The service department is trash,Why you ask scam I dropped off my vehicle at 730amFor a tire alignment, pretty string forward and standard joint.I called around 230pm and asked if my vehicle is ready for pick up (because I didn t get a courtesy call) I was told yes to pick it up. To my surprise the alignment wasn t done because of A little inside wear on the front two tires. To top it off I am told I need new tires before they can do the alignment.The fix for uneven wear is alignment and balance.I m pretty sure that s common knowledge.
