Sales department is great. My only issue is that I took my car in for its first service (free) and brought a coupon for a free car wash. I didn't realize that I needed to schedule an appointment, but they graciously serviced my car anyway. Unfortunately, they initially tried to charge me over $80 for the oil change, until I reminded them that it was the first service. They paid no attention to the coupons, even though they kept them, so no car wash. I didn't receive all of the services promised in the circular.

I went in for an alignment on my 2023 ram. The alignment was great except they didn t straighten my steering wheel afterwords. So I was driving with a tilted steering wheel. But the problem was resolved the next day and they made it right.

Eric, Haden and the entire staff made this an easy process and everyone was extremely nice. They were not pushy, like typical salesman, and even helped entertain my 8 year old. From start to finish we were there 3.5 including my test drive, detail, fueling up our new vehicle and final inspection. If you re in the market for a brand new or used vehicle, go see the staff at Vance Chevrolet!

Sold my perfect 2023 Kia Telluride to them. I then bought a 2024 Buick Encore outright and applied the rest towards 2024 Buick Envista. Within 24 hours I notified the dealership that my rear drivers side window was not working in the Envista. So immediately that vehicle was in the shop for roughly a week. While that one was in the shop. The Encore s instrument panel (speedometer, radio screen, etc,) started glitching and not working properly. This restricted me from seeing the speed that I was traveling and fuel usage. I am also unable to properly use the radio or CarPlay. They got my vehicle in the shop and then stated I have to just wait and continue to drive the defective vehicle until an update becomes available that fixes the issue because there is not currently one available. Now just started on 4/8/24 (one month after purchasing), my 2024 Buick Envista is doing the same thing. The dealership refuses to trade us out and so does GM. This is absolutely ridiculous, to ask a customer to just deal with the issue that the dealership was notified of within days. I purchased two brand new vehicles that both had issues and one is unable to currently be fixed and the dealership will not make this right. This dealership deserves 0 stars. They took my perfect vehicle and sold me two of their vehicles that had issues immediately. Disgusting how they have treated me. Now I cannot get a response from the dealership about the second vehicle's issues.

I work for another car lot in Miami. We use Vance Auto Group A lot for servicing our vehicles, and let me tell you Vance Chevy is by far my favorite service department. Jeff is great and always above and beyond. I recommend highly.

Talk about absolute con artists. Had to bring a truck in for warranty repair. They told me they would have the part next day. Three weeks later after I have to do all the leg work to get these people to communicate, they tell me it could be up to a year . And the technician walks in and says oh your part arrived. Right.And then I brought another vehicle in for an oil change (should have known better) and they tell me the transmission fluid needs to be changed and on my paperwork write visible leaks as the technician tells me in person there are no leaks!! Which by the way, any transmission issues would be covered under warranty still too. Avoid this place like the plague. If this was the last car dealership/service center on earth, I would choose to walk before bringing my vehicle here.

I worked with Jaylynn and Mat (correct spelling) to purchase my used, dream car. A 2011 Convertible BMW.I live in Florida and bought the car site unseen. I was skeptical at first, but after reviewing the Car Fax, I decided to pull the trigger and purchase it.When the car arrived at my house, I couldn t have been more pleased, it s just as Jaylynn s pictures described. Perfect shape! Very happy with this dealership and their staff. Seem-less and easy process.

my 2nd purchase from this dealership, friendly staffbut would not recommend them. i traded a car in that was detailed much better than the one i picked up had to send the car back 3 times before it was cleaned even mediocre.

It started with the service tech was able to get me in next day but I had to even come early that day and she was able to squeeze me in and get me in and out faster. She is a phenomenal Tech very professional very courteous and I highly recommend her. She even did some research on the car to help us out with an electronic problem and was able to get that taken care of I greatly appreciate her attention to detail care and compassion for our vehicle.

