AMAZING.The customer service and sheer willingness to help a stranger really surpassed our expectations today.We re on a long road trip with a moving truck and a towing dolly for our car. We gave Lindleys a call because we were having issues with the towing dolly and the adjustment of our vehicle. Not only were the staff members friendly over the phone, but they were so accommodating that they stayed open a little longer than their closing time just to assist us. To our surprise when we arrived, the owner Jody was the one to assist us!Needless to say, he was very nice, attentive and informative. He was able to identify the issue and suggest a solution, making sure to prioritize our safety which made us really appreciate this business.I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a honorable and trustworthy Vehicle Body Shop, this would be the place!Thank you again Jody and God bless!

Ok... so here's the deal. They do good work. Not going to deny that. Problem is they immediately started bad mouthing how my insurance company handles claims almost as soon as I walked through the door. Second, I was very explicit about when I needed my vehicle back. I took my vehicle in a few weeks before my appointment so they could take a good close look at it and get all the parts. They barely glanced at it.Then they were several days late finishing the work. It put me in a terrible bind.Who ever I talked with on the phone was at times rude. I even told them I would go somewhere else and they promised me they would be done in time and they even had the adjuster call me to help convince me to keep the appointment and use them.I appreciate the work they did. I don't appreciate not having my vehicle back in time and I certainly didn't care for the rudeness of their front desk person.Others I talked with there seemed like great people..So, you'll get good results but don't expect it to be done in a timely manner.

I will always take my vehicles to Lindley's (hopefully not too often) for Body work. The reason is that several years ago while I was stationed in Colorado, and deployed to Afghanistan, my wife and 2 small girls were visiting her family near McAlester and was involved in an accident, less than a week before I was due to come home for R&R. Lindley's put a rush on it to get the vehicle back on the road in time for my wife to pick me up at the Colorado Springs Airport. I couldn't even tell that there was an accident. This meant a lot to me and my Family.

Best shop ever. My daughter hit a raccoon in her Honda Civic at 75 mph and did quite a bit of damage to the front end. The car was towed to Lindsey s late on a Saturday night from rural Oklahoma. When I called Monday morning they had already been in contact with the insurance company, ordered all the parts, and had a time frame for completing the repairs. They call every Tuesday and Thursday with updates. In 10 days I had my daughters car back. It looked great. A few days later I noticed I had been double charged on my credit card for the deductible. When I came in and showed the bank statement they cut a check and remedied the problem. Everyone here has been so very nice. I ve worked with body shops before and it has always been a hassle. I would recommend Lindsey s to anyone. Best people ever. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and top quality body work.

This place is amazing. My car is very special to me, and someone backed into me and crunched up the front of her. I took her to Lindsey's and they did an amazing job, she looks like nothing ever happened! And the girls up front are so kind and attentive and called for twice weekly updates. If you need paint or body work done, take it to Lindley's, they're amazing!

BEWARE! If you ve purchased cars through Mecum Auctions that come from this specific body shop or Victory Customs Autos, I highly suggest you do research on your title to ensure you were not deceived into buying a vehicle with a salvaged title. The sellers do NOT disclose to Mecum that some cars come from salvaged lots or that titles are branded. BEWARE!

While traveling approximately 65 mph in the center lane of the interstate, I had an 18 wheeler tire tread launched directly into the grill of my car. The damage did not look too bad until you opened the hood. Damaged core support, AC condenser lots of plastic body parts and the adaptive cruise control radar sensor mounting bracket. The repairs were completed on time and the quality of the work was first rate. An air conditioner issue came up a year later and they stood by their work and took care of the problem under warranty.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

This was my 1st insurance claim that I have ever processed. I wrecked the front end on my 2010 Chevy Silverado, it was in mint condition. Team Lindley made the whole process so so easy. All the team members were friendly down to earth and professional. Also just looking at there shop, I knew they would do top of the line work. So I had ask Jody to give me a bid for additional work on the truck that was outside the scope of the insurance claim. It came out next to perfect. From start to finish it was a walk in the park dealing Lindley's Body Shop. Cheers

Driving back to Dallas from the University of Arkansas, and my car breaks down on the highway. I was scared, unfamiliar with the area, and I wasn't totally sure what to do, but Lindley's helped me. They went above and beyond what I could've ever expected from them, and I will always be grateful for the kindness they showed a stranger. They have some really knowledgeable, compassionate people there. I would recommend Lindley's to anybody.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

