Unfortunately, there is only a couple of people that I prefer to talk to or do business with at this store because they seem to be the only ones who know what they are doing but also treat customers with respect. Last guy kept slamming the phone down over and over and acted like he really didn't want to be there.

Our car broke down and this very helpful gentleman from AutoZone Tommy helped us out. He was tremendous help and very patient with us. The service and his kindness really showcased what sets apart other Auto Parts places to AutoZone Store 547. We were able to make our journey back home, with the help from these gentlemen and the police department.

Shawn was literally the best. My car was being weird and I brought it in. He tested the battery and it was bad so he helped me select a new one and installed it for me but he also went above and beyond that. He explained everything he was doing down to the tools he was using and where I could buy them if I ever needed to do this on my own. He pointed out things I didnt even know about my own car. He was absolutely great and helped ease my really stressful morning. My car is working great now.

We are passing through and noticed our battery was low. We stopped here to get our battery checked. Tommy was the first to assist us checking our battery. Our battery was bad and we had to purchase a new one. Mister Tommy was very helpful helping us pick one and install it. My family and I are very thankful for his help. He is a good hearted hard working man. He made our experience fast and easy. Thank you so much for getting us back on the road!

Pulled in the lot at 8:48 p.m. to see the employee with the lip ring throw his hands in the air and start shaking his head. Then we walk into the worst attitude on top of him having headphones in awesome customer service. Never coming here again.

About an hour ago I broke down trying to pull out of getting pizza for Domino's and my power steering belt broke. I managed to get it here till this AutoZone in Miami Oklahoma. The guys were more than willing to help which is amazing. Very friendly very knowledgeable. Not only were they this but they also help me install my new serpentine belt. And after we try to start it up. The knowledgeable staff noticed that my power steering pump was locked up. Recommended a new one and I are a very low price. And order it up for me immediately. These guys are awesome and good at what they're doing. I would recommend this store over the others a hundred times over. Outstanding customer service. And very friendly and knowledgeable staff

Always a pleasure going in there. The employees there always make it a good experience. Always have a pleasure when lisa tommy or bobby take care of what i need and are very comunicative and have great customer service. They always make you feel welcome! For those reading this they work their hardest to take care of your every need if they're busy just be patient they're good people doing the best they can! :)

I walked in and initially I had to ask the fellas to help me because I didn't know what I was doing but they were more than happy to help out and my air conditioner is fixed now.

Honestly felt rushed. Lock the doors at 9 and deal with the remaining customers. Never rush them just so you can leave at 9. Also feel l was given the wrong part caused from just trying to get me out the door

I was in the miami ok store yesterday. A guy named Dave waited on me and was very rude. I had bought a battery 1 to 2 years ago. It had a 3 year warranty on it. He asked for my number I give it to him. He informed me it didn't show up. And plainly all but called me a liar I felt like. I told him someone else's name was with my phone number up in till I changed it awhile back. He said well it's not here showing you bought it here. I said well I know I did. Just give me a battery I have to have one and make sure the warranty is under the right number please. He said it always is. I said apparently not. I'm sorry but I have given autozone alot of business and have never been treated like this.

These guys came out in the rain and helped me replace my windshield wipers with a smile and great attitude and enthusiasm. The big store with the big heart so I'd recommend it to anybody!

Driving cross country and the check engine light came on. Stan did the free check engine light service and spent about twenty minutes with me calling local dealerships and making sure the car would be able to continue to make the trip. Above and beyond service!!

I prefer autozone for all of my automotive needs! Cheaper prices, better service, and never had an order messed up yet. They are outstanding people who at least act like they care about others and their job!

AutoZone has good staff working for them. I generally get what I need at the price I need it. It is a very clean and well organized, and they are always willing to help with finding the right parts.

Great store. I've never been told they didn't have or couldn't get parts and their prices always will beet the other parts stores. Plus the staff there are great guys.

MOST people working there are great and helpful but from time to time they'll have a few that are horrible. But for the most part a good place

My car was dying on a road trip and this happened to be one of the closet store to us so we swung in to see if we could get help. They actually let us use their tools and then multiple employees came out to help clean off the battery and replace it, one of them was even off the clock. If I didn't live in Ohio this would be my go to auto part store.
