Went here the other day looking for a vehicle to get me back & forth, the people running this place were quick to try & squeeze as much money from me as they could before even giving me a price on the vehicle in question. How is this guy allowed to be scamming people like this? I can say I'm thrilled that his daily driver got stolen though! Couldn't have happened to a better guy! Don't go here, this dudes a scam artist.

ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE!My fianc� bought his truck from here, 2 months after, the motor blew. it was under warranty which was nice, but the truck was in the shop for 4 months getting the motor replaced. The same day it was brought home, the truck started dumping oil out. it won t start, and we had to pay $2,000 to get it out, for it to go RIGHT BACK IN THE SHOP. I m SO frustrated. The shop is trying to make it right, but I feel as though they should be doing more.

Yeah coming for you guys next. How dare you work with a predatory car loan company with MULTIPLE lawsuits against it and hurt your customers. Inspect your loan options and do better. Maybe stop working with such an awful company that you screwed me into having a loan with. Thanks for that. You lost my business.

My son purchased a used truck from them 6 months ago, the mechanic shop has had it the last 4 months and all that needed to be done is change out the motor. I'm sorry but I grew up in a mechanic shop and it absolutely doesn't take 4 months to do a motor change out. He has been calling and asking what is taking so long but he just keeps being given the runaround. I just thank God that he purchased the extended warranty on it. 4 MONTHS FOR A MOTOR SWAP IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. 4 weeks is acceptable allowing time to find and have the new one shipped then swapped. But 4 months, give me a break

Got me in for an oil change same day. Took my oil & filter & had a military discount. Took my van in for all lights out in the rear. Solved problem, & out of there for $10 !!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

Not happy with our new purchase from them. I purchased a vehicle from them years ago and I thought they were amazing but now it seems they have become money hungry and lost their passion. Our newly purchased vehicle is in their shop being worked on already and waiting to be paid for. We don t even want the vehicle back to be honest. The lady at the front door is very rude to the young hardworking girl in the office, she interrupted her during our paperwork process asking if a vehicle sold or not and rolled her eyes at the young girl when she answered no. Owner walked around and acted as if nobody was there, not a single smile or welcome. Very dissatisfied. Worst of it all is that our vehicle is not in good condition/was sold to us with issues and we are being charged to have it fixed. Not worth it

The owner, as well as the woman working the front were very disrespectful.Very money hungry, very rude, and they act like every other car dealer that is trying to take advantage of the customers.They'll waist your time & try to rob you after. They respond to almost every review with a 2 page message about how they're right & how your wrong. Reviews are here for a reason, to show the good "quality" places of business out there, as well as to warn others of potentially bad businesses & so forth. My Advice- DONT GO HERE, he just wants to empty your pockets. Go elsewhere if your interested in buying a vehicle, unless you wanna go home empty handed of course. Would have rated 0 stars if I could, I'm sure I'll get a hateful response from the owner for leaving an HONEST REVIEW. Oh well harp go cry about it.#NOSALES

We bought a car here yesterday and it was a very pleasant experience. The young man that helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. They even filled the gas tank. And we are very happy with our new car. Thank you and I'll recommend you all to anyone looking for a new car.

This was our first time buying a car by ourselves and Marshall made it super easy! He and his wife are very nice and are willing to do whatever it takes to get you a good car! He stayed past closing to talk to us and answered every question we had. They have made this experience hard to beat! If you are looking for a nice used car to fit your budget, Harp Auto is the place to go!

Marshal was excellent to work with. Got us in and out and work with us through some financing issues. Very easy to talk to, got a great price and even mailed back an item left in my trade. Definitely recommend doing business with Harp Auto Group

Awesome dealership! Staff was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They had a big inventory to choose from. Best of all they had the best prices in the four state area. I would definitely recommend Harp Auto Group!

Who knew buying a car could be so easy. Thanks to Harps we were able to drive home in our new car in less then an hour!! I recommend them. A+++

Lazy did not want to work. Hrs said open until 6 on Saturdays drove over an hour and was contacted at 3 pm stating they wanted to close early and even though I was 10 min away they were not available to show a car that I had planned on buying for my wife.
