the got there fast and very efficiently. My only complaint is that whenever I tried to do insurance reimbursement, they wouldn t provide the accurate information that they needed for me to be able to get paid back. so they re good at towing and being fast but you will not be able to get insurance reimbursement like they claim you can. would still recommend just a little upset at my ending result.

If you are in the Miami area and need a tow in a pinch I highly recommend this guy right here!! He went above and beyond to help my distraught friend who was broke down and even called the next day to make sure they made it alright!!! Also my friend left his wallet in the tow truck and the guy was honest and nice enough to mail it back to him!! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would this is an amazing company ran by amazing people

Excellent service!! Recently I called this company on a Sunday and Jack was at my location within 15 minutes!! Great service and Jack was friendly. Reasonable price as well! Got me unstuck within 5 minutes!Ps....be careful at the gas station off the turnpike in Miami. I went around a car at the gas pump and did not realize this was a complete drop off. They told me a lot of people do this all the time. It is very narrow. It looked like it was all level with gravel. Obviously not since I got stuck.

35inch tire blew 3 hours from home and 7 hours before destination. Around 9PM. No one was open. No chance at a specialty tire. These guys made calls and got us on the road. 10 out of 10.Service: TiresService: Tires

If this is the man that brought my car back from Gelina Kansas today I just want to say thank you and let everyone know they are amazing GOOD PEOPLE! AAA messed up a little but the owner of the company definitely saved the day. His wife was also so sweet and from the area I live in now. I couldn t have asked for better people to help us and get our car back home. Definitely 5 star service.

I felt like he literally stole my vehicle. I used to want to be in his business.. towing&recovery so the vehicles I've lost in the past I always blamed on cops. Anyways don't EVER leAve a car on the side of the Rd overnight if you want to drive it again. These tow boys are merciless. My vehicle had every sellable part removed . Just sayin

Truck got a air leak, between Joplin, OK and Miami, OK and I called Bob Garner, the person who answered my call was polite and courteous. Mechanic arrived right away, he was very professional and knowledgeable, he fixed truck in less than hour on spot.Price was excellent.Haven't had this good experience with any services, will definitely put this Garage for any repairs on our fleet in this area on the top of the list.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I have a rough experience with Garner Towing service. I broke down on I-44 heading towards Joplin from Afton. I called AAA and they send Garner Towing to me. The man who was driving the tow truck was nice, and he got my car hooked up with no problem but as we were getting close to my mechanic in Joplin, he almost wrecked his truck because he was driving so fast. When we got to the auto shop, he didn't know where to park my car so he parked it in the parking lot of a church down the street. And when he was unloading the car, he drove it into the grass and have to pull it out of the churches lawn. It was a stressful and frustrating experience. I had to call another tow company the next day to move my car from the church to the auto shop because of where it was parked. I am sure their service isn't always like this, but I did not feel taken care of during this stressful time.

Idk why people say there cheap my car got towed from the park to the shop and it's costing me 300 bucks for a 6 block tow and a 4 day Stay cheap is not what I would call them

Driver tailgated us all the way down the highway and tried to run us off the road. Cut us off almost hitting the front of our car after he got around us from tailgating us. Very unprofessional!! Endangered the life of my kids.

Garner was called thru AAA to help me when I shredded a tire on the Turnpike on Thanksgiving Day.They arrived promptly, had a great attitude & worked quickly to help me get back out on the road ASAP.Thanx for helping out on a holiday!

Needed a battery jump. They were very prompt on getting to us then didn't charge us. Very nice man. Will use them for all our wrecker needs.

Owner of this place is good man. My damaged semi truck and trailer is at this place and he let me pickup my stuff two times and he was waiting for me to finish 2 hours. God bless you good MAN
