting. I tried to buy a jeep Monday evening. I live out of town. They wouldn't take electronic check over the phone or wire transfer but John promised he would hold it until I got there Wednesday. Tuesday their finance guy called and got my info and filled out sales form - everything set. Wednesday morning they sent a text reminding my of my VIP appointment at 5:30. Then they sold it to someone else. Hard to imagine what I did wrong other than believe the guy who promised to hold it. I give 2 stars because he was nice enough to call and let me know before I drove all the way there. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. Very hard to to trust them again.
