Brought in for alignment, pulling to right and crooked steering wheel, after ProTire said I needed ball joints for $500. Kemper said not needed and did alignment. Still pulled to the right so they recommended tires for $750. I accepted and had it done. It still pulls to the right and the steering wheel is still crooked. Now $800 out of pocket and back to square one. Where do I go now for a simple and proper alignment? Zero for two so far.

Evan is trying to sell my mom an upcharge of 70.00 more per tire, than discount tire on the Michilin Defender LTX. On 5 tires, that's 350.00 more on the total bill. Do yourself a favor Miami and call around, Rupperts is ripping you off. They do not deserve 1 star.

I say Kemper Kemper Automotive it's the place to take an automobile because they got reachable prices for people that are in crisis so I have to say I like the prices because they are likeable and they do a good job
