Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I had some special needs due to a part that failed on me from an earlier purchase when I had replaced the part just 2 months before. . Ragan automotive sent someone down to the parts store, and made sure that my warranty was honored, and that I got a replacement part from the auto parts provider. Ragan automotive did a really good job on my truck. It's running and driving better than it has for quite some time.

My car had over heated and my radiator was shot! Took it to Reagan Auto and they had it fixed in 2 days even though they had other cars scheduled and mine was just a drop in!!! We trust Reagan Auto with all our automotive needs!!!

I had a top end of engine rebuilt on 4runner.. they warranty their work and was quick to return my vehicle.... (Much faster and cheaper than dealership)

I ve been married 35 years and my husband has always taken care of our autos. He has recently suffered 3 strokes. I pulled in with a burned out tail light. Within about 20 minutes, my bulb was changed, and the cost was easy on my decreased income! I cannot thank these guys enough! I now know where to go! Friendly, quick, and cost efficient! What more could anyone ask for? Thanks Guys!

This place is amazing!! Great people that do great work. Brian personally gave me a ride home after I dropped off my vehicle and then picked me up and brought me back to the shop when the work was done. I had my AC condenser replaced and they did a great job for nearly $300 less than Toliver Chevy-who also charged me an automatic $175 diagnostic fee. Whatever you need done-go to Ragan Auto.

The fellas were professional and friendly. They were also expedient in getting my car serviced. From my experience I would highly recommend them for honesty and good workmanship. I am fully knowledgeable and have the equipment to repair A/C systems but I was visiting from Texas so I needed their service. They wanted to buy my car. Is my daily driver so declined offer. Car broke down less than a block away after being fixed. They then told me it would cost over $1,200 to get back running properly. I declined and had it towed to another shop. The other shop said Reagan's Auto had apparently just disconnected several parts to scam and get me to sell my car. Shop reconnected everything for $30 and sent me on my way. Reagan's Auto had my car for over a month causing me to miss several pay checks. I am also disabled and can't afford to file lawsuit against them or I would have.

We can't say enough great things about RaganAuto!! They helped us in a big pinch! On our way out of town and broke down 2 hrs into the trip. Helped us figure out the problem & got us fixed up on a Friday afternoon!! Super friendly staff! Made efforts to help us with rides in case but still got us fixed up and on our way! Had previously went to another shop that was not able to replace tie rod ends and align my care. Ragan Auto got it done and even put on new battery terminals so my no start issue would stop happening. Matt talked me through the whole process and they even picked up/dropped off my car at my house! Having 4 kids makes it difficult to drop off my car, I am very thankful they were so helpful and were able to make the repairs needed. Got a few things that I need to have done at some point and Ragan's will be the place!! Highly recommend these guys!Service: Wheel alignment

They have really taken care of my car and me. They give straight up prices, parts ordered and delivered quickly, and have you up and running in no time. The last 3 times I have had my car there for different things it has never taken more that 24 hour for them to have it going. I highly recommend you give them a call anytime you have car trouble.

Had a total brake replacement job done and got my truck back and it had some vibration in it when tapping the brakes. Took it back and Brian took a look at and replaced the brake drums and pads at no cost. Would recommend him to anyone and plan on using Ragan auto more in the future.

My truck sat at another shop here in town for 3 weeks with out even being looked at. I had the truck towed to ragen and withen 24 hours they had my truck diagnosed and fixed.They bent over backwards working on my 92 ranger. Went above and beyond. After all is said and my truck is running good again.

Our car broke down while we were out of state.. they got us in right away, fixed us up, and got us on our way in about 30 minutes! Let our family come into the air conditioned office and let us use the restrooms and everything!
