I have purchased some 15 ATVs and or UTVs from dealerships all over the state of Oklahoma. My experience at Vicars was exemplary.My salesperson was John. He helped me through the entire process with zero pressure and only prompt answers. I was able to finish my deal before I even got to the dealership.The process at the dealership was great. They opened early, they didn't clock watch and did things the right way. The complex is organized and robust with equipment. I was in and out with no issues.I am a teacher, veteran, and most important an Okie. I value ethics and integrity and that's what I received at Vicars. Great!!!

Zach and Wynn were awesome! They went above and beyond for us. My husband and I came all the way from Dallas and they stayed late til we got there for paper work. They made the purchase on our new Can-Am X3 smooth as can be. Will definitely recommend them both to our friends and family!

Deceptive, dishonest and disrespectful.This sums up my experience with this dealership without going into painstaking details.REESE- salesman who was inadequately trained, high pressure, and a sheep to his manager. After further discussions, he states that "IF I WANTED AN ARGUMENT, I'D GO TALK TO A WOMAN" and ultimately said he would not work with me to match a competitor's price. He was informed that he is not being a customer advocate and he replied "I'm not advocating for you"MONTANA- finance employee who assumes things and subsequently creates chaosJoe-Manager. I did talk to him to explain how REESE handled the situation. He listened and explained his position. I can respect that.All in all, I can not recommend this dealership due to the way things were handled. I have never been talked down by an uneducated salesman who had very little comprehension of language and such limited vocabulary.They may have kept my $500 deposit but I find that a small price to pay to avoid future transactions with this dealership.

I contacted Vicars Powersports about a ATV for my wife. Nino got back to me pretty quick with a quote. We did a little negotiating and settled on a fair price for both of us. I took delivery a few days later and couldn't have gone smoother.I drove from Dallas for this unit because all the dealers in metroplex are thieves. Vicars earned all my future Powersports needs with this one transaction. Great job guys

Cody and the Vicars team are great to deal with and they will take wonderful care of you. I just purchased my second machine from them and will go back once a third is needed even with the 3 hour drive.

I bought a brand-new 2022 Polaris 4-wheeler from Vicars Powersports in November 2022 as a Christmas gift for my son. I live several hours from the dealership, and I contracted with a third-party to pick the 4-wheeler up for me. I became aware that it was not running correctly as soon as I took delivery of it. The four-wheeler was backfiring and wouldn t idle correctly. I contacted my salesperson, Cody, and made him aware of the issues and asked him if he had any insight into it. He claimed he had no knowledge of any mechanical issues. I took it to a local dealership to be worked on and I let Cody know it had to be taken in for repairs. To make a long story short the 4-wheeler has been in for repairs at least 3 times in the short time I have owned it. Back in December, Cody had said he would discuss the issues with his service department and Polaris and that he would follow up with me. I never heard from Cody, and I sent him follow up emails expressing my frustration with the mechanical issues. The 4-wheeler went in again for repairs this month and I reached out to Cody because of my frustration over the repeated mechanical issues. I questioned Cody on how a brand-new unit could leave the dealership not running correctly. I was told it was not his intention to sell me a defective 4-wheeler he was just the middleman . He explained that it wasn t their problem, but he understood my frustration.I suggested Vicars take the ATV back on a trade-in and I would purchase a different ATV that was more expensive than my initial purchase. Cody told me he would check with his General Manager regarding my trade-in value and purchase price of the unit I selected. The ATV I was trading in had less than 5 hours on it and came with a 3-year extended warranty. They offered me less than 50% of the purchase price on my trade-in. The dealership did offer to abate the freight and assembly charges on the unit I had proposed to buy, but I was still looking at a substantial loss. I asked Cody if the general manager would consider increasing my trade-in value. The proposed increase would have left the dealership room to profit from the sale of my trade-in and helped cut down my loss. Cody told me he would check with the General Manager and follow up with me regarding a higher trade-in value. That was a week ago, and I have heard nothing from the GM/Cody, but that has been my experience since making them aware of these issues. I sent the GM and owner two emails, and I never received a response from either of them. I left a message for the General Manager to call me last week and he never returned my call.My experience with Vicars Powersports has been frustrating and expensive, to say the least. My salesperson, Cody, has been anything but helpful since making him aware of the mechanical issues I ve had. I don t agree with the dealership not taking responsibility for selling me a brand-new unit that wasn t running correctly when it was shipped to me. They have done nothing to work with me to make this situation right. The customer service at this dealership after the sale is non-existent, and it s obvious they don t care. I will never purchase anything from Vicars Powersports again.

