If I could rate 0 stars, I would. This agency is one of the worst I ve ever experienced. On top of being rude and attempting to push me into a life insurance policy because I m so young and there s no way I have a savings to support myself alone in case something happens (he laughed whenever I said I did, and still tried to push it), as the agent said, they do not respond. I have called and talked to their front desk, called to leave voicemails because they re always unavailable, I have emailed, I have physically come into the office I get a half response every other week if at all concerning a policy they have been overcharging me for a year. On top of if you have a claim, that office will not help you. Not even to help you get into contact with the person actually handling your claim. They tell you to call back, try again later, or call the 1-800 numbers. I will be switching agencies immediately.

Canceled my State Farm insurance, having no insurance is better then State Farm. I have never being treated this badly by any insurance company. If you have State Farm, great till you have a claim, as soon as you have a claim they will cheat, lie everything they can do to not pay you. As I said I have never seen anything like it.

Bryan has been a wonderful help explaining to my husband and I our benefits and combining certain policies saving us about $40 from our old policy with a different company and now not only do we have a great auto policy but a life insurance for my husband all with a bunch of discounts. Bryan is friendly and easy to reach and talk with. Even the receptionist is great at her job. Thanks guys!

They have quite a few issues getting your bill properly adjusted. It seems when a correction needs made they can't get things corrected for whatever reason. Not entirely impressed if I'm being honest and I hate that because Whitney at the front desk tries to be very helpful.

Excellent, friendly service from this group! Bryan Provence set me up with great home & auto coverage at the lowest rate from a variety of quotes I d received. Plus he gifted me a lovely pen, baseball cap and thermos enjoy all the special treatment. Thanks guys; you re the BEST!

Terrible communication at this office. Made major mistakes on insurance almost got me canceled because of their negligence. Waited on a call back for two days...had to call main office who was not very happy with this agency. If you want state farm try a different agency.

I had nothing but a good experience with Jim Rexwinkle. I was with another insurance agency and decided what to see if Jim could quote me better, he saved me over $400 a year on my home and car insurance. I would highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed.

Jim has been my Insurance person for well over 5 years now and I have never had to worry once about what my coverage is and how to interpret my policies. He takes the time to review policies and makes sure to explain everything in laymen's terms so that I am at ease with my coverage. I highly recommend Jim Rewinkle to anyone that has insurance needs.

I switched to State Farm 5 years ago. Jim has been an excellent agent. He is easy to work with and has his clients best interest in mind. He works hard and is great at communication.

I have been with State farm for many years and recently was diagnosed with end-stage renal failure and breast cancer. received a letter today saying that my rates were going up because I didn't return my mileage report to them in a timely manner. Not even one phone call from these people, just one letter and after years if paying on time never late once they're going to raise my rate. Just one letter and not even a phone call. first thing Monday morning I'm looking for a new insurance company I would suggest you all do the same before this happens to you!

These guys are the best around for your insurance needs. I got more coverage for less money. I definitely recommend this agency to anyone for insurance needs. They sell many products including life insurance at a very reasonable rate.

Since changing hands from Steve Owens to Jim Rexwinkle, the service has been subpar. No one who answers the phone has decision making authority. They have to ask about every little thing and then the client has to wait for a call back. It s never-ending phone tag. Missed appointments and paperwork not being filed are just the tip of the iceberg. Switching insurance and we won t be back, which is too bad as we were clients for 30+ years.

Always nice and helpful. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because I have been trying to call to make a change to my coverage and I haven't been able to get through to talk to someone.

It was alright, I had an agent come sell me insurance in Grove a few years ago and I needed to cancel it, I had to drive 2 hours round trip to sign a digital signature pad to cancel really annoyed. Because there was absolutely NO WAY other than to come in. Frustrating and unacceptable this day in age

They weren't able to fix my problem immediately, but gave me the number of the agent that I use. It's all still state farm, so I'm not sure why I had to call the other place. But they at least helped me get everything figured out.

My wife's car was in an accident Jim took care of everything for me, got the rental car got the car fixed, everything was good. Blessed to have him as our representative.
