Had a HORRIBLE experience with service about 6-7 mo ago with my personal vehicle AND our fire department vehicle pushing me to consider never coming back. However, things seemed to have turned around with new management / staff. Had a great, quick experience for my regular scheduled maintenance/oil change. My vehicle has a recall so that had to order the part for it. Advisor was nice, waiting area was comfortable!

Lady in service department was amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. Had an oil change and did not have a long wait. Wasn't happy with the greasy foot print and greasy hand print in and outside of my car. I'm a little OCD so I except my car to come out as clean as it goes in. But other than that the service was great.

Made an appointment, but showed up 45 minutes early. They worked me in quickly and got my oil changed asap. Very quick and very friendly service crew.

Sara did a great job checking on all areas of service on my truck , very complete. Scott is the best on knowledge on diesel trucks . Don t loose him . He knows what he s talking about . Dependable . They both did great . I ll be back .

I brought my Dodge 2017 ram 3500 via tow truck on a Thursday evening after letting the Service Manager William know that it was coming. He agreed to look at it and put in the correct computer codes for new key fobs the next morning He also knew that I was not from the area and had to stay overnight in a hotel for them to fix it . Unfortunately, I never got a phone call Friday at all and they wouldn t return my voicemails. I called Saturday and they said that William wasn t there and that no one that could help me and I would have to call back on Monday Called back on Monday and had to leave voicemails again After repeated attempts, they finally called me on Tuesday knowing that I was from out of town and had to stay over the weekend in a hotelAfter multiple phone calls to William The service manager, he finally said that it wasn t just the key fob reprogramming that I needed a new starter He originally told me that it would cost $1900 for the part and I told him that was crazy To make a long story short, I had to go to the local O Reillys and purchase a new starter myself and have it delivered to Service Manager for installation . After two more days, the vehicle was finally ready Once I picked it up and hooked up my RV trailer to go home I got about 10 to 20 miles out of town and two more codes came up on the dashboard I called him and he told me the one Code had to do with my accelerator pedal, not responding and the other code was a speed sensor code he said I could bring it back, but I wasn t comfortable at that point based on our conversation . After getting at home, my hometown mechanic told me that someone had programmed the computer wrong and messed up something in the computer and also somehow messed up a speed sensor along the way because when I picked it up from Vance Chrysler, my speedometer had quit working I don t know what s going on at Vance Chrysler in Miami OK, but I sure wouldn t recommend their service department.

Sara is a hard worker and fighter for my sunroof to be fixed. Warranty didn't want to cover it due to cost and she made all the calls and leg work to get it done. She went above and beyond to help get this taken care of and now it's working and back to letting the sunshine down on me! Thank you Sara!

Vance Dodge s staff is very friendly. They are very efficient. They got me in at appointment time. And kept me updated on progress and if they found any issues with my vehicle.

Stopped by service while I was ordering a part with concern about air bag recall checked my Vin and ordered airbag/made appointment to replace called day before when part came in arrived Friday at 9am,.and was finished by 10:15. I would highly recommend both the parts and service dept for their knowledgeable,and professional staff.also for their friendly sales staff who didn't swam me while I looked at new trucks.Thanks againDale Blake

Great prices and quality work. I've had both exhaust manifolds replaced dealer worked hard getting second one paid for but I had to pay a lot of it. I had a 9:30 a.m. appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. Also had a panel on my seat where the clip was broken an needed to be replaced. My appointment took 1 hour 45 minutes. Cost for an oil change & tire rotation was $100.71 seat was covered under warranty. I won't be having my oil changed there again.

Great people but had an 8am fri appointment and they didn't look at my truck until middle of afternoon which meant it was not even started to be repaired until Monday . And then it was sent for an allinement and none of the dealerships could dova 3500. Upon my arrival the Service department guy immediately said good morning and asked how he could help me. I was there to get fuel filter changed and check for a light that came on the dash regarding balance when towing our RV. They took my vehicle in right away and completed all repairs in a timely manner. They explained what was done in detail and also fixed our gear shifter which was loose while they had my vehicle in the back for repair. I would definitely recommend this Dodge Dealership great staff and quick to get vehicle repairs completed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance
