Not sure why the older lady with dark hair and glasses, kind of heavier set, finds it necessary to be so rude to people. Just her overall attitude goes completely against their own slogan of "fast and friendly service." This lady is just overall, and something that has happened on numerous occasions, rude. I hate to even leave a review regarding the person but if you hate your job that much and aren't good at dealing with the public, step back and let someone who does step up.

Terrible. Go anywhere else. Old ladies with horrible attitudes. I have never been more disrespected in my life. Disabled Veteran and she kept rolling her eyes cause I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. I am hard of hearing and all she could do is just be an old bitter woman. Don't give them your money.

I was in and out in about 20-30 minutes, considering I was switching my truck, boat, and motor over. I had a lien on my truck title but had a receipt saying paid in full, the clerk went ahead and used it to switch me over. I received my new titles including a clean title to my truck the very next Monday. The staff was very quick and helpful along as friendly.

Never had an office that was as stubborn to help someone as this one. Staff is ok, manager is impolite and won't attempt to try anything with any situation that's not perfect for her.If I'm doing business, I like service, even if it's more expensive or further away

Requires a mask, as per their sign, but no one inside wears one. I wanted to switch over my DL to OK, but this small county agency asked me to return in a few weeks in order to do so. I was bewildered, but accepted their scheduling issue with zero complaint. Does the pandemic make these offices more busy, and that's why they need to schedule us in? And why the line in the office if all needs are set by appointment? No one was rude to me. 'Bewildered' is the only word I can summon.

The employees here are usually very uninterested in being helpful. In all the years we've used them to renew tags or license they have pretty much done the minimum required without a smile.

Ladies behind counter are rude and unprofessional! Made fun of my sister and her husband right to.her face and everybody else! She also had her kids with her. I told her to go to someone else. Idk how they make any money treating customers like that. Something should be done about their horrible behavior! I think they need to be fired.

I went in to this Tag office to renew a simple tag on an old car, I expected to see and experience the usual guidelines for their office due to covid-19. Sure enough a sign on both doors said "PLEASE WEAR A FACE MASK" which I did without question. Upon entering I found that the signs meant nothing at all, of the dozen people sitting or standing around in the office only three had on a mask myself and two others. Not any of the five employees had on a mask as they were running over each other behind the counter. There were people yelling back and forth across this small room like a barn yard without a thought in the world. I payed 27.50 for a stupid sticker that I had to stand and wait for 30 minutes to get in this dangerously ill managed joint. I can only hope I didn't get a lot more than I came for. If I could post negative stars I would.

I have been in this office several times over the past year & a half. Staff has ALWAYS been polite, very helpful. I have NEVER seen or heard other customers treated poorly.

The staff was friendly, professional and quick to get our new Real ID's!! My wife and I just beat the crowd. Those ladies are great at their job!!!!

Terrible service. Showed up at 450 because I work in healthcare all day and was turned away trying to renew my tags even though they do not close until 5pm. I understand you ve had a long day but I don t get to close early because I want to go home. Worst tag agency in Northeastern Oklahoma!!!

Got I'm and out in ten minutes to renew our tag. They had no one else in there waiting like there usually packed but still made it a good experience.

People can't make change (Literally refused), and can't do simple math on a calculator. Customer service is nonexistent. Worst place in the state.

I went there yesterday to get my tags and it was the most pleasant experience I ve had in Miami I don t know what all the people are crybaby about it didn t take me it couldn t have been more than 10 minutes I was really impressed kudos to them hard-working employees there

The lady likes to play games when taking your driver's license pic. Snaps photo without warning and then doesn't give you a chance to approve or disapprove.
