Save your time, currently still waiting after 3 hours all they had to do was replace one tire and there was no one in front of me at 1pm on a Thursday. Looks like only one guy knows how to use the tire machine so everyone stands around waiting on him. I have seen tractor tires get changed quicker than this.Service: TiresService: Tires

Waited for 3 1/2 hours to get a tire put on and to get a tire patched. I had an out of town trip I had to make and of course the only tire shop open on Sunday is Walmart. I expected to wait an hour at least, seeing a few cars ahead of me. After asking about the status of my car the first time I was told they were waiting to check my car in and get started. Mind you I had time to use the restroom, walk to subway, order and eat my food, and walk back before I asked the first time. I asked again an hour later and was told because they were understaffed and because my lug nuts were on too tight it was taking longer. I finally check out and get my car back after waiting over 3 1/2 hours and no one said a word to me. No one told me why/where my tire was leaking air, no one told me they put holes in my lug nuts, not to mention I was charged for a warranty that I didn t ask for! I understand being understaffed, but taking 3 1/2 hours and damaging someone s property is unacceptable!!!Service: Tires

Waited in line for 20 mins before I had to ask them if I could be helped. Just for someone to tell me they had no one behind the desk to cash people out. I had to get peoples attention before they even opened the door for me to get out. I also had to tell the people infront of me that there was no one to cash them out because the worker failed to do so. It's sad honestly. Sometimes yall do good. Then sometimes yall don't even put oil in the car after emptying it.

I needed a new automobile battery and installation. Service is on a 1st Come/ 1st Serve basis. I was waited on by one of the mechanics promptly; it took about an hour and absolutely no problems. The only down side to the experience was the rather dour cashier who never smiled, never acknowledged me. She didn't say a word. She probably needs a refresher course on good customer service.

Needed some extra house keys since my dad just passed away, since we'd be coming back and forth to my moms. They had none of their blank keys In Automotive dept. to make spare house keys. The gentleman was nice and apologectic though.

The fact that no one was at counter to assist me was why they got 3 stars and the guys made the girl carry the tire not saying she's not capable but courtesy would have been nice all the way across. Corporate America boo you

Needed flat fixed, one car in bay upon arrival. We checked in at 2:47 pm and took them until 4:18 pm. Kept putting other vehicles in and working on our tire in between, absolutely inexcusable! Will not go back to them!!!!!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

The automotive tech Kari (sorry if this names wrong) was amazing.. She helped out a bunch and was super nice and informative the entire time.. 10/10 would definitely go back. She was a life saver today

Noticed at 530 pm on a Saturday that my tire was flat from a nail, Walmart is the only place that was still open and I am so grateful. They were also kind and fast. Thank you so much!!Service: TiresService: Tires

2 hours we waited for one tire to be changed and we are the only people here. I would most definitely not recommend this place.

I came in with tire pressure alerts on my car and spoke with Shawn. I told him before my trip I had my car serviced at my auto dealership and they had checked my tires. He checked all of my tires and noticed they were all low and let me use the air hose for free. He just saved me a lot of time and worry because I still have a ways to go to get home and I want to thank him for his kindness. Shawn deserves kudos for his hospitality and helpfulness. I wish my car dealership took the same attention and time that Shawn did to help me. Thanks!!!

I arrived at 8:15 in the morning. There was a car at Bay and another at bay. No cars inside the bays and no one working inside the bays. There was one guy checking-in cars.At 8:25, I parked my car in front of one of the lube bays. I thought this shouldn't take long. I was so wrong.It was about 8:30 when they got my car in the bay, but they didn't finish until about 9:55. There seemed to be about three people working the bay, my question is, why wasn't anyone working it at 8:00. The two cars should have been in the bay when I got there not sitting outside for the 15 to 20 minutes+ after I arrived.I doubt I will return any time soon as I don't want to know what busy will be like. The only saving Grace is that the employees I came in contact with were friendly.

Its taking a minute (got here about 10:30) was supposed, to be just about a hour maybe hour and a half. Which is fine, we walked around the store a few times. I had to stop for a minute to rest being 7 months pregnant, and a store employee had a wierd reaction to us standing in the lawn and garden section on the inside of the store while we were playing with our two year old she told us across the store to get a receipt and keep it on us before we were even done shopping around. Odd but whatever.

Walmart or motive is limited on what they can do to your vehicle. They need to start doing more diagnostic things on your vehicle especially when you travel on the highway and there's a Walmart more available than most vehicle garages...as much $$ Walmart brings in, you would think that they would be more hi tech than they are

Got my battery changed quickly and easily. Had battery in stock and ready to go. Prices were great. People are great. I will go back whenever its needed.

they did a check off lights and fluids with a oil change and then find out i had a tail light and a headlight out when there paper says all was good

Need more staff. Only one staff to handle all customers 3.5 hour wait for a midweek non-buzy day. Staff are excellent and do good work, just wish Walmart would properly staff their business.

Worst experience I ve ever had in automotive, it took four hours to put on 4 tires on a Thursday with hardly anybody there, I thought I was going to have to get a motel and come back to get my truck, I will not use Walmart in Mcalester Oklahoma for automotive ever again, I know I m only one customer but that s terrible for business, I was so mad when I left if I would have talked to the technician I would have said horrible things, Thank God I didn t even see him, they knew I was a very dissatisfied customer when I left...

Service here may seem slow at times but the service is done right the first time and if you ever have a problem they are quick to fix it with friendly cashiers and helpfully techs.

No matter what you're getting done... drop your vehicle off... oil change and 2 new tires took about 6 hours... no lie... no exaggeration...