My godfather bought a Z71 from here last week. The saleswoman Sarah was absolutely AMAZING! She made our experience a memorable one. Sarah had a wonderful personality and very friendly. She is a top notch saleswoman and help make the car buying experience an easy one. I recommend this dealership. If you are looking to buy a vehicle I highly recommend you give her a call she will go above and beyond for her customers and make sure that you are not only taken but you are satisfied as well. This dealership is so lucky to have Sarah working for them. My godfather loves his new truck and is so happy that he was able to work with this fine lady.

Bought my 2017 Durango February 2023 and had to have $4,000+ in repairs done for it to run properly before August 2023 due to undisclosed issues. Dont waste your time or money with a Vance dealership.

As a first time buyer I was worried I would get screwed over. I looked at their website and the cars I liked. I went there and Kaleb came to help me out right away. I told him my budget, the type of car I liked, and what I needed it to have. We tested out a few cars. He answered every single question I had (and there were so many.) Once I picked the one I want, he went over every financial detail and details about the car. He went over the carfax and previous damage to the car. He helped me in any way he could. Even speaking with the financial manager, they went in detail with everything with me to make sure I understood. I d recommend going to Kaleb to anyone who goes there! He will do what s best for you, even if it means referring you to a different location. It was an amazing experience and I ll definitely go back for my next one! I finally bought my first car thanks to Kaleb!!

The people there are very nice and try to be very helpful, but every time I've went there and to the Dodge dealership with Vance in Miami or Quick Lane and Grove they always forget to reset my oil gauge. I don't understand why that's not programmed in their brain to do that when they know that they're not working on old-timey cars anymore. I don't live there so I always end up having to go somewhere else to get it reset or drive back up there. That should just be standard on any vehicle to make sure that you check after you've done their oil change to reset their gauges

I would like to thank Jordan and Miami Chevrolet and GMC for getting me into truck that I have always wanted. Jordan was very professional called asked questions about my trade and setup an appointment for me to come in and go finical options and to also test drive different types of trucks till I found the one. The decision was left to me whether I wanted the truck or not at the end, no pushing or shoving trying to get me into something that I didnt want. Once thank you Jordan and Miami Chevrolet and GMC!

Great experience! Eric was super helpful. I called the dealership about a car I saw advertised online (I live in Kansas) and Mat the sales manager took all my information. In less than an hour, he had me connected with Eric who sent me a video of the car and helped me get an offer on my trade in. Over the next several days, Eric and I corresponded via text, phone, and email, until I was finally satisfied with the deal and ready to move forward. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions. He also managed to get me approved at a rate that worked for my budget and even changed the payment term and interest rate multiple times at my request.When I finally arrived to pick up the car, Eric IMMEDIATELY took me on a test drive and answered all my questions as I was driving the car. He was very friendly and conversational the entire time. When we got back to the dealership, he already had all my paperwork ready to go and quickly got everything signed and taken care of. Then he got me over to Tab the finance manager, and the only problem we ran into was the value of my trade in due to some damage, but we ended up getting that taken care of as well because once again, they changed the financing to fit my budget!Tab then sat me down and thoroughly explained the entire buyers contract to me rather than just saying "sign here" (which I appreciated even though I have considerable experience buying used cars), and then he offered the extended warranties, which I politely declined since I was buying a fairly new vehicle with low mileage. Tab also carefully reviewed the paperwork for any mistakes, which he found and quickly corrected to prevent problems from arising when I go to register the car.When I finally left the dealership, I was very impressed with the car on the entire drive home. The car was beautiful, clean, and handled like a dream. I love my new Caddy!! Thank you so much to Eric and the entire team at Vance for making this one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had.UPDATE 5/11/23: Changing my review to 4 stars because my local Chevy dealership found a leak in the left and right camshaft covers and the transmission valve pan less than a week after bringing my new car home. Still covered under warranty so no cost to me, but this should have been disclosed to me by the dealership prior to taking delivery of the vehicle. I understand used cars have issues but those issues need to be discussed with the customer and it is the dealer's responsibility to be aware of any potential mechanical problems so that they can inform the customer prior to closing the sale.
