First time buying a car online and I do not recommend. First of all, their free delivery is not delivery. They drive your car to you, putting however many miles are on it between you and the dealership. Had I known that, I wouldn t have waited a week to get it, I would have went and got it myself and drove it back. I was even more irritated when the man driving it told me it was fun to drive . Glad he got a good joyride in on his way. He was also completely uneducated about the car or any of the paperwork he gave me. In addition, I came pre-approved and they still ran my credit four times. I should have checked with other dealerships, because The interest rate I was given was significantly higher than what people with my credit score are paying right now even with regards to the market. I wasn t 100% happy with the vehicle. Even though I was told they wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase, whenever I told them I wasn t, they said there was nothing they could do because they had already sent my down payment. He also said the car was in perfect condition but the digital display had a hairline crack across it. That was never mentioned, and will be very expensive to fix. They took their time paying off my trade-in, which resulted in extra late fees. I had to request copies of my signed paperwork after the deal. Every page had my entire name misspelled and the wrong car as a trade in but they said that was fine. I could tell they just wanted to make a deal regardless if it was a good one. From now on I ll make sure I shop locally so I can see the car and have time to know if I like it before I m rushed to sign and go. And I ll put the miles on it myself instead of letting a stranger joyride it for a few hundred miles. Gave 2 stars because they were kind, but overall not a great experience for me.

I appreciate everything John Vance Ram did for me, And everything Kevin Bass did for me was 100% satisfying for me. I am truly grateful to have them standing beside me through the process. I got a new 3500 Ram from them and I promise the next time I need a truck I will come to Vance Dodge Ram to do business with them again. Thank you for all you have done for me and keep being a great customer friendly place to do business.

It was a good experience for purchasing a vehicle. It was quicker than normal, because they did not beat around the bush. They knew we wanted to buy so they got close to the bottom line, right off the bat. Most places don't do that. I dislike shopping, so I want something to happen quickly.

Their lifetime power train warranty is worthless. You spend a truck load of money for the vehicle and all the maintenance they require and still get turned down for warranty work. Everyone at this entry dealership are lairs and not trustworthy.

Great buying experience! I had been looking for a truck for almost a year, and in this crazy market I was very suspicious and skeptical of dealerships. However, Mike and the crew at Vance-Miami were absolutely awesome, professional, and non-pushy. I got a great deal and great truck. It was worth the 1.5hr drive from Tulsa. Old school customer service. I Definitely will buy from again!

We bought a used Ford Expedition 1.5 yrs ago. Noticed problems with cam phaser going out soon after. This was under recall from Ford that had expired. They should have fixed it before selling and didn't. We have been trying to get it fixed with them for over 7 months to no avail. Service personnel is trying to help us but something or someone is continually delaying this process. Fed up with the hold up and will not be buying from Vance again.

Great experience at Vance. Tyler is literally NUTS, but a great sales representative. He did everything in his power to accommodate and facilitate the sale to my wife and I. We have bought 4 vehicles at Vance and will continue to give them our business.

Four times in the past year my husband and I have made appointments to have our oil changed here and when we get there, they have no record of our appointments. 4 TIMES. We have to get our services done here due to our vehicle warranties otherwise we would not deal with this nonsense any longer. I will say that the service department members are genuinely sorry when we arrive and they can t find our scheduled appointments and they do their best to squeeze us in. Maybe there needs to be some retraining with whoever answers the phone on how to book appointments. We will NEVER buy another vehicle here due to the poor service after the sale.

I bought my truck on March 10th, and I live In Texas so I basically did it all over the phone with Kyle. It was the easiest truck buying I have ever had. They are all so good to work with from Kyle to the finance department. In my experience they are the best to buy from!!! Go check them out !!

I've been begging my wife for a while to stop using this dealer's service center as the vehicle always comes back with the interior dirty and scuffed. The infotainment screen recently had to be replaced and the vehicle came back with tool marks and scratches around the screen. I thought it was pretty minor but she felt it was noticeable enough she wanted the trim replaced. They replaced it today and then halfway home we realized they caved in one of the AC vents in the process. Don't let these guys touch your car.

While we were in Oklahoma from Florida. Our truck broke down. No one to call on. We were referred by locals to Vance Dodge. Not the closest to our location. But they were the ones!! Nathan and his Service team were AMAZING!!! They got us in immediately. Fixed our problem and BROUGHT THE TRUCK BACK TO OUR HOTEL!!!! So thankful for their kindness and dedication to service!!

I am very happy with the experience I had buying a used vehicle here from Michael Adams. He was extremely helpful. The car that I wanted to see was currently moved to a lot hours away. He made arrangements to get it so that I could see it later that same day since I was going to be driving in from Arkansas to see it, and the rest of my week was booked. He was no pressure, very nice, and straight forward. Khristi, in the finance department, was wonderful. She worked hard to get a really great interest rate for us, even though it was after hours, she was not rushed. The car still needed to be finely detailed. Michael was able to have it detailed for us the next day and he drove it most of the way to Arkansas to bring it to us. I really love the great hometown feel in there office. I definitely would purchase here in the future.

Great experience buying a used car! We bought it before it had reached inspection. They found a few things that would of been issues in the near future and all this was repaired and made safe before it was released to our family. Shawn at the Dodge dealership was our salesman. he was very honest and extremely helpful. We will be returning to this site and speaking with Shawn for our future vehicles!

Amazing buying experience! Just over a month ago I purchased my first vehicle from Vance Dodge, and the process went very smoothly and way better than what I was expecting. I bought a 2022 Jeep Renegade and purchased a warranty for it. Khristi did a phenomenal job talking me through the finance side of things and helping me make the best decision possible (since this was my first ever car purchase, this process seemed intimidating but she made it as easy to understand as possible). I was interested in another vehicle that was somewhat far out of my price range and instead of trying to talk me up into that vehicle, I told them it wouldn't be possible and we moved forward with the Jeep without mention of the other car. Brandon and Mike did a great job of showing me the important parts of the vehicle and all the things I could do to benefit me moving forward. I feel like I walked away with a great deal on my car at a lower rate than I thought would be possible. I was not upsold and I walked away with exactly what I wanted and a clear outline of what I'll be paying for. I highly recommend going to see Brandon or Mike if you're looking for a new car.

Staff was super friendly! No pressure sales and no extra pandemic fee. Finance manager was exceptionally nice and very detailed. She wen river all options and allowed me to decide without that added pressure that you get with most dealerships. Everyone from the salesman to the managers was very welcoming and low pressure. I trade roughly every 2-3 years and this was by far my best experience! I would give them 10 stars.

This was the best experience I had buying a car!!!!! Very friendly staff. They were so helpful in going over the details of the car. Brandon did not pressure me into buying something. I wasn t just a customer to them. I would recommend Vance Auto to anyone. Shop for a car there before going anywhere else. Mike, Brandon, and Kristi are the best. If I ever need another car I m going to them. They got me the best deal. Very informative of the paperwork not just telling me to sign. Mike found me three different cars to look at. And then at the lot when I got there.

Totally ripped off by their car. Had no choice and they took advantage of that. Will never buy or get any service done there again. Matter of fact will never buy a GM product ever again. Horrible what they overcharge. Bought a used car with 75k miles for 17.5k and when I got it I opened the glove department only to realize the car sold brand new for 20k. Scammers

Had a great experience at Vance. Brandon and Khristi and the other folks I met were all extremely helpful. I was dreading the car buying process but they were great to deal with and made it easy and painless. Definitely worth the drive up from Tulsa! Would recommend them to anyone.
