We have had our oil changed at Terry s a couple of times. Today we went there to see if we had an oil leak. Not only did they tell us about a problem but also they topped off the oil and did not charge us. We are incredibly appreciative and have become loyal customers.

These folks get you in & get the job done. Always efficient, always professional, with an eye for detail. My last visit was no exception! Preparing for a road trip I went in for an oil change & general auto health check. I had questions, they had the answers & before I left, one of the team drew my attention to a tire that needed replacement. Saved me what could have been a disaster on the road!

I drive a 2017 Audi A4. I ve called 3-4 places around town asking if they re able to service my car, and they ve all said no because they don t have much experience with foreign vehicles. When I called Terry s, they confidently told me that they would be able to service my car. On December 20th, 2022, I realized they were wrong. Upon changing the oil in my vehicle, they told me everything looks good & sent me on. I didn t even exit the parking lot before my car started violently shaking & my exhaust pipes were smoking horribly. The manager told me that she d have to go inside and GOOGLE THE ISSUE because she doesn t know a lot about Audis. Then, she suggested that I trade my AUDI in at CarMart! She then tried to convince me multiple times NOT to go through with the insurance claim because it would do more harm than good. Nearly 2 months later, I just got my car back today from the Audi dealership, where they informed me that Terry s Lube & Oil drained my transmission fluid and overfilled my oil, and yes, THEIR insurance company is paying for it. Needless to say, I learned my lesson the hard way. I was wrong for not just taking it to the Audi service dept, but Terry s put me in a really tough situation. Definitely wouldn t recommend them especially if you have a foreign car.Service: Oil change

Passed by the place and the front was blocked off with caution tape but it said it was open. Not really anywhere to park out front. So I went around to the back. A woman with black hair was standing beside a car on her phone chatting with someone. She gave me a nasty look as soon as I pulled in. As soon as I got out of the car she was immediately snappy with me. She told me I needed to go around to the front of the building if I wanted service. Just flat out disrespectful. If you work there you can just as easily say "Are you looking to get an oil change today, if so could I get you to pull around to the front of the building and we will get you ready". But just the whole snappy behavior you would think she hasn't worked in customer service a day in her life. Someone needs to get her some training or if she doesn't work there get your girlfriend off the lot. The caution tape is super deceptive makes it look like a crime scene and it doesn't make people want to pull into that area which is exactly why I pulled around back figuring maybe that's the way they prefer people to pull in.

Poor customer service. Saturday, June 11th. The two men just sat down on their chairs while looking at their phones. They had the yellow tape across the two drive ways so it was hard to know if they were open for business or not. I did not get a pleasant greeting, just a "you're here for oil change?" Well, obviously. Smdh. Left and hopefully, they had better staffs next time. I heard the wait time was decent and fast, which is why I came.

I absolutely love this place. For one, I never have to get out of my car, love that you just drive through! I ve been getting oil changes here for a few years. Came in today for one and was going to ask them if they would air my tires (they did it without me having to ask) also was going to ask to have my wiper replaced (if you buy them there they warranty them so they ll replace for free, uh BONUS!) & they brought it up to me that they were replacing it without me even having to ask! Prices are also great compared to other places. It s the little things! They always check all of the boxes. Thanks for being great! Service: Oil change

Best place in town to get your oil changed! I love that I can just pull in and stay in my car. The staff are friendly and efficient. I think the longest it s ever taken them is 15 minutes.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Randomly chose this place to change my foreign car s oil which is usually a hassle. Not here! They were fast, easy, confident, and already had everything my vehicle needed! Also I didn t have to get out of my vehicle which is awesome for a tired, busy nurse! Thank you!

Pulled in and waited 20 minutes to be told to move to the next stall meanwhile the guy behind me zipped into the next lane and the guy working said nothing he can do about it that I will just have to wait. The jackass who cut in front of me didn t even have the decency to pull up far enough that I m not hanging out in the road. I guess customer service skills aren t taught here. The employee should have told the guy who cut in front of me to back up and let me in since I was first and had been here way longer. Have always used this place but this is ridiculous.Service: Oil change

I took my truck here for an oil change. I sat in my truck while it took place. I went to pull out and my truck was throwing oil pressure lights. I stopped before even out of the bay and told them. They told me it was a sensor. No big deal. I went directly to a mechanic to change the sensor. There was no sensor. Just an oil pressure switch. So we ordered a switch. It came in we changed it nothing. So the mechanic kept my truck. Come to find out a tube inside my oil filter was left out and now this place completely denies it happened. They sent telling me it was a sensor which come to find they are not qualified to do. Now my motor and turbos are damaged and they take 0 accountability. I was calm I was collective and I talked to the manager several times. I do not recommend this place. If something happens they hold no accountability!Service: Oil change

I take all my vehicles here they are by far the best in town. I am revisiting this review a few years later. Why because even after all my visits and all my money spent I have had 0 absolutely 0 claimants about this place. Fair pricing super helpful and knowledgeable and truth be told I look forward to seeing these people everytime I go in just the absolute best staff of hard working people you can find.

Edited to add: this is still my go to place. Been coming here for many years. Because of covid, you stay in your vehicle but that's ok. Employees are fast and know what they are doing.Fast, friendly, great service. Would recommend.

Absolutely LOVE the people and service at Terry's! They will come to you to get your car! That alone is amazing to me! They always help with anything I need without making me feel rushed and they are great on prices!!!! I personally will never choose to use anyone else! I m horrible. I skip oil changes. Not because I don t know it s bad for the car and it s not a money issue. It s the wait. I usually take my car to the local Walmart to get my oil changed where I have waited up to 3 hours. Today I knew I was skating the line on the oil. Engine and oil light came on. I have to have my kid somewhere in an hour and a half. Decided to try Terry s and was so happy. It took under 10 minutes. Super friendly and it cost less than Walmart. With the Covid precautions, I didn t even have to get out of my car. I was done and home in under 30 minutes and most of that time was drive time. Will definitely come here again and will stop skipping oil changes.

Upset, service was quick. I just got my oil changed about two weeks ago, now all of a sudden my check engine oil level is on! Also seen spots under my car never had a leak prior! Will be going today to speak with someone.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was charged 139.00 to for a simple oil change on a 2014 Chevy they are crooks. They take advantage of good honest people . I think there on drugs .

We were visiting from out of town when our oil pressure dropped, we stopped in explained we had just gotten the oil changed before we left town and hoping they could take a look. The staff there was amazing they found the problem and fixed it quickly, filled up our oil and topped off all our fluids FOR NO CHARGE!!

Driving through on my way home to Iowa when my car sensors started to freak out and so I stopped here and they helped me out and fixed my car without even charging. Wonderful and super helpful people that will treat you right!

Friendly and VERY knowledgeable staff! Had an issue on a long trip that could have been very dangerous. They identified and solved my problem in 20 mins and I was back on the road again. Wish I lived in this city just so n.y I could take my car to trustworthy people like this!
