To the four gentleman the store, Jace, Tyler, Donnie and Austin..... y'all were our knights in armor. Our battery went out on our trip and we were 3 1/2 hours from home on an insanely hot Sunday. Not only did you guys assist us with the battery, when my mother fell ill you made sure she had a chair in the cool, and called for an ambulance. Once you got us running, instead of just giving us directions to the hospital, you lead us there. You guys are more than amazing, and again, we can't express enough how grateful we are for every single one of you!

We were in town to pick up a couple of rescue dogs when our battery died. The temp was in the high 90's, the staff, especially Amber, Tristen, and Mike were very helpful. Changed battery, gave us water for the dogs, just an all around fantastic group of people.

Had exactly what I needed & reasonably priced. But, the 5 stars goes to the young man who had no reserve in assisting me to check why I had a headlight go out after replacing the opposite side and even installed the replacement bulb I bought. Quite a gentlemen and great customer service provider. O'Reilly made a wise choice in hiring this young fellow! Not forgetting to mention all the other young man that were working that evening.. being very friendly and pleasant, as well. I take costumer service personally & make it a point to compliment when it is above standards being that I'm in the customer service business and always try to exceed expectations,as well. We're a rare breed these days. Keep it up the great work guys, but don't think that entails accepting any degrading or disrespect from a customer. Ppl will try you.

Great selection of products on the floor and the parts counter will get anything you need or order it in.

Prices are high, sometimes double or more for the same product bought elsewhere. Employees should learn the store of the product placement rather than telling a customer that they don't carry or have a certain even though it was purchased there previously.

The guys here make sure you're taken care of and the prices are reasonable. We always check here first when we need something.

These people will do everything they can for you or find someone who can! Braden Donnie all of them did so much to help me with a tire that no one could get off and no 24 hour tire service would answer! Extremely polite and wonderful people!

These guys really helped us out of a bind when we were stranded out of state. Josh and crew went the extra mile to find the parts and help us thanks!! By the way this location was the best experience I had at any oreilly's.

The staff here were INCREDIBLY helpful. We were passing through the area and our vehicle started making some rattling noises late on a Saturday night. We were calling around to see if anywhere would be able to help us. They helped us find the problem and swap out the faulty part. I cannot speak high enough of how great all staff members were in going out of their way to help us!

Great service. Had an issue with getting the wrong size wipers and the manager was super straight forward, refunded us for the wrong ones and found the correct fit wipers. And as a woman I always appreciate parts stores where I don t get condescended or receive weird comments.

We were stranded in the heat on a road trip with my two kids and they were very accommodating. They went above and beyond making sure we were cool and comfortable while we attempted to fix our car problems

O'Reilly's Auto parts, they give you very good service, they have a tool rental program which is very handy, and if you get the wrong part to have no problem to give you your money back or exchanging it for the correct parts.

I'm from out of state and just passing through and are RV stopped running because the fuel filter was clogged. We didn't have a way to get to the store and it was 7:48 pm on a Sunday and they where about to close so I told the guy on the phone that we where from out of state and asked if someone can bring us a fuel filter after they got out of work and much to my surprise he said yes. Thank God for good people and thank God for O'Reilly. I probably won't every be in this town again but sure am glad that we broke down here. Because of this extrem act of kindness O'Reilly's will be the first place I go if I ever need any automotive parts in the future. Thanks again for your help and going out of the way for a stranger.

Great!! Went in with broken tailgate latch I bought in texas at oreilys with lifetime warranty 2 to three years ago they looked it up handed me a new one and tool to replace it boom 15 minutes no hassle great bunch of guys very personable customer service exceeds the norm by far. Thanks guys.

I was in a hurry for another set appointment, but didn't have to say so. Greeted me at the busy counter right off...Got my parts and checked out quickly.
