Called them on the phone to make sure vehicle was there. They had it ready when we got there . No haggling. Very easy process . Very pleased. Fair price and very courteous staff. Would definitely buy here again.

I am very thankful for your service of my vehicle. When I arrived I was told the service department was booked for the day and short on techs. However, I was then asked a few questions and was advised they would try to help me...and then they did. My tech was awesome and seemed genuinely concerned for my family's needs.

Ok, I don t live in the area, but, I have to leave this review. I was driving through at about 4:45 11/17/2023 when my tire censored showed 35/35/35/26. My rear passenger was at 26. Obviously I had a flat tire. I stopped at another Ford dealership down the road who didn t help because they were too busy . They sent me to another tire shop up the road who happened to be closed. I decided to give this place a try who looked kinda open. Maybe they will be kind and help me out a little at least. I pulled in and people were leaving. . BUT!!!!! The manager heard my situation and was like, there is no way this customer is changing his tire in my parking lot if we have people here to help. So, a few guys stayed and helped. They didn t fix my flat because I told them I d deal with the issue it was me. I told them I would take care of the issue. They offered everything. They wanted to stay to help fix the issue. The outcome: I got my tire fixed elsewhere. I drove off their lot. I didn t do biz with them.Bottom line is this .. they offered to help after hours. They didn t care if it was overtime. They wanted to be there for me. They cared. If I ever get stuck in a situation far away from home, I hope I am treated the way I was treated here!I was traveling from Dallas to Tulsa. They cared. They earned my trust hundreds of miles from home.

Poor salesman. Jackie was very nice. He tried. Unfortunately, the dealership let us all down. Used car we were trying to buy (paying cash) was nothing but problems. We drove an hour and a half one way, two days in a row trying to make the deal work. Unfortunately, the service dept didn't have near enough staff. It was a brutal experience. We finally walked away and bought elsewhere.

Friendly over the phone, but HORRIBLE experience once I got to the dealership.I was told the Jeep Grand Cherokee I was coming to look at was a non smoker, clean, tires were good (above 50%), nice vehicle, etc. I was planning on buying this vehicle. I made a 3 HOUR drive to the dealership and the vehicle had scratches all over it, smelt as if it HAD been smoked in, tires were awful, tire sensor lights on the back didn t even work, hair scrunchie in the back (trunk) not clean, head rest on passenger seat was CLEARLY BROKEN IN TWO PIECES! I turned the keys in and was leaving, because I was so mad, the sales woman came out and asked what I thought and after telling her all the problems, she didn t seem to care at all, didn t offer to do anything to try to get my business or even apologize to me for wasting me and my husband s time after knowing we drove so far.I was VERY disappointed and felt so let down, I would never do this to anyone, how can someone be ok treating a customer this way and lying to them? We wasted 6 HOURS of our day, wasted money (gas getting there and tolls) and put un-needed miles on our truck going to see this great vehicle . If I would have known about the TRUE and HONEST condition of this vehicle, I would have never took time out of our day to see it.

I waited for about two hours to get my oil changed done. Then, finally they got me out of there, and I could hear a noise as soon as turned my truck on. I opened the hood, and I noticed a mess of oil. They spilled oil all over the front of engine and belts, they tried to just wipe it off. However, I could hear the belts squeak and the motor was all dirty.The service writer asked me if I wanted to get it cleaned which I stated I wanted my truck the way it went in. I was out of there after another 30 minutes.

Drove up from Texas today and picked up a 2023 1LT Camaro in Sharkskin metallic. First of all, absolutely love the car. Everything I expected and then some. Second, the buying experience was one of the best I ever had. Tanner, Nick and Wes were terrific. Whole process took about an hour. I had a trade in and what they quoted me for an offer was exactly what i got. There were no surprise extra fees whatsoever. I highly recommend this dealership. Thanks again guys.

We stumbled across Toliver Chevrolet when we got a flat tire on 69N during a rain storm on cross country road trip. Thank you to the service department for taking excellent care of us and being honest about what was required to get us back home to Chicago. Dealers often get bad reputations for upselling customers but not them. As desperate out of towners, these guys could have sold us 2 new tires and/or required us to stay overnight to wait on supplies. Instead they patched our tire and sent us on our way! I m so glad we left the patching to the experts to ensure longevity of our tire that s still in decent shape.Our kids were so grateful for their kids play area after being strapped in car seats all morning and stranded on the side of the road. I ve been to many Chevy dealers but have never seen a little play area like this.

