I had so much trouble with my previous agency, and lost hundreds of dollars letting them handle my policies. I finally took the plunge and had Megan Gosney over at RIC take over our policies. She was so great at communicating, and helping us through the process. We also had an issue with our car insurance and she went above and beyond to help us figure it out so we didn t loose more money! I greatly appreciate her and this company. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

Great place for service on finding the right Insurance plan. Sandra was great to talk to and a very nice lady. So was the younger lady with the black hair and glasses that helped me find the best coverage that was convenient for me.

Go see Sandra today! She is the nicest, most helpful, honest, she saves me tons of money each year and has always gone above and beyond for me. The best agent I have ever had without a doubt! I would recommend her anyway to anyone wanting a steal of a deal.

Be Aware If you have to cancel your insurance policy early, like for your elderly mother, this company CHARGES you 25% plus fees, adding up to around 40%. She had been with the company for many many years! Oh they will tell you how Sorry they are, but that doesn t help pay for much. Don t use them.

The lady who helped me was very friendly and my policy was super easy to start up. In and out withing 15 mines, so super fast yet professional service. Im very pleased with my insurance company and the prices are very reasonable.

I have ins thru this business, I called the other day to ask a question. I got a hold of a lady that said her name is Sandy or Sandra that was down right hateful and rude. I'm finding a diff agent or company all together. I was never asked my name or anything