Great polaris dealer to do business with. Angel the finance sale director was heaven sent and processed everything quickly without a flaw. This was an intrastate transaction and everyrhing received as purchased perfectly. Highly recommend with full confidence!

I took my seadoo in for a battery. They checked it all out and I needed new spark plugs too. Now it runs faster then ever. Starts good. My trailer was hard to unhook and hook up to my truck. They fixed that free of charge. They got me right in and right out. They are all the nicest people. Everyone I spoke with was so nice and helpful. It didn't cost me a arm and a leg. Thank you

Drove from Lake of the Ozarks, MIssouri to pick up a new Can-Am! Had an awesome experience with Vicars! Great all around customer service by the salesman, finance and parts department!!! Definitely was worth the 5 1/2 hour drive!

I went to purchase a Canam defender XMR. When I drove it , it hesitated significantly. I told the salesman and he said that was normal and it would go away. After I got home the delay seemed to be worse. I started doing research and it is a significant problem with that side by side and has been for years. So now I get to pay $27 k for a side by side that has a built in problem they don't have any answers for. I texted the salesman and he said he doesn't really know what to do. He recommended to call his service guy. It feels very deceptive. Buyers beware for the Canam defender and Vicars !

This is a nice atv, boat, motorcycle place in McAlester. The salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable. Zach was who sold my husband a motorcycle, and he acts like your friend. Not a pushy, over the top guy who is getting you to buy something. Would recommend.

Dalton made our transaction super easy and pleasant. We purchased two Rangers sight unseen and he took care of everything. He even held the units a little longer for us to arrange pickup as we were buying from out of state. It was the easiest transaction we've ever had a dealership like this. Will definitely be back.

My experience with Vicars Motorsports has been positive. I purchased a Polaris Ranger from them in December of 2021. I returned to there business on June 1st for the free 25 hour service. I also had requested to have some accessories installed while it was there. Ms. Aimee James was very helpful and cooperative in coordinating and scheduling work in the service department. Because I lived two hours away, Aimee made sure that all the work was done in a timely manner so that I could get on the road back home as quick as possible !All of the staff were friendly and professional.

Great selection. The problem with my experience is that I was a cash paying customer and the salesperson who was supposed to be working with me left me hanging and was helping others and trying to sell to others before he was done working with me. As a business owner I was disappointed in my experience and when I'm ready to upgrade I most likely will try some other place closer.

They are all rude the lady who looked up to see if our part was in made a rude comment over the phone. Then when we showed up to pick up the part the man that was putting things out front was irritated because we parked in front where we where suppose to but guess he had ideas to put a boat in that spot, next time someone should be out front directing people where to park then,Then they ordered the wrong part. Driving to the city will be easy now for parts.

Spoke with Cody. By far the smoothest buying experience I ve had. I m 1,000 miles away and he treated me like I was right there in the store. Very patient and responded quickly! Answered my phone calls right away and made everything as smooth as possible! I would definitely deal with him again!

Easiest major purchase process I ve ever experienced! I was referred by a couple of friends, one which has recently purchased a side by side from Zach, my friend called up there in regards to what I was looking for and Zach told him he had a couple coming within the week, when I finally called, Zach knew who I was and we had never even spoke before! Great guy, great people, easy in and out! I WILL definitely be buying from Vicars again, and I WILL 100% be going through Zach for all my future toys and I can easily say you should do the same!

Nino and the team was very nice and answered any questions I had and didn't keep me in the dark about anything I should be worried about when buying used it's good to know what's going on with what you're getting. The best thing is they did a good job explaining the contract and getting me the best possible deal. If you're looking for a new play toy this is the place to go for sure!
