Thanks to Car Mart of Miami, im no longer in the passenger side of my best friend's ride tryin to holler at you. You said you want no scrubs, so the awesome staff here hooked me up with a car i absolutely love. They went out of their way to get me into a vehicle and were so patient. I recommend this place to anyone needing a ride of their own.

The guys and gals at Car-Mart are an amazing group of people. In the door took a couple hours fill out paperwork and get everything approved and get out. Much thanks to Mitch Brittany and the rest of the gang at Car-Mart of Miami you guys rock.

This place doesn t even deserve a one star review. Front office staff (Leslie) is rude and extremely hateful, the GM (kyley )swears he will always answer your calls and be there for you on the day of sale but after you leave the store with your purchase and all of the warm and fuzzies he s lied to you about, he will never answer when you call or take care of any issues he s discussed with you to fix or take care of. I have never in my life experienced such a negative car buying experience. Grove is by far a much better experience hand s down. This place is trash!!!!

When I got my car they said it just came from the detailers and I found a lot of trash under the seats and a cup and a hat. They are extremely rude. My car was in the shop for over a month and they couldn t tell me what was wrong with my car. When I went to get my stuff out of my car there was mold all over my car. I called the one who sold me my car everyday for two weeks asking about my car and was told he would call me back that day and he never did. Very unprofessional.

Love this place. They listened to me. They heard what I was saying. They did not discriminate me or make me feel I can't afford what they have. They worked with me in every way. They was polite and understanding. I have a nice little car now that meats my needs. It runs everybody. It actually runs right now dash lights on. Or anything. It is haunted however. And the spirit like messing with the radio . But it perfect and this place was awesome. The people was awesome. Polite understanding.. no regrets at all. Thank you car Mart.

Joni and the manager were very helpful in helping me and my mother find the perfect SUV's for us. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from car-mart. We come back because they are so good to us. They were able to get us a low down payment with very reasonable monthly payments, they were very patient and professional, not to mention funny which made our experience totally worth it...

Everyone at car-mart's been really great I mean it they've worked with me on my payments allow me to keep my vehicle fixed it when it had its problems they're really great thank you Car-Mart and everyone there for everything you do.

So I ve been trying to get into a new car for a while. Having bad credit makes that a struggle I m sure many understand. But I was blown away by the amazing customer service that I received here today. He went above and beyond to not only give me amazing service, get me into a car, and stay in my price range... he also put up with my two rambunctious kids with grace. He was so kind to them. Which eased my anxiety quite a bit.So a HUGE thanks to Barry T. you rock. Thanks again!!!

Britteny and Mitch at Car-Mart Miami, OK are great!! They were very helpful and explained everything as we were sealing the deal. Wasn't completely satisfied with the first vehicle and they didn't hesitate to help us choose a different one and very patiently went over the paperwork with us again. Overall experience was AWESOME! I highly recommend them if you are shopping for a vehicle.

Best place I have been to get a vehicle! They worked with me so well. I was left without a vehicle due to my transmission going out then other car issues and Miami Car Mart is the ONLY place that was willing to work with what I had for a down payment. Teresa was the wonderful woman doing all my paperwork and was so very patient with the fact that I had a one & three year old with me. She works wonders here at Miami Car Mart. Nick & Teresa did everything in their power to make sure I left in a vehicle. They are so understanding. You guys are amazing here at Miami Car Mart. I will forever appreciate the things that have been done for me in Just one day!

I ve been needing a car to drive to work. While shopping around I decided to give my local car-mart a look. After a quick phone call I was sitting in the office purchasing a vehicle. The sales team was very professional and honest (yes it happens). An hour later I was driving home in my new ride feeling secure. The purchase protection is an added security! Thank you America s Car-Mart Miami OK. For letting me join the family.

The Car-Mart here in Miami has some of the greatest people working for them!! They were understanding, patient, and very very kind and down to earth individuals. We were unable to get the car that day due to the paperwork we needed but he saved the car we wanted for us for an entire week literally went outside and took the sign off the car for us. He did not have to do that he could have just sold it. He also made sure that none of his associates sold it either he made it clear that it was ours. He is an honorable man and you will do good to get a car from Car-Mart in Miami Oklahoma. We actually dealt with two gentlemen one being the General Manager who closed the deal on our car. They are just amazing people!!

Outstanding all the way around. Amazing staff who are very helpful cheerful and very respectful and appreciative. The other day I went looking for a car for my wife to to her issue with vehicle. Looked at three or four vehicles and a gentleman came out and suggested a car that I found out was the one I thought was already saw a previous day ahead. Went through traded in the vehicle that my wife had and end up getting an outstanding beautiful and eye-catching vehicle. Entire time I was talking to the salesman/Employee Just like I will talk to everyone else a down to earth kind of person very kind and understanding. The gentleman was able to take care of all my answers comments and concerns without Any issues. The man was astonishing with Friendlyness. And was able to help me get into the vehicle that was best for me my wife and our four wonderful children. And I didn t know up till the end that he was the Boss there.Was absolutely flabbergasted for such a rare genuine caring And understanding personality. Which is a rare delicacy these days. I hereby give Car-Mart of Miami Oklahoma A perfect five gold star which I do not grant to anyone and have not until this encounter.So if you guys are reading this I highly suggest you guys go to this establishment and get to experience such a great Experience in itself along with the wonderful deals in vehicles they have. After having a bad experience the last time I was a Miami Car-Mart. I was very unsure if I wanted to give them another try. But the new management is awesome. I am very happy that the lesson to me and fixed the issue that my know new truck had. I would give five star's. But they still have the man there from the previous management. I don't trust him. And I am thankful that he had as far as I know no part of my new buying experience.