Communication was lacking. Charged for an alignment that was included in work being done because it had to be done somewhere else. Not my problem your alignment machine was not working. Didn't complain about it but still mad about it. Like to be reimbursed that amount but not holding my breath. It's a dealership. I've worked for one before and know how things work.

Had an appointment on Monday labor day. Show up at 8am in the dealership is closed for holiday. Left truck and put keys in drop box. Called next day to make sure service advisor got truck checked in. He assured me they did. So after work I drove by to see if I could see my truck and I did parked out in the lot away from building. I thought strange since I did have an appointment. Couple day went by and truck hadn't been moved so I called was given story since it was a warranty they had to get everything set up. So I said ok. I drove by everyday for a couple weeks truck never moved. Third week in I called mad and had a few unpleasant words with someone because serice advisor was busy so poor lady caught my anger. I stopped by the next day truck was still in same spot. So I went in to service dept stood at service advisor door waiting to talk to him he was on phone and I kept standing there for I know 20 min he stayed on phone. I felt I was being avoided by him. Finally a lady asking she could help I told her what I was doing so he evidently went around to a different door to his office and came back said same story about warranty and they was getting on it. So I left. The next day my truck was moved I couldn't see it. Anyway on June 28th they have truck finished after a month of me not having a vehicle to drive. I thought I had this bad experience mainly because I had a warranty and was being pushed back behind other customers. And the advisor was ignoring after my continuing to cal and check progress. He wasn't even come speak to me when I picked up truck but I could hear him in the other room. Bad bad experience for the second time. I had truck in a few months earlier for a torche converter replaced and part of the same problem this time was the seal leaking that they probably did wrong the first time. Because it was already replaced the first time around.

Worst service department ever! They say one thing and do another. If you question them they sit there and argue with you. A transmission fluid change took more than four hours. Turned out my car waited more than an hour before it was even started on. Bronson was a despicable human being that only wanted to argue and tell me how to talk. I doubt he would have talked to a man this way and I witnessed he was much nicer to the one waiting who was in after us women and out before us too! Nevermind that I had strep for three days needing to get to the doctor on time and had planned accordingly. Nevermind that I was rightfully angry that a one hour fluid exchange took more than four hours forcing me to miss my appointment. It was sad that Mark had to come from the sales side to deal with this atrocious department. This isn t the first incident. There have been four of them now with arguing, blaming for major issues that should be covered by warranty like a blown ac that somehow was my fault after less than 10k on a brand new car . I should have known never to come after my first oil change when they messed my car up so bad the computer was no longer connected to the cooling system. Another dealer had to call the factory to get them linked again. This is the worst place ever. Want to turn this into a positive experience?! Give me my time back! Fire these men. Chris, Bronson just get rid of them and replace them with actual human beings that care and know how to be respectful!!! I will tell anyone and everyone to go somewhere else and to buy their cars anywhere else!

I was very appreciative of how the sales person I dealt with, Joe Smith, let me explore my options at my own pace and never once pressured me into any decision. He, Kevin Webster, and Sheldon Cook made the entire process very easy and straightforward from the time I walked in to the building to the time I drove off the lot just a few hours later.

The people are friendly and courteous. Smoky the manager allowed us to use the supplier discount. I have asked other dealers about this or the x plan through Ford and all said no. This is one of the main reasons I purchased the suburban here. The finance person was great to work with too. Over all a great experience.

I called and told Carolyn what I needed and she had the perfect car for me. It was the first car purchase I did on my own and it couldn t have been easier. My 91 year old mother has many health issues and I needed it done fast! Same day!! The finance guy was awesome as well!

Service department is terrible. Had a 2013 Cadillac cts there for 5 weeks, they couldn't diagnose issue tell us we owe 175 dollars for nothing. This place is a STEALERSHIP, I get it you couldn't figure out problem that's fine but you should not charge diagnose fee if you did nothing and make us wait 5 weeks. Terrible service.
