5 's easily! Hands down they are the friendliest down to earth people. Everyone there is so nice. Ask for Patty! I promise you that she will go out and beyond for you! She will help you get the car you want and very very knowledgeable about cars inside and out!

This is an amazing place to get a car (bad credit) it doesn t work w the credit bureaus for your credit score. Buy here pay here. Taxes comin up and you re in need of a car. Stan and patty will take good care of you. They treat me like they ve known me for years! Just go here

This place is awesome!! Patricia was my sales person she went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. I purchased a 2002 Toyota Camry I had a couple of small minor problems. I took it in and they responded and repaired quickly. As a single older woman I feel very fortunate to have met such caring people. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

I bought my van here! My purchase experience was painless, in and out in an hour! Good energy, great customer service! Any issues that have come up have been resolved in a timely manner. Highly recommended to anyone that can t get a vehicle from a traditional dealership.

I was buying a car from this business and literally had the worst experience ever! There was numerous times I would call and no one would answer and couldn't leave a voice mail because they're answering machine was always full. I made my payments every week and the few times I was going to be late I called and was always in contact with the store. Well needless to say the car had broke down on my 30th day of having it which was also the last day of my warranty. They did put it in the shop with no cost to me, but a couple of months later it broke down again. (With the same problems it was having the first time.) This time they were making me pay for the repairs, which they shouldn't have because it should've been fixed right the first time. I understand that it was the shop that didn't fix it right, but that is not my problem, they should've took it up with the shop. Well it "got fixed" and just a couple months later what do you know it breaks down again with the same issues. I talked to the store with whom I was getting frustrated with because the car wasn't getting fixed and the employees were (half of the time) being rude and disrespectful to me even when I was calling to make a payment. I had an appointment with the owner for him to call me on a Thursday because I had some questions about my car and concerns about his employees, and he never called me. Well this past Friday I called quite a few times trying to make my payment and again on Saturday. I also tried to call Monday, which they were closed for the holiday. And no one answered any of the 3 days. Well just this morning I went to go put more money on my card so I could make my payment and the rental I had was turned off. I tried to call them to talk to them about everything and the owner gets on the phone says "how can I help you" as soon as I say "I'm just a little frustrated" he starts yelling at me proceeds to continually cut me off then gets mad at me because I'm trying to express my frustration. Then he proceeds to try to belittle and disrespect me so my husband gets on the phone. My husband was on the phone with the OWNER of this business for 45 minutes just trying to let him know that we had been trying to call since last week and the owner continued his rude antics. Then the owners wife gets in the phone and starts being rude herself. I ended up telling the to come get they're cars. I just can't believe how completely unprofessional the owners of this business were. UNBELIEVABLE

Best used car dealership out of the 2 lots. Miami is so helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles they have. And they helped me to get into a great family car and helped with the problems that I had. Thank you guys!!!!!!

The sales lady showed me the cars and I choose one to test drive, she informed me it was being held for a another lady that was trying to get her down payment together, she then gave me a choice between 2 cars. I choose one wasnt great but ok I drove it home ran good the. Next morning I was leaving it at the store it wouldnt go anywhere. I ended up getting the car I wanted after 30 day my title wasnt ready I ended up waiting another 17 to 20 day.. the manager and the owner acted like they couldnt do anything they expected there payment, they were rude with me cause I was mad. Nothing professional about either of them. The manager has now made 2 deals with me and changed them at last minute. I am surprised this place has stayed in. Business

Ok so I dont give reviews very often but I will for this place. Above and beyond is an understatement. I bought my jeep a couple of weeks ago and I'm very happy. I will recommend to any that is looking for a car. Thank you for working so hard for me!

Worst place in the world to get a car do not go here rude had car 4 days broke down 3 of those days won t give money back won t give a different car patty is amazing an I wish she was there when all this happen because the lady there today is the worst person to get help from because she don t care at all about the fact that they sold a broken car

2 weeks after having this car, the clutch went out. The car was in the shop for 2.5 weeks with no updates. I ended up losing my job which resulted in me falling into default. I understand this. I understand the car is going to be repossessed. What I don't understand is why they are continuing to text me and threaten me. I know my laws. This place clearly doesnt. Don't go there.
