The gentleman I dealt with at this location was having a bad day. He was hostile, unreasonable, and angry almost to the point of violence. I don't believe a man with his temperament and lack of emotional control should be associated with an FFL gunshop.In my seven years of doing deliveries all across the US, I have never encountered someone this volatile and unstable in a business place.I'm sure this is a nice business and the positive reviews collect that.Perhaps this man is just going through a personal crisis, but he needs to be removed from a federally licensed firearms operation or operating heavy equipment until he can get more stable.The other employees and the dogs there both seemed really nice.

Bought a new lawn tractor from 5 Star in March. Had a small problem with the mower and they were more than helpful with the issue. They didn't have the part in stock so they took one off a new mower just to get me going again. That's what customer service is. They don't just talk about it, they do it. Thanks 5 Star!

Have used these guys for a long time for mower repair. Always a great job. Super friendly folks, and very knowledgeable of all the different things they have in house, from guns, to hardware, and lawn mowers.

Full service equip repair plus farm and home store owned and operated by a ranch family. They sell equip and trailers too. Nice folks that know what they're talking about. I drive 20 miles out of my way for this level of service and expertise.

They are taking advantage of the elderly. They were very rude. They are jacking up prices on repairs not being explained. When I spoke to an employee they would not answer any of my questions about the parts or repairs needing to be taken care of. They kept changing the date of when the part would arrive even when it was sitting in their building.