To begin, I have never given feedback to any business. I had an accident on the 27 of November. To be fair, Lindley's Paint and Body Shop did a wonderful job fixing my car from being rear ended. I took my car to them in good faith and signed paperwork that stated that all the damages reported were due to the accident. My car had some damage on the back but minor damage on the front. The only thing I reported was a broken red light cover on the right door, the window seemed a little lose, and the car maybe out of balance. I explained this to the two ladies who did the intake evaluation. When I picked up my car, I noticed that the right rear view mirror s passing sensor light was on and would NOT turn off, both lights DON T work and I can t turn off the light, the cruise control didn t work, the window is still loose, and the car drives as if it s not balanced. I drive back and forth to Dallas and the cruise control and sensor passing lights are extremely important to me. I called Lindley s to let them know about the problems and they told me to bring it back. I took it back and they said it was maybe due to the coded in my car. I told the gentleman that I had taken my car in and there was NOTHING wrong with the cruise control or the rearview mirror sensor lights. I stated to him that I had a problem with those two things, I would ve told them when I brought it in. The gentleman stated that because it was hit from behind, those damages couldn t occur. My car has NEVER had a problem with any of these problems I mentioned. I then noticed that they tried working with the light that I reported not working as the wires were pushed in and messed around with and now there s just a black hole. When I turned in the car to them, I did not want to mess with any of the wires, so I left it alone but told Lindley s about the problem. I now must pay for a $289.00 for Audi to do a diagnostic on my car. Audi will be able to know when all these problems occur. According to Lindley s, they said that my car went in there with electrical problems after they ran the diagnostics. They NEVER disclosed this information with me, nor what they were going to do to my car. If there s a lesson to learn here. First and foremost, I will NEVER use this business, second, I should ve checked my car in front of them to make sure everything worked. Third, ask for the diagnostics and have them review them with me. Fourth, have them review EVERYTHING they re going to work on. Just be cautious, lesson learned for me.Service: Body & Trim

My husband hit a deer 2 years ago and I hit a deer 2 months ago we both used lindleys to repair damages and they do an excellent job at making your vehicle look brand new!! I have taken numerous vehicles here for repairs. They always do a fantastic job. I took a truck by today for an estimate and they repaired the problem right on the spot. Definitely recommend to all my friends/family.

Went in for a quote to have the passenger mirror replaced. A girl assisted me, wish I had caught her name. She was very knowledgeable. Looked up the part quickly and offered great information as far as timeline for receiving the mirror and how long the car would need to be there. She had the owner come out and write out a quote on the spot. From what I observed, this place knows their business!!!Five stars from me!

What a fiasco! First let me say i have used these guys numerous times over the years without any problems, and the work was good, until this time. I dropped off my truck on a Sunday, put the keys to truck and toolbox in the drop slot. Was told 8-9 business days,,,,15 to be exact. Then went to pick it up, i was told i would have to put the toolbox back on myself, they cut it off and didn't have bolts to put it back on and they said the reason they cut it off was they didn't have the key, they did. There was sanding dust all over the interior, when i showed them that the owner said that they weren't a detail shop, then the owners wife got in on it and told me the best thing i could do was get in my truck and leave. I guess in summary i can say it was not what i had expected or what i had grown accustomed to. Not sure what's going on there, but as i said before, i was told ro get in my truck and leave. Hope no one else has this experience. Good luck

My insurance company had my vehicle brought to Lindleys on March 25th 2022 on April 12th the insurance company totaled the vehicle .I called Twice to have vehicle released assured that it would be , then over a week later was contacted by insurance company that the vehicle had not been released drove and spoke to two staff to realese the Pathfinder, insurance company called to say they still had not had my verbal release,,the agent put me on speaker phone with Lindleys and still they denied that I had verbally released the Pathfinder as soon as they had me on the phone with agent their memory came back that I had indeed had been there the day before and asked them to release Pathfinder for transport. I don't know what they were up too but this business is run by unprofessional people. Service sucks .Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Lindley's did such a great job on my car, and did it quickly too, they kept in touch with me and kept me updated. Lindleys did everything they could too help me out with saving money when the insurance didn't want to cover some of the damage. So I highly recommend them.

My bumper fell off on the Toll way on my way to Dallas. Got a recommendation to take it to Lindley s from a gas station attendant, and they fixed it perfectly inside of 10 minutes and could not have been kinder. I can t beleive how sweet they were or how easy it was. They have me such peace of mind, and I know I ll be able to get home safely. Thanks to everyone there!
