Love, love, love this place! Went today for my first time! Let me tell you, these folks have kindness and knowledge. I was lucky had 2 managers work on my car today. I can't remember their names or I'd give them a shout out! Anyway, I will be back, and I've already started spreading the word about these folks! One of the friendliest businesses in town if you ask me!

Come here for my oil changes as needed, and the staff is always friendly and quick! I went in about a month ago and got a standard oil change, and I got a notice this last week that my oil was low. I went back by, and the assistant manager, Silver, checked my car out and didn't see signs of a leak, so we guess the previous guy, possibly, didn't put in the full amount needed - she did a free oil change since my oil was low, without cause a clear cause. I recommend them.

Jay and Silver were so professional and so incredibly nice! It was apparent they are all very knowledgeable and hardworking! Had us in and out of there in 10 mins! As soon as we pulled up we were greeted by Jay with a smile and bottles water which were much appreciated! There was another young man named Jacob that also assisted us who was also very professional and had great customer service. Told me about some damage to my air filter that needed replacing. Which we are great full for! Everyone had great communication while working on my vehicle. They ALSO let me know that I can come back for a free top off and tire pressure check between oil changes!! This was my first time here, and I definitely will be returning! 100% honest review. 5 star all the way!

I can't say enough good things about Silver and her crew. This was my second time to have my pickup serviced here. They are friendly, knowledgeable and took excellent care of my truck's needs. I highly recommend Silver and her crew at Take 5 in Mcalester! Next time let them service your vehicle. You won't be disappointed.

Went in to get oil change. Jay had it done in 10 mins, checked all my filters, changed out my coolant at my request. Great service and customer service. 5 stars for this location...

They were friendly, quick and efficient! I will be going there for all of my oil change needs. Silver was fantastic; her customer service was exceptionally great and she didn t act like I was dumb when I didn t know what they were talking about! Ha. I was really happy when I pulled in to take five and get my oil changed. The first thing they did was ask me if I was thirsty and hand me a water then they found problems that I never knew about. For example, my oil plug bolt was not the right one. My filter was loose which I was losing oil before I had come to you guys. I am so thankful. I definitely gave those two guys a five star.Service: Oil change

We went In For the first time today to get a oil change and was welcomed by a gentleman with two cold bottles of water I didn t catch his name I wish I would have but then a gentleman named jay took care of us we left the car there went to eat came back and they had it done.he was very friendly and informative!!! Even fought the fact that I needed a new cabin filter for my ac that I m so grateful for and the fact that the car wash was next door and the lady over there was so sweet !!! Check your tires thoroughly before you buy! I ve had to replace three of the four tires on the car I bought within the first month. And it really sucks because my trade-in had brand new tires. :(

Minor repairs where shown to me that were needed. They showed me the problem and suggested a fix and explained to me the warranty. They than explained to me how much it costs at some of the competitors and reminded me that they don't have a warranty. They now have a loyal customer.
