The room was ok - the beds were HORRIBLE. We got a double queen room, and both beds were so broken down that I thought I was camping out, and my wife ended up sleeping on the floor because it was so bad.On the upside, the breakfast was typical HIE fare, and the lady taking care of it was wonderful!NOTE: Been an IHG member for nearly 20 years - even platinum a few years when I was traveling 300+ nights a year - the beds just took last place as the worst I've ever slept on. And that is not an easy task. The room itself was ok - the bathroom and the shower weren't quite right - lots of groaning out of the shower valve until we hit the sweet spot. This was the most expensive room on our trip, and the worst. The only thing it had going for it was it was right next to the highway.

We were first assigned to room 109. The windowsill was very dirty and had ants crawling on it. Then we were put in room 325 and we could tell they had cleaned the windowsill, but we still saw an ant and decided to just stay with this room because we were tired. They have put money into remodeling this hotel, but they must figure out their ant problem. The only other suggestion is to put something on the TV in the breakfast room that is not political ( Fox News). Instead, how about The Weather Channel?

Stayed here instead of the other "big name" hotel in Miami, the one with the casino. Which has been my usual place. But, decided to stay here bc it was more affordable. I'm glad I did! The staff was so friendly, the room was better, the food was better with a much larger selection and serve yourself, which I much appreciated. I had my support pet with me also, which I thought would be the $40 deposit, which I didn't mind paying, but, was told they don't charge for. I very much appreciated that. I will be making this my usual stay from now on.Rooms: The room was very spacious and I loved the chain pull blinds. Nice comfortable bed. Everything very clean.Food & drinks: The food was delicious actually. They had stuffed french toast, sausage, potatoes eggs, etc . And serve yourself. So no one else is deciding how much you can have. Lots of choices also.

On 11/20/23 booked a ADA room with a Tub. Was given room #117. When we entered the room had a strong offensive odor at first look at the carpet looked to have spots at a little closer look it was dead bugs all over the whole room including in the bathroom. Along with a hole rotted in the lower bathroom wall. Complained was given another room, it had dead bugs all over too. They offer a third room on the second floor I said NO and left. Then they did NOT know how to give me a refund. The worst Holiday Inn Express ever! I expected a lot more from this Hotel Chain. I called there customer service was only able to talk to the off shore calling center that was a joke, they have no idea what I am talking about.

Very disappointed with the room. Bathroom floor was very dirty with mold around tub and on a small section of the wall. Carpet near beds had dirty stains. Room air conditioner smelled like mold and was extremely noisy. Pool was closed. Pancake machine busted. Off/On switch for desk lamp in the room was broken and hanging on a wire. The last Holiday Inn we stayed in was in the same condition. We are done with Holiday Inns.

Nice place to stay if you are traveling through. Was only there one night. Service was good. Only complaint was they seemed understaffed on Sunday morning. The front desk lady was putting the food and drinks out and had to deal with the front atthe same time. I heard there were other people in the back but never saw them. Otherwise good experience.

Its a pretty nice place for the price. The room was really clean just one light not working. The pool is indoor, heated, clean, and open late (11pm) so I was very happy.Breakfast is a fairly basic heated one with things like (liquid) eggs scrambled, sausage, cereal, and breads. The staff were really kind and accommodating. I would stay there again if I ever go through that way again.Rooms: White bedding, has an ironing board. Also clean bathrooms, but a slight unpleasant smell once in awhile. Had an empty mini fridge and a few decaf coffees

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!It s 3 am and it s miserable in this room. It warm and muggy. The air conditioning is apparently ran my motion activated and a controlled temperature and it doesn t stay on. So you have to wake up and walk around for 5 to activate it. The pool is closed and not allowed to use. Yet we still was charged full price. We can t even sleep good and have been up almost all night. Called front desk to speak with manager and she is not in for another few days. I will not ever stay here again. Very upset!!

