My husband and I take our cars here and have never had any issues with their work. They're honest, fair priced, and have a quick return. Not to mention they guarantee their work. Definitely recommend!

Friendly and very fast service! My first time using Thulin Automotive I brought my car in at 10am they had my car finished by 1pm! Will definitely use Thulin Again!! Highly Recommend Thulin Automotive!!!

I really like the service I got the first time I used them. Needed brakes done and something with the front wheel is wrong and a spark plugs changed.They did not fix the front wheel. The brakes seem to work but they seem like need brakes bled out. But when I got it back they said it was fixed and they couldn't find anything else wrong. Go to pick it up and it smells like gas. I take it to have the oil changed at Walmart and they show me that my gas tank was leaking bad. I didn't have a gas leak. After another $1,000 and a month and half they got that fixed. Found out today that the air conditioner that used to work great before service know doesn't work. I have decided I won't be back.

Wonderful service, my low tire pressure light was on and they aired up my tires and no charge! Would highly recommend them! A year later, still just as good! Update November 2023, still wonderful service as noted above!Service: TiresService: Tires

Went in for an alignment (60$) and 600$ later and diagnosing 1 part to be fixed at a time before can do the alignment. I still have 3 things that will need fixed. Trying to swindle me out of several trips which equals more money for them. Smdh

We were on a family trip with the dog and started having mechanical issues. We pulled in without an appointment and they welcomed us and the dog in while they inspected our vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They got us back on the road. I would recommend this business and these people to anyone for all your vehicles needs. Working with Tom and his team to help find out what a funny noise in my car is has been amazing. They did not charge me to leave the car there with them for two hours and sent one of his best guys outside to listen to what my estranged husband assumed was the worst thing possible. Thank you Tom for being so patient and willing to work with us.We may need more work but now instead of going to Joplin or OKC Tom and his team will be the first place we turn to.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Just wow. We had a flat on our inside dual and we had to get to Vinita where our warranty is. Unfortunately we did not have the proper tools to remove the dual on the side of the road. We was close to Thulin so we managed to get the truck there, in asked them if they could please help us and just take both out and inside tires off and put the inside tire in the bed of the truck and put the outside tire back on in the outside not inside position. They seriously charged us 30 bucks for this. And I'm not kidding, we had to tell them 5 times what they was supposed to be doing because they did not understand at all what we was saying. I really wanted to say just get out of my way and I will do it myslef, however I was just in the hospital so that was not an option. I attempted to get my husband to go tell them that we charge a shop fee for having to explain more than once what we need and then a service fee for having to explain in detail with showing them how to do it and that fee is going to run 50 bucks today... He would not do it.. Thankfully though after over an hour we managed to get what we needed... So if your in a hurry or just need an simple help find another place to go to..

I broke down near Miami, Oklahoma, over 3 hours from home. My insurance towed my car to the nearest mechanic and I was very blessed that Thulin is where my car ended up. Tommy (? I am bad with names) took amazing care of us and turned a horrible stressful situation around. They went above and beyond for a price that could not be beat, and I highly recommend them to anyone. Thulin has my most sincere thanks.

Thulin Auto dropped everything to help us when our car lost acceleration just outside of Miami. They quickly diagnosed, ordered the part, had our engine ready when the part arrived. They did the utmost to get us back on the road quickly. They had a very nice, clean modern waiting area too

I was visiting from Texas a couple of months ago. I had a new tire that was balanced incorrectly. I was lucky to find Thulin, and they took the time to evaluate the problem and fix it at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this garage for your service needs.

Well after having an absolutely terrible experience at another mechanic someone I work with recommended Thulins. Man it's always a good experience going in there they last cut up and have a good time I will get to work done may take a little time because there aren't good and they do have a lot of people that only bring it to them so you get a chance to get one in there and fix it up for you make a ride guarantee you
