I will recommend them everyday all day. I had a very bad situation with a different mechanic and they have gone above and beyond helping me out with that situation. My husband is getting work done here as well and they are very fair and quick. Everyone here is so friendly! If I could give more then 5 stars I definitely would.

The most honest reliable mechanic I've ever came across!! I take all my vehicles here every time & know almost all parts he buys have lifetime warranty & his work is guaranteed for a certain amount of time also. I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else. Saved my mother over $2000 as she was getting scammed by Joe Cooper. THANK YOU TYLER!

Recommend by a friend. Took a while to get my car looked at but it was done exactly when they told me up front it would be. The repair would have been extensive as I had feared. A new engine was the recommendation. I have a brother in law that can do that for me. Tyler was pleased about that and didn t charge me anything for his time even though he could have. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Would absolutely use them again.

I needed a wheel bearing pressed out and a new one pressed in off a hub assembly already off the vehicle. I dropped it off but they had it done within a couple hours. Outstanding service. Clean and well maintained work areas.

I contacted Country Auto after a referral from a friend. I will continue to use this business for any repairs in the future. Tyler was very friendly, courteous and professional over the phone and in person when we dropped off the car. He called with his diagnosis, estimate of time and cost and repaired the car that day. I have taken my vehicles and others to Dale for 24 years now. They all run perfect and he is very fair on pricing. Even my old classic truck. I appreciate all the respect and hard work his team has provided.

It's hard to find a good mechanic. But once you have one, you gotta hold on to them. This is an honest and reliable company, and I will forever continue to give them my business.

I took my truck to them in Nov 2021 to have an engine swap. With one they built. My truck had 280,000 miles before the swap. Now not even 30,000 miles later, something internal went wrong, and they will not stand behind it at all, not even partially. Less than ok with this seems like they should bear some responsibility for this, but sadly, no. They also had my truck for almost 3 weeks before they let me know all of this, telling me af6er 2 weeks that they thought it was a busted flex plate, then a week later tell me it's not and is something internal. Just bear this in mind if you choose to do business with them. I will not, and would not recommend them to anyone.

I took my car in because our regular mechanic was out. They were fair, honest, and got the job done earlier than anticipated. Great price and very friendly, helpful staff. They answered all of my questions and were very professional through the whole process!

So originally had a pretty bad review of this guy and his quality of work because he couldn t fix oil leak on new motor install but later found out it was the manufacturer that made the motor had a defect on it. So his work was flawless. It was actually the manufacturer of the motors fault. He honored his warranty on 3 separate occasions without a single complaint. He s a little old and grumpy but he s definitely a man of character and is serious about his work. Thanks, Dale.Service: Engine repair

We've been in need of a good machinest since our machinest past some years ago. We've used some other individuals but have not been pleased with quality of work or prices. Dale, contrary to what other people have stated, is not a grumpy guy but was a pleasure to deal with. I will be recommending his business from here on out. Thanks again for your honesty, quality of work, and fair pricing.

Dale is an awesome guy. Ive called around to get the hole drilled out for my crankshaft sensor on my truck here in shawnee and nobody could do it. Dale did it for 10 dollars and waa done in 10 minutes. He even tapped the area for the screw to go in and put the sensor in for me. I will be coming back if i need work done to my truck.

This business gets one star from me ("hated it"). Took in my vehicle the night before, explained the symptom, was told it would be ready the next evening by close. Called 45 minutes before closing the next day and the vehicle had been set aside. When my wife went to pick it up the owner blamed me for not telling him what was wrong with it. Would not recommend them to anyone.

They didn t even break the vehicle down properly to see what the problem was suspected of. I was charged almost $200 for them to take the intake off and remove a valve cover. They lost my business over this.

They finished a job I planned for myself but didn't do, and were willing to use my parts. Very reasonable labor charge.

Dale is rude, and not someone to deal with. No sense of customer service and no matter how decent you are to him, he'll doesn't seem to care.