Very kind staff and very clean. The Assistant manager, Hailey is very courteous and doesn't mind helping anyone. She deserves a "BIG" raise!!! I'm handicapped and she was very kind to me. All the staff was always asking could they help me in any way. The only thing about this place was it's not too close to restaurants or places that you can eat, except for a "Pete's" which is a gas station. But I really enjoyed my 3 week stay, and would definitely recommend it for anyone who needs a place to stay.

I travel for work minimum of 7 days a month, don t usually stay with Holiday Inn. I was impressed the minute I walked in the door, it was clean and modern. Room was spacious, clean, modern and LOVED they have USB plug ins all over the room! Shower was a little dated and old looking compared to all the new items, but that could easily be looked past. Room was clean other than the chair, getting this 4 of 5 star rating. Staff was kind and attentive. Breakfast was better than most hotels with continental. Amenities not used to rate.

When we arrived there were two guest arguing in the front. They seemed to just be hanging around. I booked a room with jetted tub. Needless to say I did not get one. The room was spacious enough. However I opened one of the cabinets and it had old taco bell in it from previous guest. There was also toilet paper shoved in the peep hole and a we are busy sign on our door upon arrival. Made it uncomfortable. The front desk is kind when they are around. I don't know if I would stay here again honestly.Rooms: Large but not very cleanWalkability: Not at all. Nothing around.

The bed was huge i loved it. The air conditioning system was perfectly blowing on me on the bed. The showers were okay but wish the shower head was different. I liked the little store in the front desk area. The selection of food was decent and the drinks were good. Loved the strawberry pop. And the microwave pizza. Liked that they have a washer and dryer but i didnt get to use it. I think the location was good cause i could walk to the casino from the hotel and it was not very long to walk. Thanks for the amazing hotel experience ill be back. Wish i would of got into the indoor pool but i will next time. So I can give a better review of that next time.

Cleanliness is the biggest detail when staying at any hotel. This hotel was clean in all areas even the stairwells and elevator. Easy access without excess traffic in the area. Even though the turnpike is very close, the traffic noise was minimal. Front desk staff was polite and greeted every person entering and exiting the building. Hot tub was not functioning. Unable to enter side entrances which were nearer parking spots. No towels in room on check-in, had to get some from housekeeping. Daily room service was not completed, no trash removed during our stay. Shower rod was crooked which made the curtain slide, allowing water to get onto the floor. Room AC would reset to a default temperature requiring readjusting. Saturday morning shower was cold but in the afternoon was warm. Room refrigerator and microwave were clean. Extra coffee was obtained from the front desk as it was not replenished daily. Multiple use shampoo in the shower would not dispense, conditioner and shower gel worked fine. Outdoor trash can at the front entrance was full during our 3 night stay.

Room was filthy and had bed bugs in the first room on 3rd floor we went in. I would not have even stayed there but my husband is a stroke patient and couldn't travel anymore so we had too. We got a room on 1st floor & it was clean ,& no bed bug's in it yet. Next morning we went for breakfast and they were out of everything and it was so hot in the Hotel we had to leave ASAP. 1ST TIME I'VE EVER BEEN IN A HOLIDAY INN IN THAT BAD OF SHAPE. CORPORATE NEEDS TO STEP IN AND CLEAN THAT THING UP.

I ve been coming here for awhile, disappointed actually.Bathroom sink, needs to be unclogged, shower seals need to be fixed.Breakfast, I inform the breakfast person this morning, there are flys, in this extremely heated breakfast area. She blows me off.I get closer to the area see maggots crawling around.I return to her and tell her, you need to clean this up, this isn t ok.Not a sorry, not a thank you, not even embarrassed as she should have been.

As a Diamond Elite member, I was disappointed that I could not book with points and the price was considerably higher than it has been in the past. I have stayed at this location several times over the past few years, all good experiences. Regrettably, I have to say the cleanliness and attention to detail has declined quite a bit since my last stay. The front desk employees were not available several times when I went downstairs and were standing outside chatting with friends and smoking. They left a cordless phone on the counter and said to press the page button if we needed them. There were stains on the carpet down the hallway. The toilet seat was broken and kept sliding off. All in all, just disappointed about the decline since my experiences had been positive during previous stays.

Loved everything about this hotel. It's very clean, the pool and hot tub were very nice and they were warm enough to swim in (in the middle of December). Our 2 night stay was very peaceful and quiet. There is a wide variety of breakfast options, all of which were very good. The only problem we encountered was that our room key didn't work when we returned on our second night. The worker at the front desk quickly reactivated them for us. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. Each bed (double room) has 2 sets of both firm and soft pillows, which is very nice. There is no bathtub, but rather a very big shower that's plenty big enough for 2 people. The large showerhead was also very nice. Gone are the useless travel size shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Replacing them are full size bottles mounted to the inside of the shower wall. It was a very nice stay overall.

Mary checked us in, she was great! She was very friendly, professional and just an overall joy to speak with. The room we stayed in was spacious and pretty clean, aside from a few hairs in the tub it looked great. The beds were super cozy! Oh and i should add they let us check out at 1pm no charge seeing as we arrived at 330am after 22 hrs of driving and wanted to rest..so nice of them!

From the moment we arrived we knew it wasn't going to be a good stay. Staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. One was walking around the hotel smoking, although you can't tell who's staff because they don't wear a uniform. We were booked into the wrong room, but they switched us quickly. The first room looked fine but we didn't spend much time there. The second room wasn't great. The door had clearly been kicked in at one point and barely fixed. It did lock, but barely. The thermostat was falling off the wall. The breakfast was horrible. But the worse part of the whole experience was the staff.

Super clean, smells great, attentive staff. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast did not disappoint. They had pancakes, scrambled eggs, muffins, coffee, milk, juice, yogurt, bacon, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, omelet, and everything was ok. The pool was clean and well maintained. The place was well maintained.

Very clean (saying that and considering I bring my own cleaning supplies because you just never know, means it was already deep cleaned)! Comfy beds, pool was warm! The king jacuzzi suite did not have a pull out couch, so they were happy to switch us to a regular king suite with no issue. Breakfast was great, and Teresa, the cook, was beyond amazing! She was by herself and kept up with a football team with 65 people including coaches and staff, as well as keeping up with the rest of the hotel guests! Remarkable!

We stayed in Vinita Oklahoma last time at the Holiday inn Express and we're extremely disappointed. This Miami Oklahoma Holiday inn Express is what you expect from this chain. Day and night difference. Definitely stay at the Holiday inn Express in Miami Oklahoma. Clean and enjoyable. The air conditioning and heating work correctly. We will stay here from now on

It's obvious this location is setting up for renovations. That being said, we arrived on a very late Sunday evening. I called the hotel several times and could get no answer. I had to call through the company website to book the rooms. The rooms looked as if someone went in did a quick once over, but didn't truly sanitize the room. There was a blow dryer with someone hair still on it. The room phone was there for decoration I guess. And when turning on the shower, the head of the shower spewed water in almost every direction. The lobby was clean, rest of hotel looked okay. The breakfast looked like food was reheated and set out. I get it. You get what you pay for.

Walked into a room that smelled like it had been sprayed down with Lysol, and quickly knew the beds weren t cleaned. You could tell just by looking at them that the sheets weren t flat under the comforter, and when we pulled back the comforter, and moved the top sheet, the previous guests hair was still in the bed.We thought about asking for a different room but the entire experience was actually very odd, so we decided to just ask for a refund and leave.

The rooms was clean beside the dresser falling apart and not having a laundry bag. The staff is nice but another thing is the pool had no towels just dirty ones, the floor is slick at the pool I was a member at the wyndham program but quit because the hotels was awful and so I became a member of holiday Inn but the staff was smelling like weed and instead of being behind the desk they was in the car smoking pot.... really hoping not all holidays r like this
